Had a 11am appointment for a 4 tire and oil change. Didnt get done till 3:30pm. Other customers complained about long wait times that were there before me. They did more walking around and apologizing for the wait instead of working on the vehicles. All the hidden charges added up to over a $100 dollars more on the bill. Tried to charge for tire disposal when I took them with me. Said they couldnt take it off the bill. I dont need your typical response how you would like to help because its been going on from when you opened.

Paid for a complete car inspection and received a blank paper back that had 6 words on it. When I tried to have my tires rebalanced (as they suggested) they denied me the ability to have it done, since there was other issues that prevented them from doing it! I would suggest you stay away from a place that is so willing to pretend to do any work and charge for it. The kind of place that doesnt tighten your lug nuts or remember that brakes have two pads each and let you leave without on 🤦‍♂️

Very pleased that they were able to do an emergency repair and get my daughters car back on the road. Fit us in and we had no delay. Awesome.

If youre not in an emergency, there has to be better service somewhere else. It felt like NTB just wanted me to leave...so I did. I ultimately ended up at the Bridgestone in Kent and was very satisfied.

They were great help in my need, had a flat tire and to my surprise the rest of my tires were in dire need. They gave me a fair price, and found out my ball joints were bad and that is why my tires wore out. Again a fair price, i did call other places while I was there. Ntb was the best price. Went for a tire patch and was told it couldnt be done and tried to sell me on a new tire. Went 1 mile down the road and another shop patched tire for free.

As a women you wouldnt expect to be treated the same, Dennis and his staff were very kind, and showed me the problems with my car. I couldnt get everything fixed, but will be back. They were very kind and the guys that worked on my car.

If I could do zero i would. Destroyed my brand new set of wheels. Installer told manager he couldnt do them with it messing then up. Manager made him anyway. Scratched and gouged then with their machines. I left them there the manager told me the next business day he would take care of it so I picked up the wheels. Checked back only to be told that manager is gone and theres nothing that can be done for me. $1200 rims junk now. Thanks guys.

If I could I would give NO stars. Worse service ever. I purchased 4 new tires, next day 1 tire losing air, called they said bring it by, they filled the tire with air. Next day same thing, called had to make an appointment on a Saturday no less, valve stem was the problem.Next day light comes on, 2 tires low air, and while driving low speed 35 and under, my steering wheel proceeds to vibrate, I call them again, older gentleman said bring it in Saturday, I asked if I needed an appointment he said no, I told him I wanted an appointment so I didn’t have to wait, he said not needed. Here we are 2 hours in and I’m waiting.never againAvoid at all costs

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR IN HERE!!! You will leave with more issues then when you came in. We were stranded and needed a battery so we had to bring the car here. They didnt put on most of the parts all of the way. They dont tighten screws or bolts so parts will come loose. Trust me, youre better off watching a video on YouTube and trying to do it yourself.

Get a WRITTEN estimate. I stopped in after work to get an estimate for 2 tires installed. He gave me a price out the door with tax. I said I would call back to make appt. I called, made appt. and verified price. Yep thats the price out the door. When ringing up price was more due to the tpm sensors inside the tire. He said he doesnt even see that until he puts the make of the vehicle in the system. I told him the make of the vehicle both times I talked to him. And even if I didnt he should have told me there would be a fee for this. My wheels were filthy when I got my vehicle back. Also while looking over the receipt, there was one time balance fee $10 x2. Then a lifetime balance fee $8 x2. So 36 bucks to balance 2 tires? On top of over $70 to mount 2 tires. I thought the cost of the tires was more. There was well over $100 in fees to mount and balance 2 tires which is ridiculous.

Very happy with their service. I felt like Tiremax was trying to get us to do an alignment for no reason after buying tires. For my wifes peace of mind I took the vehicle to NTB to see if it actually needed an alignment. The print out proved the alignment was good and NTB saved me 105 dollars. I will exclusively being going to NTB for now. Good job guys!! Made my day.

The guys at this NTB are great. I took my car in recently to have a few things done and they were on time with their estimate and the prices weren’t bad.The manager on site, I believe his name was Josh, was very polite and helpful. I will be going there again.

