We just purchased my wife 2019 Camry Se from savanna and she was excellent. We traveled 2 hours to look at this vehicle because its was the blue she had to have. Savanna was great in answering any questions we had and even sent me tons more photos. We set up an appointment to see this car. It was as beautiful as the pictures looked. On closer inspection of the car one of the rims had a pretty good amount of curb rash. I asked for it to be replaced and the dealership agreed to with no issues. Those rims aint cheap either 560 each. The finance guys were great to smooth process all the way around.

Will and Tom were awesome! I traded in my car for a newer model at an excellent price. Both Tom and Will used their skill sets to meet and exceed my expectations. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

I had a really great experience at Volkswagen of Streetsboro. I have been in need of a car for a while now and was not at all excited about getting a newer car. Will the salesperson did a great job emailing me to get the process going without me even having to be at the dealership. I then worked with his manager Tom to help me figure out the numbers of what I was looking at payment wise, Tom and Will did a great job finding me a car in my price range. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen. When I went there to do the paperwork I was greated by Tom he was amazing, went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable about getting a car. He knew I was nervous about this and made me feel at ease before I started the paperwork. Will stepped in so I could start signing and that process was quick. Will did a great job getting my new car ready for me while I went in to talk to Mike in finance. Mike was amazing too and I started to forget I was even at a dealership. Bought used car in 2020. Had issues with sensors since I bought it but never knew the reason till I got it serviced. My guess (since they didnt keep records) is there was never a recalibration after new windshield install. So they gave me the car without a fully functional safety system and I never knew. Now they are giving me the run around and never call back. Horrible customer experience from this dealer.

So happy with my experience with Tamara.I stopped for service at VW on my Audi, while passing through and wanted to look at the ID4.I made it VERY clear I wasnt buying, just passing through, driving home to Chicago.Tamara told me where the car was in the lot and I went outside. She came out with the key AND, I was shocked, a nap of all the charging stations in the Chicago area!!! Wanted to make a test drive with a Tesla but they keep me waiting for a long time… they didn’t gave me all the options for the test drive to see how the car feels like or if everything works…after that they tried to pull me back into the building to see my credibility, but I just left… I don’t spend so much money when they don’t allow me to test it correctly…That’s ridiculous…I don’t give my money to dealers like that!

I have to command this place on the excellent selection of cars. Very impressive! We found our car within days: very happy with Sarah, the sales person. Here is the reason for 3 star rating. I just moved from Texas, where I lived for almost 30 years. I only purchased car twice and every time both dealerships (Toyota and Lexus) made me feel like i just won a lottery. By the end of the deal, manager on duty would come out and say Congrats and thank you. At Volkswagen Streetsboro, none of the two managers on duty did so. We walked out as we didnt just purchase $30k car but a 50 cents gallon of milk from Heinens. ...speaking of just common courtesy and manners. To top it off, finance guy, Martin, was a cheater. While we understand that convincing and pushing of various options/coverages on customer is part of the making a deal, his exact words were bank requires these options, which were interior and paint protection. While we are happy with the purchase, the closing left a bad taste in the mouth. It didnt have to be like that.

He was very casual and did not make me feel pressured to purchase that day (even though I did anyways), and was also very knowledgeable and friendly.The man who did our paperwork was also absolutely wonderful, lively and made the signing process fun! So the personnel here definitely get 5 stars in my book.I am only taking off a star because I swear it took what felt like forever to buy the car, and they do ask you to write a review before you even leave. I get that its important for your business and built into your model but I dont like the idea of making your employees ask for reviews before youre even given the product that you are there to purchase. Let me FINISH buying the car and see how the process finishes up before having employees push for reviews. Again, this is a criticism of the business practices and does not impact my impression of the individual employees that I interacted with. The employees were lovely.Edited to add that I also noticed moments after driving off the lot, multiple dents in the car that were not noted when I looked at the car and I was also not made aware that the car HAD been in an accident before until after I signed the paperwork. This was not the car I had originally come to see, so I had not looked at the car history for this specific car before arriving. This felt dishonest and I was a little disheartened by this when I found out I paid for a car that had already been in an accident. I got over this only to find that there were other dents in other locations on the car than where they said the car had previously been in an accident.

Tamara was wonderful! Knowledgeable and friendly. Found exactly what I wanted with a great deal and efficient process. Will definitely come back when it is time for my husband to upgrade!
