I only put 1 star because I couldn’t put 0, horrible customer service all the people working there stand at the front register and it’s like that every time I come in they never offered to help but had someone stalk me and my mom the whole time we were shopping, would of gladly spend money there for myself and my son but after that I didn’t even bother giving my money to this place thanks for the great experience

Terrible customer service. Had to ask the front clerk that I needed help picking shoes time. She seemed oblivious to what that meant. Had to fetch someone from the back. Dont know why she had to ask my name. The next lady spent very little time with me and then returned to the back room. Didnt check back with me. I walked out.

Great selection and prices but customer service is subpar. I never give low reviews but on two occasions I seemed to be a burden to give them business or ask about a return; which they can’t do without a receipt.

It was ok. Decent selection. Many sneakers are that stretchy cloth that tears easily I dont buy so my selection was limited but I believe thats the way the industry is going so not so much the stores fault. Still a buy one get one half off deal so I bought another pair of Nikes I already have for $30 plus the skechers outdoor shoes.

Second time @the Stuart store. Good customer service. Did not have my size in running shoe it is a common one. Was told they would order it. Asked when the next delivery was expected and the running shoes may or may not be a on it. O.k. with me still saved $$$. Told to check back next week. Still a great value for the specific shoes I prefer.

God forbid ANY of these stores have a diverse stock of mens shoes over a size 13. My choices for size 15W/16 are either White Nike Monarch, or White New Balance. Or I can order other shoes and spend a month or more trying then on, sending them back for being too small or the wrong ones.

I didnt feel comfortable when I entered this store. The two young ladies working at this store kept staring at me. They were watching my every move and I asked a question and they both answered after a minute of me asking the question. Awkward!
