Maybe my expectations are just too high but it would be awesome if someone would acknowledge my presence when I arrive to this store. I actually go out of my way to avoid visiting the store because I feel like I’m bothering them by entering the doors. Looking up from your computer and saying hello would go such a long way toward creating a positive customer experience.

They have lost my packages AND this summer I received someone elses order, had to track them down because that wasnt their job. Their customer service is sub-par. No one seems to know whats going on or house to figure it out... If I could give a negative start review, I would.
I went into the store to mail back a pair of shoes that I purchase through Amazon. Im sure many are aware several purchases through Amazon you go into UPS or even Kohls and its free returns no Box needed. All I needed was for them to scan the code on my return but I decided I would just give the Box back no big deal it helps them out. As Im waiting for my receipt I asked the lady youre just gonna use that Box and tape it up. The lady tells me yes and she says its a dollar I said a dollar for what she says for us to tape the box. I explained to her I didnt even need to bring you a Box why would you charge someone a dollar for a piece of tape furthermore when I am getting very upset the lady behind her another employee turns around and asked the lady that I was dealing with why would she change it on the computer I dont have to pay for no tape and my return is all free. I will say this store is so hard up for money they will try anything to get money from people. I need to find a new location because this store has awful customer service and their employees are rude.
The Strongsville UPS Store is conveniently located in the center of town with a easy in/out driveways and plenty of parking. The employees are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have about shipping a package or about receiving one at their location. I highly recommend this store!
I paid $50 for overnight delivery of important vehicle title documents that were destroyed and returned and the store refused to refund me the delivery charge. Failing to deliver the package, destroying my property and taking my money — this is theft.

Have visited this store multiple times and have never had any complaints until today’s incident. Today I came to the store to send a package and it’s the first time I felt humiliated as a customer. The person who attended me was ‘JAKE’(June 14th, 2021, 6:20 pm).Today I went to the store and wanted to take a printout, the girl who attended me the first time said that it would cost 10 cents. I was fine with it. When she was about to bill the amount. This guy(‘Jake’) interrupted and said it is 2 dollars and 10 cents since they took the printout through email. I told him that i was told 10 cents for which he simply replied, “In that case I’ll trash this one, you can take a new printout if you pay $2.10 or get it from elsewhere”. Then I had to go leave the store and get a printout from Staples store for which Staples charged me 17 cents. He created so much fuss for a sheet of paper and wasted my time and ruined the evening.
The staff is always friendly and so willing to help. Always a great place to do business!
The entrance doors are the worst. If you have a bigger package you cant open the door and enter...I hate coming here because. Customer service is great.
All the employees here are friendly and efficient. They know what they are doing, are helpful if you have questions, and you can get in and out of there fast.

The UPS store in Strongsville is very efficient. Its a busy store and many times youll see a line just outside the door especially during holiday shipping. The people working there are very aware of each customer and will ask if you just have a drop off. If you do you are told to put it on the counter . Easy Peasy. I have no problem going into the store as it is kept very clean. Youll always get a smile from the workers even if they are busy.
$1 to tape a box closed. Wanted to charge to print a label. Took box and left, went to different UPS store and in and out no charges. Told them Strongsville tried to charge me, and the said they hear that alot from customers. Said they cant believe they are still getting away with it after all these years. Use a alternate location.

Ive used this location on several occasions and theyve always been very helpful. My only qualm is that everything seems to be so expensive, but I feel that its similar to FedEx and USPS.
The Strongsville UPS Store is an incredible service to our community. They are patient, kind and offer great options when I mail special packages to our grandchildren. I appreciate the steps they are taking to keep us healthy and safe.

The older lady at the counter is horrible! I have been to several other UPS store locations to send out Amazon returns and she is the only one to give me a hard time about taping a box or alleging that I need my own box when the instructions from Amazon say bring into ups store with no box...today she gave my wife the same treatment and she’s never set foot in a UPS store before.If she didn’t have such a horrible attitude and demeanor I would not have such an issue with this store’s bs “rules”.

