Car Michanic place at Marathon very good team great service and low priced compared with other.

Have been getting my car repairs here for over 20 years. Couldnt be happier. I trust them completely and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.

I took my car for service at the marathon in Strongsville, I was told that the water pump needed to be replaced, a month after they replace the water pump I’ve noticed that I was having the same issue with the car, so I took it in since I had a year warranty, I was told that the issue was something different and refused to look at what the issue is because they don’t have special equipment for. I ended up taking it to a different Mechanic shop just to find out that it was indeed the water pump. The parts was not placed correctly and the house had fallen off because it was not connected right. They wasted my time and money I have to pay twice for the same issue that they could have fixed since it was not done right from there end and there employees… BETTER YOUR SERVICE!

No real deals inside for drinks. Not very clean on the inside. Marathons gas prices have not been that competitive as of late.

I didnt feel safe going here!! NO ONE was following any of the mandated laws right now.not a single employee was wearing a mask and none of the customers were wearing a mask!!! Strongsville gas stations are just the worst! I just left the gas station at 10: 05 pm on 9/20/ 2020

This place is actively defying statewide covid restrictions. The sign on the door even states it due to medical conditions which is crazy considering how small the place is. They even have a joke of a plastic screen up at the counter which 100% misses their faces which means youre right there getting their hot breath coming at you from a foot away. Customers walk in maskless and they dont say anything. These people do not care about you, your health or the friends and family youll expose due to their medical conditions. Even if that was real, a medical condition that makes a mask affect your breathing also makes you rip to die from covid. Dont go to this place.

I rolled in with my tire valve blown off.... They fixed it quick. Appreciate it so much

Al and the rest of the mechanic staff are superb! They replaced the timing belt on my accord and vehicle is running top notch! The mechanic found a broken connector on my A/C condenser and replaced it without charge. I had the wire rigged myself and only noticed it after looking at the engine following timing belt replacement. Price is always competitive. Work is always done right. Will be going back with all my future car repairs and recommend this business to all of you. Plus they take the Synchrony Car Care Credit Card and you can spread out payments to 6 or 12 months depending on size of bill.

Not a fan of the restrooms, which can only be accessed from outside with a key. I cannot order food from the Subway inside because of this. I have heard good things about their repair shop but there is room for improvement otherwise. I do try to use Marathon fuel when possible.

Rude cashiers and over priced tobacco products. You can go next door to BP or another location and save money including on the overpriced gasoline. Overall a horrible and rude experience. I would take my business somewhere else next time. I deal with rude people at work everyday and this experience made me angry. Just horrible!

Its been about a week now since I had Marathon do a complete break job for me. Im extremely happy with the quality work they did on my car. Smooth as butter. I had no idea how bad my breaks were until they guys fixed me up right. The guys were nice. Im not sure why anyone would think theyre rude there, but then again, Im from Boston, and the meanest people in ohio are still nicer than the nicest people in Boston.

My brake light burnt out, so I shopped for a new one to install (I DIY just about everything) when my wife told me that the Strongsville Moms FB group highly recommends this Marathon. Reluctantly, I called them up to confirm the price which was basically the same price as the bulb (about $10 for bulb AND labor).I backed it up in front of the bay and Jim had in installed in about 3-5 minutes. You really cant beat that deal!
