Awesome awesome place to take your car very trustworthy, I brought my car in, my passenger side carpets were soaking wet there was water coming out from the in side of my car and it had to do with the air conditioning they found the hose flushed it out and did it out of a courtesy for me. Not many mechanics would do that. they took the time out of their day. Bring your car here excellent service

Dave is the man plain and simple! If your looking for an honest guy that always comes through on time and in a cost effective way hes your guy. He diagnosed and fixed my transmission problem for half the price of the next cheapest quote I had. Ive been bringing my vehicles to him for years and have complete faith in Dave.

Made an online appointment. Showed up they only had one guy, I’m not sure I can do it today ect. I make a new appointment for 4 days later. First thing in the morning, I’m assured the tires I want will be there. 4 days later I’m on time. First they asked why I’m here, then they don’t have the tires. Try to up sell me. I agree to a reasonable price. State no alignment, basic install. Get my car after calling them. Receive my bill and somehow have a lifetime install package I was billed for. I can’t use it. It will be a lifetime before I or my family & friends return.

After waiting at the Honda dealership for 3 hours for a simple tire mount and balance on ONE tire I looked across the street and saw this shop. I called him and he was so great at fitting us RIGHT in and doing it in under 20 minutes. We were on our way home to Tennessee and he was so amazing. Thank you thank you!!!!!!

Just would like the technician not to put the wheel lugs on too tight. Other places have cross threaded or put on so tight it has to be replaced. You guys have not done that yet.

Great value for the money, Steve was helpful and direct with his recommendations. Importantly, he did not rush or pressure me, just let me know my options. Then recommended local spots for lunch while we waited, and it’s not usually too long of a wait. I’ve been coming for several years, trust them, and they send me out happy, and my car is driving SO nice!

Came here to get new tires. Immediately after getting them the air was leaking, brought it back and asked for it it be fixed. I think they made it worse though. I won’t be coming back here.

David & Ralph took great care of my 2000 Toyota 4Runner for a mystery emergency water leak.The guys found the problem quickly and fixed it. They also put in my new headlights that I brought in.They did this all as a courtesy and will become my new mechanics!

David got me in and setup super fast, just needed a tire patched and oil change, guys took it upon themselves to fix a minor but annoying issue I had with doors and top up all my fluids, great service all around and will be returning for any future needs.

I cannot give this shop enough praise. I was travelling from GA to the Keys pulling a boat and had a serious problem with one of the hubs on my trailer. This was around mid-day on a Sunday right before Christmas. Dave and Derrick at this shop said no problem bring it in and well take a look at it. Every other shop I had called said nope, cant help. This shop doesnt work on boat trailers normally, but took time to work on mine. Derrick knew exactly where I could go nearby to pickup a new Hub and got the tire and hub changed out quickly. I would recommend this shop to anyone just based on their attitude alone.

What a wonderful experience I had tonight. Had a flat tire and showed up to the store 30 min before closing. Steve and his staff went above and beyond taking me in right away and repairing the flat quickly. Simply the best tire auto repair store in this area!!!

Dave and Steve along with the entire crew ROCK! We had a blow out on I-95 this morning. The tow truck company was pulling out with our Tundra in tow at 11:15 am. Our Uber driver John picked us up at the same time on the side of I-95 (which my family and I thought was stinking awesome. This is a shout out to you good sir. Thank you For making it happen!).So like I said the tow truck leaves I-95 at 11:15 am headed toward Tire Choice in Stuart. I get a call at 1:30 pm. I was ready for them to tell me it wouldnt be ready until this evening.......WRONG!They let me know I could come pick it up! Are you kidding me Steve?!?!?!BLOWN Away! Amazing!So needless to say I went on to ask them if they had time to service my rotors and breaks. Not only did they service them, but they helped my family and I with a fantastic price! I took my 1965 Mustang convertible to The Tire Choice for new rear air-adjustable shocks. Eric helped me choose the right ones & parts came in the following day. They did a professional installation with routing a single fill valve through the bumper above the license plate. Car now rides great in any loading condition. Definitely recommend this shop!

Robert at Tire Choice was amazing, so polite, patient, unruffled and helpful. Offered up all the options and provided great insight into types and benefits of all the (sometimes) confusingly difficult choices and patiently gave me dialogues about the cost / benefit of those options. Had me in and out in less than an hour. All while answering and helping others on the phone so that everyone (including me) felt like we were his #1 concern. Love this location and the people there.

