I get a control substance for Xanax. The pharmacy treats me like a criminal. They will go out of there way to say they do not have stock available for the rx I see a respectable psychiatrist for. What they don’t realize is that they are dealing with veterans of war, particularly Afganastan veterans that are really dealing with ptsd, insomnia, panic and depression. I am dealing with suicides of soldiers that called me Mom. These are hard enough times as it is. Please keep in mind that not all patients are drug seeking, we are real people with real problems.shame on you
I went to go get checked out in photos since there was a long line at the regular check out. I walked up to the girl at the counter, she was sitting down in front of her laptop with headphones in. I asked if she could check me out, she said “I can’t I’m in the middle of studying.” seriously? At least reply with “I’m off the clock” or “I’m on a break” or anything other than “can’t, I’m studying” 😂😂
Usually has everything you need in a Pharmacy but its always a Long line to check out !
Don’t bother preprint if your paper work and filling it out unless you can do it both sides bc they won’t accept two superset forms (1 &2). Way to waste time and be unspecific and I detailed Walgreens. Especially when some of us just want to get home or have other things to do in a short time span :((( expect to wait bc they double up on appts. Also. Will definitely tree t have my second shot elsewhere.
The customer service is always quick and the store is always stocked as much as possible. Staff are friendly and get you in and out.

Register wasnt working so the cashier paged for a manager multiple times and no one came. Myself and other customers waiting left without pirchasing anything. Horrible service.
Terrible system Yesterday I made an appointment for a friend on there Covid 19 drivethrew app. For the test. The test was to be today. I got a call from my friend to cancel the appt. because he went to the hospital. I went into the website with the confirmation # all ready to go to cancel appt. and there is no way to cancel appt. So Ill call later to see if I can cancel over the phone.
PHARMACY, The only reason I gave it a one star is it would not allow LESS!!! I went to the pharmacist for help not sarcasm! We are snow birds and use Walgreens in Michigan (have spent thousands of dollars) My husband has a heart condition which requires 7-8 different medications 2 of which are essential. Our current health insurance has made it where all his medications must be Mail-Order (which is a whole mess in itself). The 2 medications that are essential somehow were mailed to our Michigan home! I went to the pharmacy to ask if I could pay cash for just enough of the 2 essential medications (had given them the 2 empty bottles showing he still had refills, meaning there are active Perscriptions) to get him through until we could get the others.I was immediately and rudely told you and a thousand other people are having trouble! I asked if they could call the Express Scripts to verify or even to call his cardiologist? “We DON’T do that here!!! You’ll have to find a doctor to call in a script!! When asking the pharmacist about what would happen to my husband without these medications in the mean time, I was pretty much told wasn’t his problem!!I left the store in tears and am still trying to get his medicine! If they can’t KILL all elderly with COVID-19 they’ll do it by withholding essential medications!!!!
I would give this place 0 stars. The pharmacy staff is beyond rude. Can never answer a simple question in any king of nice or professional way!!!!!
This is the worst Walgreens ever. The customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. They take days for a prescription. The people in the counter are rude and always have an excuse for not doing their job.
This women humiliated me in front of a whole line. I am 50 years old buying a pack of cigarettes and not only did she ask me for my drivers license but she demanded me to take off my sunglasses. I just cant believe this happened to me. I am beyond embarrassed. I gave her my license and pulled up my glasses. She wanted me to totally take off my glasses. Still did not allow me to make my purchase. I am still shaking and in shock for be treated so rudely. I am using my husbands phone to write this but when I get home, I will be writing a letter to Walgreens corporate and regional manager.
Always polite, helpful and professional. Its a good Walgreens, as a matter of fact I havent been to a Walgreens I havent liked. All good experiences so far. Keep it up ☝