I wont go anywhere else! Midas down the road would always find unnecessary things and charge me an arm and a leg and that doesnt happen at NTB. Its one place I can go as a single female to get my car worked on and not get ripped off. Theyre always very informative and friendly and explain everything that got done and why. Theyre all amazing there and have never had a bad experience with them.

NTB in Streetsboro takes great care of their customers with prompt service and a friendly atmosphere. In my experience, they are honest about what is and isnt going on (inspection-wise).

Ran into an issue with double payment when I scheduled my appointment on-line. The problem was with the service that handles the scheduling. Bottom-line is I had difficulty making calls to get things corrected. The following day I went back to the service location and talked to Josh, the store manager. Josh reviewed the problem and determined to correct the situation started making calls. It took him a good part of the day, but he came through to make sure the corrections was made. The service on 4 new tires fast (about 45 minutes). There was a little bit of a delay with an air filter due to incorrect inventory error, but quickly resolved. If not for the air filter I would have probably given the shop and service 5 stars, but no one is perfect.

Cory Boyd store manager was very polite and helpful. Everyone there is pleasant to talk to and work with, and Very friendly. Love their service. Always tries to squeeze you in when theyre busy.

We were having problems with our car on a long road trip and luckily found ourselves down the street from here. They were wonderful, changed our battery immediately, and even found a way to do it so our kids and dog could stay in the car. From beginning to end it was 15 minutes. Barely a delay on our trip. Well I went in to get tires replaced, so far so good with that, thank you. However I was told in the process that I needed multiple things replaced, which totaled to a hefty amount. I was concerned because just 2 weeks earlier I was at my dealership whom did a full review of my car and repaired everything that needed to. After my visit I set a appointment with my dealership to recheck and everything was still fine and nothing alarming like NTB stated. I also asked to keep one of my tires I recently replaced because of a flat, they forgot to put it in my car, I did remember a few minutes down the road and went back to get it.

Today was my first time here and it was an awful experience, so I’ll never come back.First off, the guy working at the desk was rude right from the start. I told him my back drivers side tire seemed to be leaking air, so he went out there, tested the pressure and came back in. He then said that he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it, but he REFUSES to patch it because the tread is too low. The car, and the tires, are only ONE YEAR OLD. But fine. So he then tells me that itll just be a waste of time to lift it and figure out the problem because they can’t do anything about it, upon which I told him that I STILL NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS.So he finally agrees to lift it to find the source of the leak and rips my car key off the counter. Anyway, the guys in the shop found a nail in the tire. Fine. The guy at the front desk tells me again that they can’t fix it, and then proceeds to try to sell me FOUR NEW TIRES. How does it go from one tire with an issue to buying an entirely new set when the car is a year old?! Plus, they don’t even stock the one my car needs, so I would have to drive over 45 minutes to get the new ones.I’m not trying to be combative, but how is that the solution for one tire? I can see two new tires, but ALL FOUR? I told him I’ll figure it out on my own and walked out of there. That being said, the man in the shop filled my tire with air, so that was kind.I’m a younger (20s) female, and I honestly think they were using that and trying to play me and trick me into buying four new tires. I’m thoroughly disgusted, and will never be returning.

BEWARE!The staff at tried to take advantage of my wife who went there to get a tire repaired. We had a nail stuck in the tread surface of one tire. The tire did not lose any air, so she could drive on it to the shop. After an inspection, my wife was told that a repair was not possible and that they recommended to buy 4 new tires. Fortunately, my wife called me to decide what to do. When I spoke to the lady on the phone, she told me that the tire had side wall damage and could not be repaired and that all four tires need replacement because this is an all-wheel drive vehicle.Because I had seen where the nail stuck in the tread of the tire, it was immediately clear to me, that she was lying and tried to take advantage of my wife. I told her exactly that and then told my wife to get the hell out of that place. The next day, I brought the car to Conrads and they plugged the tire for $20 plus tax.NTB Streetsboro is a fraudulent business, and I will not go back.

Stopped in last night to get a tire fixed. Cory the GM was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and my costs were under $25!

Stopped in to see how much for all new tires. They fit me in and the tires where a reasonable price.

Expect your service to take a lot longer than expected. Under staffed, and do your research on avaliable discounts because the customer service personnel will not offer anything unless you ask specifically. Not very friendly either.

