The pharmacy staff, Ms. Roopal was so rude and ignorant! She has given me a hard time started with the spelling of my last name. She kept asking for the last name 4-5 times and still didn’t get it! Then she started given me a hard time as I tried to obtain my medications and my parents’ meds as it seem likes it was too much work for her. She then told me to learn how to use the CVS App next time when pick up multiple people’s meds. Then she literally pulled the receipt and toss it on the floor then slammed the bag of meds on the counter! I walked away for 2 mins and remembered that she did not put the receipt in my bag as she slammed the bag on the counter. I came back and asked her for the receipt! She has flatted out LIED straight to my face that she was “ trying” to give it to me but I walked away???????😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬WHAT??? Are you serious ??? She then picked up my receipt from the trash can and put on the counter before walked away. What kind of manner and customer service was that????? She forgot that there was a security camera that recorded the footage of how she slammed the bag of meds in my face and yanked the receipt from the register before toss it on the floor. What a Professional behavior from the CVS pharmacy technician!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Please stay the heck away from this store and go get your meds somewhere else before you’ll be asking your doctor for High blood pressure medication after picking up your meds from this Pharmacy Technician😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬 How rude and pathetic!

Rude RUDE employees in the pharmacy! I moved from out of state and have always used CVS for my prescriptions but I cannot do it anymore. I will do like others have and transfer my prescriptions because the staff at this location are so effing rude! They have the worst customer service! So much unnecessary attitude. You don’t address customers with bad attitudes like that. And they also do not listen to you without cutting you off. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere but here.

The rapid testing service at the Strongsville, OH CVS was a complete disappointment. They called to push our appointment 30 minutes because they were running behind schedule and then called back at the last minute to push it back to its regular time. We managed to get there in time and they lied about calling us to come in and then said they would not take my son in to be tested. Absolutely abhorrent service and behavior on the part of the NP that was conducting these tests.

I live locally in strongsville, and I needed to get a covid test for work. My appointment was set for 10:30am. I was not seen until 2:45pm. Yes, I waited for 4+ hours in my vehicle. I did receive a call around 1pm to be told that it would be a bit longer. This was a terrible experience.A different time I was there, I went into the store to grab a few things and also had a photo pick up. When I got to the front check out, the cashier told me to use the self check-out. After telling her I had a photo pick up, she asked for me to spell my last name. B for boy, A for apple, Z for zebra... she looked through the photo packs, and then asked my first name.. and then she came to me and told me I spelled my name wrong and that I said V.. having a frustrating disagreement, and unnecessary rude comments from this cashier. I dont suggest coming here. If you need a CVS pharmacy, go to target. If you need anything quick pick up for errands, go to drug mart.

Was forced to change from Giant Eagle to CVS pharmacy due to insurance contract. It has been nothing but frustration dealing with incompetence and poor customer service. Nothing Im use to and so sad to have had to leave such a wonderful pharmacy to such an awful one because of insurance contracts.

Pharmacist named Brian is extremely rude. While waiting for my prescription I watched him and another pharmacist bad mouth customers and their insurance in the drive-thru window. Very unprofessional. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and I’ve never experienced such a rude pharmacist. I plan on switching to a different pharmacy.

I usually always have a great experience when I go to CVS. The cashiers are very friendly..except for when I had one cashier give me a hard time for a return that I needed to make. I used to be a loyal customer to Walgreens but since I live near CVS now this is where I go.

Management needs to make sure that the staff who give Covid vaccinations wear gloves.

Greg, if you’re out there, your COVID-19 results are in. I tried calling and letting CVS know that they left the VM with the wrong number. They reassured me that they did not do it on purpose, but at the same time have no accountability or desire to follow up by calling the right number, your phone number.Idk, why I care so much. I’d just want my test results ASAP.

I had COVID testing done today. Very efficient and friendly staff to help especially when not feeling well. Great job CVS Strongsville!

Do not use this Pharmacy. Beware. ***Worst customer service ever****They auto fill prescription without my consent. Then proceed to give me the wrong script through the drive thru. I immediate realized this after my daughter pulled forward. This should of been a simple fix. I simply wanted to exchange for correct prescription. Manager never step in to resolved and refused to make it right. Essential stole $30.00 copay after they told me throw the wrong script away in their med disposal container.