Every time I have gone to the pharmacy it had been a problem
I was in about 3 weeks ago, and there was a very irrational customer (mad at the staff and manager because the internal IT system allowing her to use her rewards wasn’t working. Note: these issues seemed to be company wide), who was just nasty. Kristina dealt with her so calmly and professionally that I literally had to ask her “how do you do it?” after the woman had left (with the nasty woman of course saying she was going to call corporate on the store even though it obviously had nothing to do with the particular store, and Kristina couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful). I went back this evening and saw Kristina again, being super polite, greeting me as I entered, and running a very efficient check out line. I’ve seen her a few times previously and she is always helpful, friendly, and the store is always clean. Her employees are also a pleasure. Every person I’ve dealt with here is friendly and professional. I usually do CVS, but this Walgreens is closer to my new apartment but now I’m a Walgreens for lifer, mostly because I like giving my business to people I like. I almost cut in to the conversation with the lady myself who was initially being nasty to kristina’s cashier, and when Kristina came (because the woman just HAD to speak to speak to a manager), Kristina not only kept her cool, she did so while sounding genuinely empathetic and helped the woman understand how she could still get credit for her purchase with her points using the corporate number. Customers like that are why I wouldn’t last a day in retail, but the way Kristina and her friendly team handled I thought deserved recognition. I’m sure I’m not the only one who notices that this story is friendly, clean and well run. Thank you for having managers like Kristina, and staffs like staff of Walgreens on Indian and US1. They all really give a great customer experience, and make your brand stand out significantly in my mind based on my trips there.

So angry!!! I brought 9 disposable cameras to be developed. They weren’t back a week after I dropped them off. I came back and they were about 130.00. I said I had to get approval to spend that much for work. I finally got approval and went back and they were gone. Granted it was a total of two months, but I never got any phone calls saying they would be disposed of. The manager told me that I was called. Not one call!!!!!! It isn’t posted anywhere nor was I ever told they’d be disposed of after a certain time. All I got was a sorry. But really not sorry!!! I will never go back because the management did nothing for me.
This Walgreens sucks. Absolutely the rudest employees. The only good thing is there is only two working at any given time. That said youll never get any help whatsoever. Bait and switch on so called sale items. Will never return to this store again.
Disappointed with new management. Ever since, the store has no employees to help. All of the great employees that have always helped me were fired or pushed out by bad management. No one is ever on the floor to help me anymore. The store is always dirty or things are out of place. I’m not one to complain but this store has been going downhill, I hope someone changes this store because it’s losing good customers and employees
After reviewing the store location and customer reviews, I came here to pick up an undelivered FedEx package that is there for my convenience. After waiting for 15 minutes while the photo clerk was cutting and pasting pictures together, I asked if I could just grab my package that was sitting right there. I mentioned the google reviews that were posted were negative and I started world war 3. The manager refused to give me my package and sent it back to FedEx. Never, ever shopping at walgreens again.
This is the second time that Lisa in the pharmacist department gave me a bad time...she is super rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how she is working there...is a huge difference attention with the port Salerno location...because of Lisa I have to be out of my medicine for 3 days...I hope management take care of this situation ASAP
I was here late last night and the cashier was so rude, she also couldnt comprehend the use of coupons, shouldnt have been an issue to hold up the line. Every time I see this woman I cringe bc there is ALWAYS a problem in the line when she is there, last time she held up the line bc again, she cant grasp the idea of coupons. And a nasty Attitude! Get a friendlier staff Walgreens!
Worst Walgreens in the treasure coast. The manager, Steve Flynn, is the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered in all of retail!! He’s not only fired, drove off, or forced out all the good employees but he also chases off loyal customers!! In the time he’s been the manager there the store has really taken a downturn, both in the way it looks and the way it feels. No more do I go in and feel welcomed. Walgreens corporate... if you’re really listening to customers, then you need to fire that manager and bring in somebody that will treat employees and customers with the respect they deserve!!
Ive had too many bad experiences with their photo department NOT to share this review with you. GO ELSEWHERE. Their photo department is disorganized, unprofessional and downright BAD!!! I will not use this location again EVER. A package was shipped on 12/10 (USP tracking tells me this) and they cannot locate it in their store. One week later I am still wondering where it is. The last time I ordered invitations and they were supposed to be done. When I arrived they were not, no one was around - they were off stocking shelves instead of working in the photo department. Poorly staffed is their issue I think.

I called the pharmacy. I usually have a nice experience with them, but when I called about a delay in my perscription the guy who picked up cut me off and was sarcastic.

Always very rude employees, and no good deals. Thats why I started to go to CVS. I called spoke to manager here and they could careless. Called corporate still nothing happen. Time to hire a new staff starting with all managers!
Manager here(Mr Flynn) is horrible and unprofessional. Speaks to his employees like They are dogs. Ive witnessed employees walk off crying after encountering him. I believe the store is going under. Also have witnessed employees stock expired food and candy per Mr Flynns instructions.
