Came in to look around for a 4 gauge power wire for my car audio. They had a whole kit for 49.99 that I picked up. The fuse was only 60 amp though so I asked if the had any other fuses to choose from. The answer I got was that If you dont see it we dont got it I asked for help because I dont know what you have or what aisle it would be in. Is it in the audio section? Maybe its in electrical. Maybe its in the marine section.....I dont know. Im so sorry for asking a question about your retail item locations. This is the employee that didnt want to actually help me.

On Saturday, June 26 at about 415 I went to the AutoZone on the corner of US one and Central Parkway. Usually the staff at this location is very helpful and courteous. This time I got Thomas. I have not been to this location for a while so I do not know how long has been here. But my experience with him was very poor. He was not helpful or knowledgeable. I wouldn’t say he was extremely rude but he was rude enough that I was annoyed enough to give him this review. I came in to buy or order several parts for my air-conditioning. But this time I will take my business elsewhere. It is rather unfortunate these days seems like it is very hard to find good help.Who knows maybe Thomas was having a bad day. But I’m the customer trying to give this business my money so in my Opinion that’s not my problem. I guess what I’m trying to say is we all have a job to do and I’m not sure that Thomas is up for doing his job.

Miguel at Auto Zone was amazing. Our battery died in our Cadillac and we stopped into Auto zone in Hobe Sound to have it replaced. I am so thankful we were fortunate enough to have Miguel help us. He went above and beyond helping us to get the battery changed out while keeping the electronics in tact so we wouldn’t lose the saved information. He took the time to go over our options and explaining what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Miguel at Auto Zone to friends and family 💯%

I must say Gage and Zack were very courteous and knowledgeable.. Gage actually took out my old battery and hooked up the brand new one while also filling my windshield wiper holder, which was dry. I walk in saying I needed a new battery and the associate named Thomas was clearly upset. He rolled his eyes and seemed like I was a big inconvenience. Then tells me they dont have my battery. Which part of me wonders if thats true or he didnt want to do it. Then sends me to the store on kanner I go out there to be told they dont have it. Thomas needs to be trained on customer service

Just stopped in to analyze to he car that was running rough. Used their tester for free and obtained error code. We will go to mechanic with this info at hand and will be better prepared for repairs needed.

I made a quick stop to grab one item. To my surprise I was greeted by an associate the moment I walked in the door. It was like having my own personal assistant who walked with me to find my item and checked me out.Remarkably, I was in and out the store in less than six (6) minutes. The night manager is an angel. I went there hoping they could help me and he went above and beyond. The gentleman / night manager installed what I bought without hesitation. Answered questions until I understood. Brought me to the product and showed me the different ones depending on what I could afford. I wish I got his name because he deserves these five stars!!!!!

I purchased an alternator that was new and didnt work. I took it out and brought it back and they said it was fine. I took it to a shop and they couldnt figure out what was wrong. I finally took it back to AutoZone and the lady behind the counter gave me a different one realizing intuitively that there was no other reason for my problem. She was absolutely correct and I was able to go out of town on schedule. I did go back to the store three weeks later to personally thank her for what she did.

Very clean store, good selection to choose from. Only complaint is they never have enough people working, the store gets pretty busy but theres just not enough people sometimes. However, once you do get someone they are pretty helpful and knowledge of almost everything in the store.

This is my 2nd favorite parts store. Their prices tend to be lower than most and they offer a lifetime warranty. Their staff is fairly knowledgeable and they only give me the wrong part once in a while

I went there to buy some freon for my A/C. Even though they do not preform the service, they did show me where to put it in, so that I could read the directions and do it myself.