Its been over ten (10) years now that I have received the best possible office and mail/shipping services from the UPS Store in Strongsville. They adapted to the States covid19 protocols right from the beginning and have been a model for businesses serving the public with clear posted instructions to customers and through cleaning procedures.
This store is so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me get the print I needed in the correct size. Young, friendly employees!
Terrible customer service. We had a return for Amazon and didnt need a box. She said if it it was damaged without the box then we would have to pay for the whole return which the item was $300. The lady tried to charge us $2.00 to tape up the box so we bought a roll of tape that was over $4.00. Customer service is terrible here!
A very nice owner and staff. Never had issues. My things always ship on time. I have never had any trouble with finding what I need or getting things sent exactly how I want them. Great store.
The women that work in this store are always rude and mean spirited. I am never treated with kindness or given a smile. They are quick to be hostile and this causes me to dread to go into this store. Unfortunately, since UPS is not even trying to deliver at my house in Ledgewoo,d not even leaving a notice...instead I get an email stating UPS left the package at the store, I have to go into this negative energy business. Horrible. And of course right away today the woman behind the counter wanted my written notice...of which I never received...She was snotty when asking how I knew I had a package...This is all while I am standing there with my drivers license out and a copy of the UPS email. Mean and Nasty!!
There is an older lady. Beware! It wont be pleasant if she attends you.
I spent over $600 to pack, ship and insure several items. When one of the items arrived damaged, I filed the claim and have been following up ever since and consistently been ignored by the owner, Mark. Very frustrating. Do not pay extra to insure your items as they will not honor your claim even when you send proof of damage. I highly recommend using USPS.
The UPS store in my neighborhood is a pleasure to visit. Process is always super fast and efficient, and employees are friendly and cheerful. Whether its mailing a package or picking one up, the experience is always much more pleasant than going to any of the U.S. post office branches.
I came in Monday evening and had a great experience . The gentleman that was there it was like he had 10 arms the way he knocked down the long line. He had awesome customer service and was very respectful. I come in once a week to ship my packages for my business. The only downside to this store is not having more workers like him. I asked for a one page PDF document printed on black and white. The cost for this store is $.10 for black and white prints on paper, but just because it contained a UPS label they charge $2.00.The cashier Derrick, refused to charge the 10 cents.Normally I print and tape labels on the box myself, and yes, I brought my own tape. Expect to pay if you go to this UPS Store franchise location for any type of service.
I love this place they provide services for me that I could get at Office Max but I do them theyre a lot less expensive and they do excellent work.
Everyone at the store was very nice and efficient! I walked in with five Christmas tins of chocolate without packaging and they had me out the door in about 10 minutes packaged and ready to go. Nancy was phenomenal. They even offered me some Christmas cookies with pumpkin dip. If nothing else I’ll be back for the Awesome cookies!!!

Is it possible to give a half star? Multiple poor experiences here. Honestly shocked at the low level of intelligence, how can you be a shipping company and not be able to understand the requirements to ship something? Pure ignorance, do not recommend. Dont waste your time here. Here we are, once again, 7/30/2016, and YET AGAIN UPS never disappoints to fail me. Unable to post another review, so Ill just edit this one. Its honestly just a mixture of ignorance, incompetence, and pure laziness. How are these people getting paid to sit there, AND NOT DO THEIR JOB? A sad excuse for a shipping place. Do not recommend.
Rude staff at Strongsville location!!! Need to to be retrained on how to speak to customers. Very disappointed in this location. Moving forward I’ll make sure my undelivered packages for my apartment get delivered to a different location other than this one.

Nancy was great! I felt bad but she insisted on going above and beyond folding a military blanket so it would fit in the package nicely. During our interaction I asked if she owned the place she said no and I thought she might because she treated me like she was the owner and wanted my future business which they will get due to her.

Every year or so, I return home to Strongsville to see family and do some antiquing in the Cleveland area... more like junking, but whatever. I always call on the Strongsville UPS Store to ship my treasures home to me in NYC. I have never been disappointed. Everything is safely and securely packaged and the most delicate of glassware makes it to NYC without issue. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your packing and shipping needs! See you next year :)
Put a note on my door and didn’t even knock or have any signal they were here, now i have to go pick it up, no big deal but workers are lazy and company organization is awful.
I have visited this location three times since moving to the area and have regrettably had negative experiences each time. I always adored the ease and friendliness of the associates at my previous UPS store in Sheffield Village, Ohio, so I was surprised to have such a bad experience at this store. The women here are quite rude and the charges are ridiculous ($1 for a piece of tape and $2 for one page of a printout because its a label?) Also, when I said that $2 for a printed page seemed high, the associate proceeded to retort, Youll be okay, youll live. TOTALLY unprofessional and not how I expect to be treated for services Im paying for. I will NOT be visiting here again. I highly recommend the USPS in Columbia Station right down the road on Rt. 82 - MUCH friendlier service with reasonable prices.
I took a package to be returned. I had a label but didnt realize it was a US Postal Service label. The girl quickly pointed that out and was almost refusing to take it. Because I didnt wasnt to schlep to the post office I offered to pay for another label. She went to the back, told me the mail had already gone out and there wouldnt be another pick up until Monday and I couldnt any kind of way to track the package. Could she be any more negative? Not sure why I keep going.

I was just in this store and the employee named Nancy was very rude. Tyler helped and he was very helpful however after purchasing the smallest box they had and shipping a small childs backpack for normal delivery $22 Nancy left a bad taste in my mouth. Nancy was angry due to myself using a computer to print off a photo on one of the computers in store. Asked me if I told Tyler I would be using the computer... Excuse you? Im a Customer.

Ive been to this location a few times and never had a positive experience. Recently I went to drop off an Amazon package and the guy at the counter wanted to charge me a fee for tape (which surprised me because even the USPS offers it for free). I declined and came back about a week later. That same guy was at the counter but refused to acknowledge that I was even there. I greeted him but he didnt return any such hospitality. I had to wait for one of the employees working in the back office to come check me out. It seems like they try to capitalize at their customers expense.

I had a problem with a delivery, but Nancy came to the rescue! She went above and beyond. I have NO problems at the UPS store when Nancy has handled the situation. I cant speak for the other employees, they have never waited on me. I just call and find out when Nancy will be there and then I go in and see her.

Every single time I have used this location my package has gone missing. Tracking will say nothing for weeks. I get a receipt each time because amazon always refunds me reguardless. Glad I don’t ship personally from this location!
I can always count on my UPS store for just about all of my business copy needs. Today they helped me create a last minute booklet for an event I have tomorrow and exceeded my expectations.
They charge $1.00 for a 3 inch strip of tape to seal the top of a box? Not very service oriented.
