Not open. Went on Monday and it was closed. Sign said to go to Stow Kent location. Didnt want to go there coz they werent very helpful. Called today and still no answer. Not impressed!!

Absolutely no help, told me I had to call apple. apple told me no that’s what your carrier is suppose to help you with. Ended up going to the twinsburg location and had the problem resolved in minutes. Streetsboro location wants nothing to do with you unless your buying a phone. Will never go back

If you come to this store to move from one carrier to T-Mobile.. Remember to do the following; bring account info from current provider, ask them to return old SIM from your phone (before they throw in the trash bin) after they install the new SIM for you along with new SIM card package. Change the pin # when you go back home. Make sure they have correct account info, check spelling, especially email address otherwise you won’t get any electronic receipt, better ask for printed receipt. After all that I decided to give this store 4 star because it’s a new store and associates may need more training plus my porting worked right away before leaving the store but I have to ask them all of the above.

Literally the most incompetent humans that I have ever had the displeasure of working with try to set up a new phone with an iPhone 12pro max. After 3 trips to the store in a matter of 4 hours and speaking with Apple twice, we found out that it was the sheer ignorance of the mobile experts who never activated the sim card. 😑

Even though the sales guy seemed knowledgeable, he wasnt able to help me uninstall MCM Client, which has be downloading something to my phone for 4-5 days. I cant turn it off and he couldnt figure it out so told me to go to a tech T-Mobile store.Update: I went to the T-Mobile store in Macedonia and the tech was able to stop MCM Client from continuously downloading - four days later it started to download AGAIN. The tech said MCM Client was a Sprint app so now Ill have to contacted THEM to see if they can uninstall it. But that doesnt make sense be cause T-Mobile acquired Sprint, correct?

The staff at this Sprint/TMobile location, were extremely helpful and very informative. They fixed the settings on my phone (because it was acting up). I wanted to upgrade and they took the time to look up special online offers I would be eligible for, even if it meant they would not get the sale at their store.

Customer service was nice, but they were wrong about my phones being eligible for a promotion, I was supposed to receive $100 Mastercard per line that I ported (4 lines) and I was denied because my phones were port migrated not ported from a different carrierSo basically I lost $400, it would have been fine if they told me I was ineligible at the store, but telling me I was eligible, then finding out a month later my promo was denied and I EVEN HAD TO SIGN UP FOR THE PROMO MYSELF, HE DIDNT DO IT IN STORE LIKE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO!

The customer service was bad. The person i had, had little if any knowledge of what i asked about and the other person kept trying to sell me bundled packages even after i made it very clear what i wanted and could afford. I walked out on them because i was so dissatisfied.Will never go back.

The employee basically told us to call Sprint with our issues because he couldnt help us with our issues. This while trying to help other customers at the same time as us, because he would rather get his commission than spend time helping loyal sprint customers. The store also had next to nothing for the Galaxy S10+, which is the newest phone. Not happy with the service, the store, or Sprint in general about now.

Drove 30 minutes to get there, showed up on time for my appointment and then waited over an hour and didnt receive any help. They didnt even acknowledge that I was there. After waiting for an hour I asked the young guy there if he was going to be much longer and that I had an appointment an hour ago and he just told me that it could be a while so I left.

I have had sprint for 5 years. When I added a new line,two months ago, Sprint Customer service made 2 mistakes in the 2 past months that I have to pay for. They’re Inability to take corrective action has left me frustrated. If they can not credit me for The mistakes they made in the next week I will cancel my 5 year account with them.

Do not go here the only thing they want is ur money completely screwed me on my old plan wouldnt let me swap my number. I come back into another store to be told i was ripped off. Walk in and told by the corporate store that im now being charged over 20 more a month just to keep my line

I dislike how this store acts different towards customers vs people who walk in the door with no phone plan I brought a speaker and the store manager Hunter said I will have to wait for cash because I paid in cash and wanted cash back and they pull me around in a circle to return the speaker I brought for my daughter for a gift and then on top of that the store manager Hunter said to come back at 7 pm and a co worker Will would have money so we go there to get the cab and he doesn’t have the money and then he calls the manger Hunter and asks him and he lied about us on the phone saying he never said that we needed to come back and we have to wait until he gets cash so not only does he lie on the phone saying he told us to come back he didn’t even have cash in the drawer I just think it’s ridiculous because he even stated that I wasn’t a regular customer very disappointed will not recommend it for anyone and I will take my business elsewhere for not being taken care of

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Twice now Ive gone in with a problem and have been turned away with not even a shred of satisfaction. Rude, indifferent, and uncaring staff. This store has personally made me question keeping my business with sprint.