This shop will get you in and out for a fair price and they keep you updated throughout your visit, all in all this is my favorite shop

I had a great experience at this store, better than Ive had at other NTB stores. I came in and immediately was greeted and assisted with what I needed done with my vehicle. All workers in the store were friendly and the manager, Josh was especially helpful and made the process of getting my vehicle fixed as painless as possible.

In three times having work done there has always been an issue. After today there wont be a fourth visit. Also $30 plus per tire installation is a bit overkill and would have been good to know up front.

Ive used this location numerous times and never had a problem. I feel that they communicated with me honestly and were up front about the cost. I will continue to use them.

Went in here because I had a wheel getting hot to the touch. They checked it,, told me the brakes needed adjustment, and also needed both front, and rear suspension replaced. I had agreed to brake adjust, and decided to get another opinion on the rest. They did the brake, and told me if I had any problem with it bring it back. Well, when I got home I checked the wheel, and it was very hot. Called them, and they said bring it back. Because its 50 miles round trip I took it back the following morning. When I got there I was told it would be 4 or 5 hrs before they could look at it because they were very busy. I guess because I didnt want them to do the additional 6 or 7 hundred dollars worth of unnecessary work, they didnt have time to correct the issue they supposedly had already fixed. The manager rudely told me there was nothing he could do they were busy. He finally agreed to refund my money. I then went down the street, and had the problem fixed at an honest shop.This place reminds me of the old greasy gas stations where the propietor wore a razor ring so they could sell you a couple or hoses, and belts while your getting your gas. Run from this place as fast as you can.

Lied to us saying the a/c would be there and he wasnt. We called ahead of time twice to confirm. Before this they lied about what tires that had and didnt have them when we came. NTB has failed us 10 times over- do not go here

So I went in for an oil change, just to find out that I also needed a lower control arm & shocks. If the service techs hadnt thoroughly inspected my vehicle, instead of simply changing my oil & sending me on my way, the control arm wouldve broke with my kids in the car. Thank God they do inspections on everything! Not only did they do the inspection, but they brought me into the garage to physically show me what was broke & where! I loved that! I didnt feel like they were just trying to make their money. I feel like they genuinely care about their customers safety!! A HUGE Thank You to the crew @ Streetsboro NTB!!!! I definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I got my car back looks like the scratched it up all down one side chunks are missing the inside of my car had grease or something everywhere it stinks so bad even days later. Like a tune up and this much damage for a tune up. This is ridicoulous

I showed up with alotta things needed done.they had no problems with it.some how my car got moved and the paper work was left in it and kinda got forgotten about it.after awhile I mentioned wheres my car.they checked on status and found my car had gotten forgotten.the service manager came to me and apologizes over and over and said he would take care of my incoviences.the mechanic came to me and made sure wht I was wanting done got done,and he even said he had heard wht happened and apologizes for the inconvenience it caused me.when my car was finished the service manager and mechanic came to me and said car was done come inspect the car.it was all ok.in the end I was given a discount on the bill.in my words I think they acknowledged there error and more than made up for it.i commend there extra effort in making a customer happy.i will be back as a satisfied customer.Ty ntb.

We were 4 hours into a 15 hour road trip in a snowstorm when our car started to make a rattling noise at a rest stop and we worried about making it home on NYE without issue. They fit us in right away and fixed the rattle coming from the heat shield (confirming it was not something serious), topped up our tires and let us know about an issue with a TPMS sensor (we’ll be fixing when we get home). They let us wait inside with our 8 month old puppy and didn’t charge us (even when we insisted they let us pay something). They were exactly what we needed to keep us on track on our trip!

Got me in quickly. Found nothing wrong, got out fast, no charge.

My brother just brought a truck in for a simple tire change. Left multiple deep gashes in the rims and broke most of the outside bolt pattern around the rim. Still billed him .

Worst place ever. Dropped my van off on 12/1/2017 at 830am for an oil change and winter tire change over. They asked me what time I needed it back by since I was dropping it off. I told them 4pm, was told no problem. Arrived at 415pm (8hrs later) to pickup my van and was told sorry we haven’t got a chance to start on it yet. I wasted a whole day leaving my vehicle to not have a single thing done. They could have at least called and said something but yet I don’t find anything out until I come back to pickup the van. I will never be back to this store and I will make sure everyone knows my experience.

