Very Poor experience at this location. Lack of knowledge on Active Duty / Veteran discount policy. Awful customer service, I could even point out which individual was the rudest and unprofessional towards more individuals than myself in my visit there. I hope corporate can turn this around. Until then I do NOT recommend my fellow veteran and active members in the armed forces to spend your hard earn money here.

I ordered shoes online from Champs and they were too big. Went into the store to exchange them and was shocked by the great selection! I was also ecstatic that the staff showed interest in my Sons Beyblade phase and pulled out an arena to battle right in the store!! Extra points, my son usually hates shopping!! Nice touch😉

Ok if your looking for high priced, popular shoes but not for anyone over 50 yrs old

I always prefer Champs over Footlocker and Finishline. In my opinion they have a better selection.

Customer service is not good. Employees are contantly having personal conversations with the amongst themselves and their friends that come in there. Plus they are always out of stock with whatever I ask for. This is inconvenient because this is the closest champs to me.
