Great location for your storage and plenty of room as we used this for a temporary spot before we moved. Price is super affordable and fair. Employees here are great as well. Darren in specific is one hell of a worker here! Totally the nicest employees I’ve came across in any business cause he’s super helpful and understanding. Overall, a great place to store anything you desire and would highly recommend this place.

Darren - man where do I start!! I have not met someone so dedicated to a company and the clients he serves at the same time. Its hard balance to do right and be right. 2020 was a scary year and when i need to come in he made sure that I knew I could and would be safe. In 2021 when I was affected financially he gave suggestions so that I could stay on top of my billing which I still have to admit I am not the best at but it felt okay and didnt feel ashamed. He always has a smile and I feel my belongs are safe at Public Storage because he is there.

I have used several Public Storage facilities in the past, but this one is the cleanest one I have ever seen. Even in the winter, the driveways were kept clean of snow. Also, DJ and Darren were always so friendly and helpful, that it was like being helped by old friends.

Darren is super friendly and very helpful. When I reserved my unit, he called the same day to ensure that the unit was available. The unit was clean and easily accessible. Highly recommended!!

Darren was very helpful, friendly and funny. Easy to talk to. He took the time to explain and go over everything. He walked me to the storage unit and again explained what I needed to know. I was impressed with the cleanliness of office, building and storage unit. I would recommend this location!

Recently, I lost the key to the unit when it fell in the lake. I needed to get to the unit and filled out to have the lock cut on Wed. Darren was very helpful in contacting the manager several times via email/phone call. I explained I have medication that I need to take from the unit as it was place there in error. It is now Friday and the lock is still not cut and I was told the manger is OFF today, that it can take up to 2wks to cut the lock. Ive never heard such an absurd excuse. I am on auto pay, never missed a payment but I will be removing my stuff from this location and moving. THEY WILL ALSO RAISE YOUR FEE AFTER A FEW MONTHS. THEY WILL HOOK YOU UP FOR LOW RATE BUT IT WILL ALMOST DOUBLE AFTER A FEW MONTHS SO GO SOME PLACE ELSE.

I recommend this public storage BIG TIME, The man helping me was very nice, I believe his name was Darren. He helped me get my unit quick and easy, really great guy highly recommend.!

Best FRIENDLY Service. Darren was courteous and helpful. He helped me with advice to keep my costs down when i went unemployed. He guided me to get to get my BMW through the big snow storm mess. In a friendly carefully worded way, explained all the parking and other polices to protect me and make sure i was fully informed. I was in and out over 50 times and he was friendly each and every time. I have used u store it in Streamwood and everyone of their customers talk about one of the managers as being highly unfriendly. The experience was awesome at Public Storage with Darren. I also just opened an account in Milwaukie Oregon. That manager was very nice as well. Good job Public Storage. You choose great people.

I called to ask about a rental unit, I spoke with Darren he advised me that he no spaces left at this time . He was accommodating with trying to assist me at another location but I’m moving to the streamwood area and will wait until a unit becomes available also I like the new public storage app and can’t wait to try it out . This place doesn’t even deserve the one star but in order to write a review I have to leave it. After hearing how my family was treated especially during covid is just disgusting. Times are hard now and you’d think people would understand that but this world has people in it who have no sympathy for others. Darrel or Darren whatever your name is, you shouldn’t be working here if you have a bad temper. NOBODY deserves to get treated the way my family was treated while kids are in the car hearing everything your ignorant unprofessional self was saying. This place needs to get rid of you ASAP.

Darren was prompt and professional. The facilities are in good shape. Entrance and exit, even with a 17 moving truck was simple. Very satisfied. Darren deserves a raise. Dont forget to ask him about insuring your storage locker... you dont want to be without your stuff if something goes wrong!

Not a clean place and they raise your rates a few months after you sign up. They also charge you high prices for climate controlled then let the building sit at 93 degrees. Avoid this location.

When I ran out of space in my unit DJ help me figure what size to get for a second unit that best fit my needs and at a great price. I’ve never been happier with a storage service. Great staff... The on site manager was really nice and great in explaining the whole Storage experience, that had really convinced me to choose them over other storage places... I needed a smaller space than was available, so I moved out at the end of September. But I used this facility for 5 years before that, without any problems. I found Leslee to be exceptionally helpful and professional. She takes pride in being the best there is at her job, and I predict great things for her future. You guys at Public Storage had better take care of her, or somebody else is going to sweep her up.

DJ and the other staff were really helpful! I was trying to retrieve/recover a relatives household goods that had been shanghaied by an unreliable mover. Had to coordinate access to the facility for another moving company, access to the unit from the unreliable one, and time was of the essence. They helped make it all happen. Thank you!