Over 50min to PICK UP my rx in the PICK UP ONLY DRIVE THROUGH...oh because they are literally having people sit in the drive through and do self test kits. Not handing them the kits and putting the drop off on the side of the building...no that would be smart...instead you get to wait like me for an hour when you got in a line with only 2 people ahead of you. If you are smart and value your time...go to somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy ever, nothing but attitude.

Routinely calls me multiple times to refill a prescription refill that I declined a week earlier (interval is supposed to be 6 months) Then doesnt fill new prescriptions when we need them. 30-45 minutes wait even though its already been a few hours? Ok no problem. 5 hours later, we call again and they tell us another 30-45 minutes. Switching to another pharmacy...doesnt matter which, just not this one. Too bad because the location is perfect for us.Update: Go to the Berea location instead. Much better service than Strongsville.

This morning I went to pick up my medicine, I was amazed on how quick and professional the 2 ladies in the front were. They clearly know what team work means. Keep up with the good work!

They couldnt read the doctors name on the prescription, even though it was easy to read. Every time I go there I end up taking my prescription somewhere else . Big waste of time so I wont go here again

Waited over 10 minutes in an incredibly slow check out line and walked out after cashiers started to ring out someone that literally walked in from the front door to the head of the line. The poor women in line in front of me is probably still waiting.

I have gone in here a few times to pick up one of two things. They are always friendly in here and are willing to help if you need it. The prices are a little high but it is a drug store. I have never picked up any prescriptions here but my bf has. He did have a few problems picking it up but it was resolved quickly. If you are needing a few things this is a great place but if you need like ten or more items I would recommend going to Walmart or even Giant Eagle.

I dont know about other CVS locations but the staff here at this CVS were great. I had trouble with other places with getting my passport pictures taken.. I came here and they were quick and professional. My pictures came out great and I was able to get my documents filled out correctly. They even have a handy dandy little photo cropper to cut the pictures out for you.

Youll never get your prescriptions any slower than at this place.

Minute Clinic is great...Only if you use their online website to put yourself in line ahead of time. Not recommended to go there when everyone is getting sick because they can get very far behind, and usually only 1 doctor.

I had a good experience at the minute clinic. I needed a physical for work and was in an out in about 30-45 min. The blood work results were available in about 5 minutes. I had nurse practitioner Tina. My insurance covered this visit, so even though online might say insurance doesnt cover physicals bring your card..it might be free.

They have everything you need. I always find the best laundry deals here. Get the CVS card and youll never regret it. I always get great coupons and save tons of money.

CVS is great if you are a loyal customer and have their rewards card. You get weekly coupons (such as 20% off your purchase) through email. My only wish is that they go back to having their weekly ads online without having to log in...I just want an easy way to see what is on sale before I go to the store.

The pharmacy has dropped the ball too many times with our meds. Long lines at drive up window. Wont answer the phone when you call..... Switched to Drug Mart, No problems!Follow up 2 weeks later.They keep texting me that my prescriptions are ready after we stopped going there so we decided to call....Oh boy, Took 27 minutes for someone to answer. What a joke!

If there was a zero thats what they would get, unhelpful, rude and insulting. Never use this pharmacy.

Waited about 30 mins but nurse gave me antibiotics and with 24 hrs I was feeling better!!

Avoid the drive-through, you’ll be waiting a long time.

The pharmacists/ technicians at this CVS are so rude! I witnessed them put customers on hold and talk about them to their co-workers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They treated me like crap, rolling their eyes at me, and throwing my prescriptions. Will never go to a CVS again. Their Minute Clinic is more like an Hour Clinic. I waited for 3 hours to be helped. It would be better to just go to the ER. Horrible service. Rude people.

I have always found the associates to be very helpful, leading me personally to products I needed. Sam has been especially patient in helping both me and my older sister.

My experience at this CVS was awful. The pharmacist was very rude to me for no reason. Theres something wrong with the communication between my doctors office & this CVS. I will be switching to Walgreens.

They have a full selection of NYX products and other higher end lines.
