This location rocked. My fiancée and I were browsing through the mall and Mike the manager was more than kind and even offered to clean her ring a couple days before our wedding as a courtesy. The staff was very knowledgeable and even educated me on new watch technology. I’d highly recommend this location.

I want to thank Michael Parnell for making my evening. Customer service at its absolute BEST!! I came into the store prepared to do one thing and because of his kindness, knowledge and willingness to do the right thing I walked out of that store a VERY happy Kay Jewelers customer. I understand that Mike wasn’t having the best day himself but he was still able to make someone else’s day better(My day better) Strongsville store will be my store of choice. Thank you again Mike 😀

Avoid Kay jewelers or any other business that uses Comenity for their credit lines. They sit on your payments for an extended period of time, then charge you late fees and even report to the credit bureau. They got me good with this and it dropped my credit score by 100 points. From what Im hearing from friends this is not unusualfor Comenity and I even have one friend that sued them and won over a very similar situation. I hope this warning will stop even just one person from getting burned like I did.

Today I was greeted and helped by two staff members, Andrea and Sherri at the SouthPark Mall location. These ladies went above and beyond for me, very patient, and helped my husband and myself with purchasing my ring enhancement. The energy was so warm and welcoming, amazing and I felt like a new bride all over again. So friendly even helped save money with a coupon Andrea had. Appreciate it so much and cant wait to see the results of my new ring. Thank you ladies

Store manager was great. He took his time helping me find something unique for my wife for our anniversary. I was satisfied with both the quality and price of the two items I ended up purchasing. Signet has struggled finding people, and while this store manager was certainly a star, is support staff looked a bit sullen. He asked one of his associates to bag my items while he rang me up, and she seemed to give him attitude.

My wife and I have been coming into this store for yrs..we’ve only gone to this store because the girls in there, Sherry snd Andrea are the BEST!!! They helped us find the perfect engagement, wedding sets, bracelets PLUS the just because rings I buy for my wife!! Since this pandemic they have not yet brought back Sherry...ugh!! I’d like to soon walk back into that store and we see Andrea and Sherry both working to help us!!! These girls are seriously the best!!! I’d hate to have to shop elsewhere if they’re both not there soon!!! We’d walk on glass to get their advice on picking out the perfect jewelry!!!!CORPORATE BRING BACK THE GIRLS!!!!!

Kinda unprofessional bought a $8,000 ring got it sent out for fitting to my wife 10 days later it came back the exact same size it left then the sales lady tried to convince my wife the ring fits her when my wife of 20 years which the ring I bought was her 20 years anniversary ring is telling the sales lady this is my forever ring so I said if we have to wait again for the ring I want a discount the lady looked at me and said but you didnt pay anything it was included in the package you bought. I said it doesnt matter if it was included i paid $8,000 for the ring. So unprofessional. Definitely going somewhere else for my wifes ring im asking for my money back

I came to pick something up at 6:40pm. Hours said they close at 7pm. I rushed all the way from working at a hospital uptown Cleveland to make it and they told me everything was shut down and I can come back the next day. I said the site said they closed at 7pm. The guy told me the mall closes at 7pm but they have to disinfect everything. Don’t put your closing hours are 7pm if you’re closing earlier than that. I worked all day at a hospital and I was turned away because they closed everything down too early. Ridiculous.

The customer service here was outstanding. I was not pressured to purchase at all, but I was allowed to browse and ask questions. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The return policy is fair and the quality of merchandise is very good.

From my engagement ring to wedding sets and my love for movado watches, paying the extra buck for the insurance, especially for the rings, is so worth it . Only issue I have with Kay is the fading on the rings which leaves a light gold tint on the white gold jewelry which really isn’t a horrible if you have the insurance, take your jewelry in and it’s covered to be fixed . I personally love the fact I can upgrade my jewelry, meaning I was able to trade in my engagement ring and purchased a new wedding set . Example : they gave me 4,000 off my new wedding set for trading in my engagement ring .

Wish I could recall name of our salesperson, as she was very helpful and not at all pushy. We went in just to drop off my engagement ring for servicing, d/t prong tip breaking off (ring now nearly 6 y.o.) and to have the rhodium plating done again. While there, I asked to look at wedding bands, as wed been thinking of replacing the plain band Id been using. Our salesperson was helpful in identifying bands which would complement my engagement ring, helped us with a price-point wed feel comfortable with, and, gave us private time to look at the ring and discuss whether to purchase it. Very happy with our experience!

I purchased an engagement ring from this Kays less than a year ago, unfortunately the engagement has ended. I went to try and resell my ring that I no longer needed around as a reminder to a very reputable local jewelery store. Upon inspection of my ring, I was informed that it was full of black carbon spots, and was discolored with a yellow hue and very unclear! After telling him what I paid for the ring, he was appalled! He wouldnt even make me an offer at all. He wanted nothing to do with such a faulty diamond in his store.He said that all of these imperfections were something that I should have been made aware of upon purchase, and that it was worth no more than $1,500. I paid double!Im truly disgusted with this knowledge of my ring and that I was sold such a faulty diamond and completely misguided and taken for my hard earned money!!

Both times that I came to Kay Jewelers in Southpark Mall, the service provided was absolutely wonderful. I was treated like family, and the associates went above and beyond to find an affordable price for my ruby ring. I would definitely recommend this Kay Jewelers to all friends and family.

We purchased my Neil Lane ring 2 years ago, I recently purchased another Neil Lane band, somehow when we traded in 2 years ago there was a misunderstanding with insurance plan. Kays corporate and store manager were very nice and corrected the problem right away. Thank you, we love our Kay Jewerlers at Southpark Mall and were so happy with our prompt service. We visit Ohio every summer and have been shopping at that Kays quite a few years now.

I went in with my fiancé to look for some enhancers for my engagement ring. One of the girls was very helpful, but the other who was there with her was rude. I wanted to look at multiple styles and compare prices and she just kept saying “This one looks good, you should get this one. We have a credit card you can get to finance”. I didn’t want to buy one right then because the ones I liked were pricey, so I asked for a brochure about the financing to look over and she said “What else is there to know? You should just get it.”Very rude, very unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this store.

My Fiancé has bought all my jewelry from here including my engagement ring! The sales associates are absolutely wonderful and i love that they remember us whenever we go up there. He bought the lifetime guarentee so i am able to wear my ring to work with no worries because they’ll fix it right up if something should happen. Got my fiancées ring resized and got it back with a stone missing. Manager proceeded to tell me how good he is at customer service, shortly after he said he was doing something for me so I didnt complain. No class, no employee communication, no customer service.