Decent enough place, a little pricey and the bathroom smells like it hasnt been cleaned in a bit. The staff was nice and helpful.

When I decide to wash my car is not up for your service techs to decide and write wash on it in the dirt on the back bumper. Ill make sure to avoid your business in the future since it bothers your employees so much.

Be carful with some of the guys here! As far as just getting tires I have no problem with this NTB however last time i was here one of the employees tried to lie to me and tell me I needed a new battery. The battery in the car was a brand new high end battery that was just put in less than 2 months ago. Just to make sure I had the battery and alternator tested after I left and they both were perfect. I feel like he was lying to me because after I told him the battery was new he stumbled through his words. Stick to tires if you go here and dont trust everything they say.

These guys did an installation of 4 tires on my car. Everything seemed fine until I looked them over and discovered that one of my custom valve caps with the BMW logo was missing and a generic chrome cap was in its place. I went back and talked to the manager and he said the mechanic found the cap in his pocket. A mistake on his part. Why was it in his pocket? Why was a chrome one used instead of a black plastic for a replacement unless the chrome was meant to camouflage the fact that the other cap was misplaced? Why didnt they call me to advise that they had lost the cap and how did it miraculously appear in the pocket of one of the techs? Take all of your valuables and check your car carefully before you leave this place to make sure that something wasnt misplaced by one of the techs on premIsis. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Running a low tire and went it for a patch. They patched it and a day later still having the same issue. Went back and they told be there was a leak in the sidewall which they cant repair. Asked for a refund on the first patch as they should have found both leaks the first time and they stated they wouldnt refund. Long story short they cant do the basics so I wouldnt trust them with anything more advanced either.

Brought my Cadillac CTS in to have the brakes inspected after noticing a slight vibration while braking and the shop that put my tires on told me I would need the pads changed soon. The desk clerk walked out and looked through the wheels and said I had plenty of pad and the vibration was the rotors. They gave me a quote of over $1000 for everything without even pulling the wheels off to look. I took my car down to Vans for the same inspection. All my pads were 20% to 30% and needed changed and the rotors are fine.Try actually putting a little effort into business. Streetsboro has a lot better shops that do the same work.

I am here now waiting to get four tires, alignment and a oil change. Everyone seems nice and I feel I got a good deal on the total bill.

I have spent over $7,000 in repairs with this shop over the last 2 1/2 years when Josh was the manager he was a great guy to work with and was always willing to help work with your budget. On 2/12/19 i took my vehivle in for a regular oil change and tire rotation and dealt with Cory. Upon inspection of the tires i was told that the tires could not be rotated because the tire tread depth varies in multiple spots thru out all 4 tires. I said this is the 2nd set of the same tires that has done this Keep in mind the buy 3 get 1 free for some reason never applies to my vehicle go figure so i was stuck buying this tire again.This tire is a 60,000 mile tire Cory told me i had 45,000 miles on them that was false when the tires were put on the vehicle had 95,684 miles on it when i took it in for this service the vehicle has 130,323 miles on it by my calculation the tires should be good for another 26,000 miles on a 60,000 mile tire Cory had no hesitation to print out the cost of new tires as well as all the extras they make comission off of such as 1 year front alignment, Road side assistance rotations for a year and tire repair and other For $1,300 never one time mentioning how these tires should be under warranty after showing that i used their 1 year alignment service as well as regular tire rotations between 2 companys. I have called the shop since my service on 2 different occasions and have talked to Brianna regarding the tires and she said she would talk to Cory and have him call but no call . I was also told that my rotors and pads front and back needed to be replaced I said ok go ahead and replace them they are all under warranty He Cory walks back into the garage comes back and says the technician corrected me all you need is the back pads replaced the fronts should last you till the next oil change. Its funny how they wanted to replace all these parts until they pulled up the work history on the vehicle found it was under warranty. Also asked to have my blower motor addressed because it goes on and off Never Addressed Pretty pathetic customer service ever since Josh left. Commissioned based employees are concerned about 1 thing and 1 thing only comission NOT ABOUT MAKING IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER!! Sad part is after the nasty reviews do they only wanna discuss it further after several attempts calling them with no return calls. Wonder what the BBB rating is?
