So clean.Quick professional staff that know their jobs well & execute it. Stellar service! Corporate office should be proud! Pride is excellence!! Ive been in too may establishments where clearly no one cares & the staff us allowed to dilly dally & make customers wait longer than necessary because theyd rather conversate & chat. That is a recipe for disaster. I wish all places would be as quick clean & Professional!! But that takes Pride & their always must be a leader. Sheetz is that leader!

I use the one on Center rd basically daily. And they are always friendly, moving fast, and ordering food and drinks is smoother than almost anywhere. But here I have never had them start on my stuff until after I show up for it and its supposed to be done. They are rude, and dont seem to care much about working. They need to follow the example of the other Sheetz and do it soon!

This is what has happened to the burgers?? They used to actually be big. Very dissatisfied. 6.79$ should of said something. Does it look like it has 9 toppings? Im always happy with the people there just not this time.

Lousy car wash. Leaves a film on your car that easily wipes off with your finger. Also not very effective at removing bugs and mud spatter.For $9+ for a wash there are way better places near by.

So I came here today to get lunch. I order my food first and then make a cup of coffee. While standing in line to pay for my order, one of the ladies says to make sure my order is paid for over the speaker. I look at my number and took offense to that because she made it seem like I wasn’t going to pay. I will never get food or gas there again. Very disrespectful thing to say over the speaker. If you have low expectations of me, you don’t deserve my business. I’ll go to Speedway across the street.

I dont feel safe going to this Sheetz because they dont require customers to have masks. Whats the point if Im the only one in the store with a mask? How is that safe for their employees? Were in a pandemic and this Sheetz clearly doesnt care about the safety of their employees or customers.

The service is pretty good, and has a lot of options if youre on your way anywhere. Ive liked it.

You can get pretty much everything you need from a gas station at this place. You can even custom make your own sandwiches and salads. Lottery gas tobacco snacks lunch breakfast coffee and alcohol. All in one place

This is hands down this best sheetz to go to. IT IS because the people that work there know their customers. They always have fresh coffee . They always recognize the customer and service them fast...huge difference than others. I appreciate the clean store and the positive attitude the employees have with each other and the customer. Went to get a car wash only to find it was closed. There was broken glass I had to get out to kick away cause I had to back up to get out. Please put a cone out to let people know its closed before you pull all the way up.

They never order enough longhorn mint longcut. Because of that I spend double. Thanks

I love Sheetz for gas but am so disappointed in the car wash. Even the priciest option will still leave a layer of dirt on your car. The dryer barely dries your car. Half the time, the car wash is closed when I go. The only reason I support this car wash is because it’s the most convenient to me and will only get the five dollar option.

For gas station they have great food and shakes. The pretzels are too salty but easy fix is just asking salt separately and goes great with cheese. Gas price is good too

My online food order was given to another customer. Was told I would have to wait. I opted for a refund. Carelessness zaps convenience down in flames.

I come here frequently due to its proximity to my work. Today, I was pleasantly surprised. I had ordered food and a latte. When I got up to the cash register, they told me their would be a wait for the latte and asked if I still wanted it. I passed on the latte, they removed it from my bill, and gave me a free drink coupon.I was just happy they told me about the wait, and I wasnt late to work. Thank you!!

I came in, requested one thing specifically for my food, literally got the opposite and no sauce. Went back in to attitude. Didnt even mention the order wrong, just wanted the sauce that I already paid for. You guys need to stop flirting with each other or at least do your damn job respectfully!

Go in here all the time. Very clean, nice personal but half the time the food is awful and is never exactly what I order. Most of the time food is just slipped together in a hurry even when there is no wait. Food always gets me sick

Car wash is average. Free air pump with digital read out gauge. Prices are pretty good on gas. Nice and clean inside.

Worst carwash in the area! Either the card reader doesnt work or the wash itself is #@%ked up. Sometimes youll see a service truck there for 8 hours and still cant fix it right. One time I was in as it was washing and the underbody spray came on after I pulled in. Sheetz, Take care of your customers and get it fixed by professionals !!! .... No BS excuses, Its like this quite often ripping people off and pretty much stealing their money! 😠 If you are a paying customer and reading this review and it happens to you demand a refund. Maybe theyll figure it out when they are on the losing end.Update months later....They finally replaced their failed carwash to all new one inside..

Waited in line for an hour for a car wash. It broke as we finally got to be next. Attendant didnt offer anything for being inconvenienced. Least the could have done is offer a car wash when it is working. Dont expect any real customer service here.

Very bad customer service especially at night they dont know anything from the cashier to the night manager they dont know anything about lottery about the store. Nothing they just doesnt want to work. I am never going to this place anymore. Done after going everyday for the past 6 years.

So far I ordered six subs over a couple of months and not once did I get exactly what I asked for.
