Excellent as always. Very knowledge and helpful staff, as well as being very good at restocking items. I could spend all day in this store and find a million things I need, however on this day I was in hurry and simply asked where a specific tool was(a hand rivet tool) which was 15 bux cheaper than the competition, and the lovely lady working by the register knew exactly where it was, the specific store aisle, towards the back of the store in the right towards the bottom. And she was dead on. I grabbed what I needed... And a couple other things I needed that I could carry. In and out in a couple minutes. Literally. Well done as always. Bravo.

Very nice and organized store. They have a huge selection of tools. From automotive to gardening to welding to toys. They have a small selection of just about any category. But if you are looking for a very dependable tool... Something you will use everyday, then I would go elsewhere. But if you are looking for something that you would only use occasionally, then this is the place. The prices are extremely good. For their power tools, the quality has drastically improved. They used to carry one one throw away line of power tools (Chicago Electric,). But recently they started carrying three brands of power tools. I have not used these new brands, but the quality looks allot better when compared side by side.The reason for the four stars is the check out process always seems to take longer than it should. But nothing that would cause me to complain it go somewhere else.

This is a very dangerous place. This is the kind of place that screams “take my money“! There are so many useful tools here That I would say are especially good for the hobbyist, and at bargain prices. My only problem with the place is that they are always understaffed relative to the amount of volume they do in sales. But I guess that’s to be expected when you have prices this low… Workers are always friendly and willing to help when they can.

We try not to wear our masks as much as possible now that the truth cant be hid any longer, its clear that they do not work. Dale, the manager came up to us and had a box of face diapers, he said we have to ask you to wear this, we said no problem and each grabbed one, he was so nice and was able to go in the back and find us what we needed since it wasnt out on the shelf yet. Hopefully Harbor Freight will allow their employees to breathe fresh air and allow the Customers to see their faces-smiles soon. Its been proven since the beginning of time that seeing smiles relieves stress, anxiety and also can release endorphins which keeps the body good and that covering up the face does the opposite. Thank you to the wonderful young lady at the register too. What a great bunch of employees.

They had a trailer in stock they have been out of for a couple years, but wont sell their display models (company policy). Even though rumor has it coupons are being abolished, they had one for the trailer I bought, which was great since all their coupons always excludes trailers, and I printed off some others for the cheap

I go there for a lot of tools when I am out there and it has most of the stuff that I can use. I would be able to recommend the store to anyone that is interested in none expensive or not name brands but they will get the job done.

This store is so much more than a tool store. You never know what you may find . The prices are reasonable and many times they offer additional savings plus a free gift. The employees are usually very friendly and helpful. 1 sales associate with a beard I think is name is Mark seems to be very knowledgeable about the products in the store .

Before I left the house I checked online and called the store to ensure that they had the product I was looking for on the Shelf, 12in disc grinder. Drove 20 miles to the store to find out that they had none in stock. This is ridiculous!

I cant be left unsupervised in this store...sump pumps are spectacular preformers for way less $$...bought a Bauer sprayer for round up and insecticide .. sprayer, charger 20 volt battery. 99 bucks...20 bucks off if u got all 3 items...

As usual they advertise a bunch of stuff on sale and low and behold, they are all out. But we have a more expensive one. Its called bait & switch people. And its a felony.

Its...OK. if you want the least expensive tools, this is your place. The masters of buying right from overseas. Dont expect Craftsman but you can get the basics at a good price.

Nice, newer location in a nice area (other Harbor Freights tend to be in sketchy areas, part of the whole low cost thing). The folks here have always been nice and helpful. The store is neat, clean and orderly. Unless you are a professional tradesman, the product quality is sufficient and youll save a bundle. Some of the stuff is as good or better than the big box stores. Remember to get your coupons off the internet before you go!

Fast in and out

I bought an item and forgot about the 20% coupon that is routinely offered online that I had in the car with me at the time of purchase. I went back to the next day and try to get a whopping seven dollars off for my purchase in accordance with the coupon. I was told that it was a prior purchase and excluded. I tried to call the store to get an explanation, and was put on hold forever. For context, I did the same thing at Home Depot a few weeks back, and there was no trouble in getting the small discount applied. For me, this place is Shystie and deserves no future business from me, or anyone else. A store that acts like an insurance company that excludes pre-existing conditions is just destined to fail and be a miserable customer experience. If it was possible to give this a negative number, it would not be low enough. Do not shop here.

Great place to buy tools for a reasonable price and there are always coupons for discounts. Only complaint is there is never enough staff, I can rarely find anyone on the floor for assistance and always a wait in line for check out.

Great prices! They carry a large amount, and diverse offering of tools. Most of the items that are sold here are of decent quality, and will last. But that said, some items are not. Merchandise well organized and staff is able to help answer questions and locate what youre looking for. Everything may not be to the Craftsman level of quality, although the store is a good replacement for Sears Hardware stores that have gone out of business, if shopping for hand and power tools.

If you need a tool for something you will only do a few times, you can get it and not spend a lot of money.Quality is not that great, so dont expect it to be the last one youll ever buy. Return/exchange policy is pretty good, so if you break it on first use, you can get another one to replace it.

I love the tools from this place, even though I know their quality probably isnt the best, that doesnt matter to me, as I buy from here for residential use only. I have two Predator generators, and theyre both awesome! Much cheaper than the Honda of similar spec.

This may be the dollar store of tools on some things but the prices are low & I break things easily so Id rather pay less upfront for something that Im probably going to ruin anyway. Also, the employees are extremely nice & helpful people.

They have a vast inventory of tools that suits my budget. I needed a nice torx set and got one there. The warranty on Pittsburgh brand tools is an awesome added value.

I love shopping at Harbor Freight, we run a concrete company and we use most of their tools and have next to no issues. Todays time spent at Harbor Freight was well worth it because of Whitney the manager. She was so patient with me and I was truly blessed two have met her.

All Harbor Freight stores carry an excellent supply of excellent merchandise and this location is no different. I go here for a majority of my tool-related items. For example, l found a band-clamp (for use while gluing wood frames and/or tables for example) here for a great price too! Also the helpful and friendly store staff are excellent people as well.

Look, if youre in the market for a specific tool to use in your garage occasionally, then this store is perfect for you. If youre trying to buy some tool or piece of equipment that you know youre going to use and abuse daily, then this is NOT the store you need. This store has a huge selection and the prices are very good. Generally speaking the overall quality of the items are good. But from personal experience, it is not great. Like I said, use it once in a while, heck yeah. Use it for everyday use, not so much.
