Love shopping Darice on line the freight included is a wonderful program I dont have to try and guess my shipping. Always nice when I call and always find what I want . So sad that they are closing. Boo to Michaels I will never buy from your stores again. Shame on you.

I was missing 1 of my produce and i called customer service to see what happen. It was the day after Thanksgiving so when they answer and told me they would take care of it, that was nice surprise. Product description of packing, indicated, 1 of the boxes should have the other product, however it was not there. Will update when i receive product.Did receive my other product within 3 weeks. Yay! They did do just what they said they would do.

I have used their 5x7 cards/envelopes sets for over a couple of years now and I have been very happy with their price and quality. I recently had my first glitch in the quality - a big batch of the cards came damaged due to some machine fault. After I contacted customer service with some photos to show them the damage, they handled the problem super quickly and efficiently - sent a new batch immediately and told me to just keep/dispose of the damaged one. I did notice, however, that the weight of the card paper has gone lighter and maybe that is the reason for the cards to be more vulnerable. I hope they examine this new spec and I hope they go back to the thicker and more durable previous cards.

Bought some beautiful fall leaves. They were beautiful (that is why I gave the 1 star), BUT, the smell was absolutely horrendous. I was going to use them on my Thanksgiving table but the smell was so bad that I couldn’t even have them in the house. I tried airing them out, spraying them with room deodorizer, everything. Nothing helped. The worse part is that I contacted the company to let them know. Their response was “we have been purchasing this item from the same company for many, many years and they have always had this smell. Every so often we get a customer complaint, but it’s just the way they smell because of the dye”. THESE LEAVES SMELLED LIKE YOU HAD YOUR NOSE STUCK IN A URINE FILLED CAT LITER BOX, and this was their response. Didn’t expect money back or anything, but, I didn’t expect a response that that either. Will NOT purchase from this company

Terrible place. Been here over 3 hours to get loaded. ONLY truck in the dock area! Wont ever come back again!

I have ordered twice online. the first shipment was returned to sender for incorrect address. I was not contacted, had to call to find out what was going on. The second order, I received one package and the rest were returned to sender. I again contacted through email and was told that all other packages were damaged. I also cannot see orders on their websites

I usually go out of my way to but Darice products. Everything from tools to beads.I like to buy the craft foam most of all, I use it a lot.But trying to peel that sticker off takes about 30 minutes because of how theyre glued on there. And youre lucky if it doesnt rip and you have to just cut the piece out.I lose a good amount of product as I have to just cut the sticker off.And stapling the pieces on there arent any better. I could come up with a list of ideas on how to wrap these without damaging the product.Id like to keep buying Darice so please fix this.

Love this company and its customer service is great Ive been customer for over 20 years and was fortunate enough to meet the original Mr Catan. I dont think its fair to give 1 or 2 stars over 1 product that you didnt like. They carry thousands of products! Thats what customer service is for. I hope the Michaels isnt stupid enough to close this business like they did Pat Catan Stores! Michaels stinks thats why people go to Darice or Pat Catans!

The 48 zippered black marker holder does not hold 48 StampinUP!markers, only 44. It will not close to zip with all 48 in it. Also, the zipperdoesnt seem to be very strong. Sandy Valtz 1/24/17
