My girlfriend and I waited by the cash register with all of our things unloaded for about 3 minutes while this woman did inventory about 5 ft away from us. We rang the bell and this was her response. How are you going to ring a bell when you see me right here. So I said thats the point weve been sitting here waiting and youre ignoring us who taught you about customer service? She just kept doing her inventory so we left all of our things at the cash register and left. This woman needs to be fired right now. We were there on the 25th at around 10:00 a.m. So whoever was working the register that day is the one you need to get rid of.

I was denied service for not wearing a mask. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional about their route of informing me of their no mask no service policy. I understand that a private entity can deny service but a level of professionalism shouldve been held while executing their request. I felt like I was a criminal that committed felony murder. I do have a medical exemption signed by a licensed MD that states I dont have to wear a mask but still exercise face coverings when needed. In this instance a medical exemption wouldnt suffice and I felt discriminated against because of my condition. I did notify the employee of the American Disability Act of 1990 that states people with disabilities can not be denied the same services afforded to the public even in private places that are open to public access. I will be in contact with a disability lawyer to see where Family Dollar stands in their right to refuse access based on disability.This review was sent to corporate as well.

I was treated very well by the employees. They thanked me for wearing a mask, and I was sure happy to hear that. They do an excellent job at this particular location. I wish all Family Dollar stores were like that.

The manager is friendly and store is well stocked and easy to find what I need. With their app. I save lots with digital coupons.

If I could rate this store a 0 I would I love shopping at this store spent lots of money here. Till the manger accused me of stealing a oil out of a package as I was spending 80 dollars rudest lady I’ve ever met (EVA MARIE) and I will never shop there again hope she gets fired!!

Racists work at this store. I was called a racial epithet when i walked into the store by a customer behind me. The old white man at the register didnt say anything to me but greeted the racist. When I went to the register, they were laughing and smiling. That all stopped when I walked up. The racist register man didnt greet me, didnt smile, didnt say anything. But he had all kinds of customer service for the racist. Hes obviously one too. Too bad because I did like shopping at that store but Ill never return...to any Family Dollar Store. I dont support companies that hire racists to work with the public.

I had a very bad experience today with the store manager named Denise I went in her line she rang up my items not one time did she look at me not one time did she greet me not one time did she make eye contact with me when she was done she did not tell me to have a good day she still wasnt looking at me now the man that was standing behind me she pleasantly greeted saying hello sir how are you? Now for SEVERAL months i experienced the same thing with her. She does not deserve to have a job or even hold a position as a store manager. That is very rude and disrespectful. When i told her about her actions she then gave me an excuss saying she greet me at the door. Hello you greet everyone that walked through the door you greeted this man at the door and still acknowledged the fact he was standing in your line. She did not acknowledge me whatsoever. She is so Prejudice

This is by far the worst store Ive been in. They dont greet you, everyone is just hanging around and leaning on the counters and its frustrating. Im sure corporate wouldnt be happy to know there paying people to be lazy. Ive been in this store a few times and its the same way everytime, maybe more training is needed.
