The manager is super friendly and helpful. They also had more new phones in stock than other stores I contacted and there was no wait. Definitely recommend this location.

Walked in looking for a replacement phone and ended up with cheaper and better plan. They know their stuff here.AT&T should be filming this store as an example of the correct way to run a business.

Colton was the coolest, most helpful people I’ve met in my entire life. Standing 6’7” with long, luscious locks of hair, his brilliant smile was only rivaled by his willingness to help. Talking to both staff members and getting my screen cover replaced was the best part of my day. Will gladly come back for any and all phone related needs.

So on Sunbday, I went up to our local retail AT & T store, because they mailed me an updated version of their flip-top cellphone, as mine was about to be obsolete. A team member from Mentor was assigned there that day to assist me, as husband said I needed new cellphone activated and all of my 180 business contacts switched over from old cell to new cell. (I was in that store for over an hour because he said that IF he transfered the contacts sim card to sim card, he might lose some of my business contacts. )The other team member there at the time, Calvin Mitchell, who at this time was assisting (2) separate customers, casually mentioned to him, Why dont you just download them all? He told him the same thing, Nah, I dont want to accidentally lose any. I, not experienced in cellphone technology, believed he needed to do it this way. He told me, I may have only missed about 1 or 2 when he finished. No, I didnt look, as I was glad to just finally get to leave. When I got home and counted my business contacts in my old cellphone, I had 180. But found he had only personally downloaded 130. Not wanting to hand put in 50 additional contacts, I phoned the store asking a girl named Niyah Somnerville, isnt there any easier way? She said, Yes, she just needed to download them to the matching size sim card, and insert them, will only take a few minutes. I said, Are you kidding me, I was in there for over an hour on Sunday, waiting for him to personally add 130, and am still missing 50. Both Calvin and Niyah, were very knowledgable, personable, and helpful. Should not have taken me 2 trips to the store to tackle the same issue. Being a retired Sales and Marketing Manager of 30 years, I would say they are BOTH keepers.

Honestly everyone was so sweet nice and funny made me feel wanted. My boyfriend was iffy about switching over but he loved every second of it definitely 100/10. Adeya Eve and I think her name was Nadia was great. She was new so not positive of her name but they were all great!

We went into the store yesterday evening. I went to pick up a new phone. The three people working were extremely helpful. My old phone information was transferred to my new phone, and I was given some information on how to use it, as it was a different brand than I was used to. They also installed a screen protector and case for me. My husband also needed the screen protector on his phone changed, and they were more than willing to help. The staff was very personable, unlike some of the staff at other stores. I will be doing my business at the Streetsboro store from now on.

Jessica “Little Stuart” : welcomed me at the door. Ask what she could do to help. Got right to business. Shut off an old phone, switched the number, got a new phone. All activated and completed in 30 minutes. This is the first time EVER in the 10 years or more, that the service was this quick, this swift. Thank you 🐩

Went into the store with my wife to get new phones things went well. Went back a few weeks later with questions and was rushed out the door and it seemed like we were bothering them. There are other a t t stores in the area. That would be all. Life goes on. Im sorry will not return this whole deal made me very Leary of this store. Would not recommend this store at all. Came in to upgrade my wife’s phone and Jessica waited on us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Upgraded to the IPHONE 12 and it’s great and it came in her favorite color - green! We had a lot of laughs with all three of the workers and everyone was great.

Great store! I have gotten my last two upgrades here and theres a reason I came back. Service was excellent, staff was knowledgeable and did very well by us trying to make sure we got all the discounts and promotions we were eligible for. We appreciated all the help getting a new line added and phones upgraded smoothly.

Great job to Mark at AT&T Streetsboro. I went in to get a new phone, and Mark the sales rep was very helpful, informative, and well versed and up to date on the current technology on the market. He gave me his honest opinion, and did not try sling me the more expensive phone. I visited the AT&T Streetsboro location on Thursday, 7/23/2020 and received Excellent service from Colton Hill! I even managed to get locked out of my brand new iPhone 11 max pro and when I returned to the store, Colton went above and beyond to help me and educate me about security!In the past I’ve had issues with security and it was refreshing to learn how difficult it can be to be hacked on my phone!I’m sure it’s not impossible, but an extra level of security and piece of mind helps!Thank you for your time and professionalism Colton!It is greatly appreciated!!!