Came on Sunday after they were already closed, but there was still 2 gentlemen still finishing up some work and my tire was not working well. Had to drive all the way to WPB and didnt want to have a accident they didnt have my tire size in stock but were kind enough to change my spare tire for no charge!! They are great and Im thankful for them I would give 10 star rating if possible :))

Took a flat tire here to get looked at. Dropped off at 0930 Sunday morning, they had just opened. I was told they were too busy. He reluctantly said theyd look at it, but it would take 1-1.5 hours. I said thats fine and they would call me. 1.5hours later, no call, so I go there. The tire is still sitting right where I left it and he said sorry, we havent looked at it yet. Mind you, there was no one else in the waiting room... I said it was unacceptable, I dropped it off over an hour ago and was probably the first one here since they opened at 0930. He said fine, Ill look at it now. 5 min later he says in a rude manner, We cant fix your tire. I said ok, do you have one in stock. His response was No. Thats it. Very short. No sorry for your time... or let me look one up for you... or anything really. I will not be taking any of my vehicles here for ANY kind of service and letting any friends know as well. Unfortunate.

Went in and needed a tire patched, I thought, turns out it was a lose valve stem and they didnt charge me for screwing it back in. Checked all the rest of my tire pressure too. Nice guys! Ill go back.

We are under a mask mandate. My husband gave up 6 weeks of work to try and stop the spread of covid. We don’t eat out. We wipe our groceries down with bleach and the groceries of my husbands 95 year old grandma we caretake. Yet we go in this place and not a mask on site. You should be fined and shut down.Edit: Giving an update. I was called by the regional manager and apologized to. I was offered a free oil change. Whereas it doesn’t change what happened, it is appreciated that it was acknowledged. I don’t like leaving bad reviews for businesses, but in these trying and scary times I think it is crucial we recognize the businesses that are keeping their customers safe and those that are not. I will change my 1 star to 3 for the effort to reach out. I just Hope from here forward they will keep their customers safe as well as themselves by wearing a mask. It is up to all of us to stop the spread.

Had a puncture from a Phillips screw that was too close to the sidewall to patch. I was planning to replace all 4 tires in a few months anyway, so Tire Choice worked with me to knock the price of a new tire set down a bit which I appreciated. The service itself was pretty quick, and the staff was cordial and attentive. Id go back.

I was broke down a few weeks ago and i barely made it in, it was the end of day and no one was there but the manager Dave, he fixed my tire and i was on my way. 10 stars for good service thank you Dave!!

Robert is just awesome. My mom came in there and when she called me and said the guy here took care of the tire himself cause they were busy that meant a lot to me. My mom is 82 and has early Stages of Alzheimer’s so usually everything is a problem. We will be definitely recommending Robert to our family and friends!

Wonderful experience at tire choice in Stewart. We were road tripping back up from the Florida keys and started having trouble with one of our rotors on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to see us right away, diagnoses the problem and had us back on our way within 2 hours! They charged us a fair price for changing the rotors and didnt charge us for the time they spent diagnosing the problem. We had called two other shops before tire choice and they wouldnt have seen us until Monday. I would definitely recommend!

Wait time is kept as minimum as possible, and the sales team is always checking in to let you know the progress, and any other services that are recommended.I am moving to Saint Augustine this week, and SO sad....no Tire Choice there!Give them a try, they can do any thing to keep your car running great!

Just today, I had gotten out of the hospital only to discover I had a flat tire. Not only that, but all the other ones had dry rot, and were accidents waiting to happen. Eric worked with me to get the lowest price possible for a new set, knowing Im on a budget, and discovered during the extensive safety inspection that I had other issues with my car that needed fixing. He worked with me on that as well, and the mechanic even stayed late doing the work (on a Friday night). Long story short, this is one of the best shops Ive ever visited, and trust me, as a woman who has been taken advantage of in the past, it is a real, true gem. Professional, goes the extra yard -- highly recommend it strongly.

My first experience with this place was a wheel alignment on my Honda. It went from bad to completely out of whack. Brought it to pep boys and they did a great job. This was about 2 years ago before a trip to NC. This Christmas my son wanted Yokahama tires for his car and went to Tire Choice, they did a good job but apparently marked the Saab as a Pontiac G6 in their computer. They look kinda different I think? Then 10 days ago we had a coolant leak and brought it in. Got quoted a price with an *, radiator and thermostat had to be replaced but also a leaking hose. They would try to tighten the hose and if it was still leaking it would be another 200. Good news, they just tightened it and no new hose was needed. Well, the repair lasted less than I day but I was overseas for work so brought it in today.They said that unfortunately the hose needs to be replaced but now its 400. Tried to reason with them, they gave my car back without even fixing the problem I brought it in for but now wants to charge me double. Complete crooks, stay far away

I normally never have a bad experience.that needs to have a review May I came at a bad time who knows .However upon my car being brought to Tire Choice. Due to a check engine light coming on and off. Took it here after they supposedly fixed the issue. My car was picked up only to have the light comeback on. I called them back and explained that the light was on again. With an attitude I was toldMam call your warranty company and they will to.you what to do. Mind you I just purchased this car. And under my warranty as long as its in network of anything need to be fixed they cover. Nicely I stated the light is back on.He again said mama contact you warranty company. Not only did The Choice neglect to tell me why my light was on they didnt offer any information or feedback Or say weresorry bring it back in.. I called.my warranty company only to be told take it to another company because they were auppose to fix it and run a hard diagnosis. Glad I did found out my car needed some minor repairs .Which included a Mass Hose repair. They explained everything and the caused of the check in engine light to come on and off. After going to another mechanic job. Maybe they were having an off day. But I left feeling unsatisfied and unaware of what the issue was

Always take my car here for car, care, especially tire care and oil changes. Excellent prices (especially if you use their Drive card) and excellent service! As a woman it can be hard to find auto places that don’t make you feel like someone is trying to take advantage of you, I never feel I’m taken advantage of here. Always been fair and only fix what needs fixed.

I call tires choice since they were the only one that had my strange tire size in stock, And they were there 1st highly reviewed tire place in Google. I Spoke with David and he was very accommodating allowing me to come just before closing and get 2 tires installed. I was in-and-out of there in less than 20 minutes and I couldnt be happier. My husband and I went into this location over the weekend. The staff is very friendly. Both manager and tech Darnell brought us out to the shop showed us our tires and gave us several options. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE. I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. I LEFT WITH STRIPPED WHEEL STUDS AND CROSS THREADED LUG NUTS, AND 2 BROKEN WHEEL STUDS! THE WHEEL WAS WOBBLING ON THE CAR AND THUMPING LIKE CRAZY. THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THESE WEAR OUT FREQUENTLY. NOT!!! I CANT BELIEVE THEY LET THE CAR GO OUT LIKE THAT! DO NOT TRY TO CONVINCE ME THAT THE GUY WHO DID THE WORK WAS OBLIVIOUS TO WHAT HE HAD DONE! THE WHEEL COULD HAVE COME OFF GOING DOWN US1 IN 5:00 TRAFFIC!!! GOOD ADVICE...........AVOID THIS SHOP!!!I returned to this shop on Monday, Jan 19/2015, the problem was resolved and the manager treated me with respect. We shook hands and all is forgiven, and for that I am grateful. I do understand people make mistakes and need to be given an opportunity to resolve the issues.

The guys at The Tire Choice did my free tire rotation & alignment check. They noticed the odd sound my Jeep was making & checked it out. I told them that I had heard it for several months! They found it to be a DANGEROUS problem and I consented to have it fixed. They showed me the part that they changed out and I was appalled...it could have endangered my life and someone elses! I am so grateful to the guys at The Tire Choice. They CARE! They also told me not to ignore funny sounds my car makes in the future. Im so thankful for the men at The Tire Choice and recommend them highly!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I was unfortunate enough to deal with Robert, the shadiest store representative i have ever met in my entire life. I needed new rims, he gets me to agree to paying 1,800 to totally fix any potential damage to my vehicle, they then proceed to charge me 1,869 when i only agreed to pay 1800 and then agreed to 1,820. THE WORK WAS NEVER EVEN PERFORMED MY TIRE IS VISIBLY CROOKED!I will be trying to reverse the charges and if im unable to they will see me in court.
