Big signs on the door saying masks were mandatory, really tall employee was not wearing a mask, refused to help me and then laughed when I tripped over something in the floor. Wont be going back.

Was recommended to try Safety & Boot center from my father in law, Came in looking for a good boot not only did I get the most comfortable boot I have ever worn I was very happy with the time and patience the employee gave .To top it off my boots ended up coming apart at the sole so I went in to get the same pair .when I arrived I asked them about a warranty they offer for 6 months on any boot .Found out I had my boots a month to long for the safety & Boot centers warranty the gentleman then said give me a few minutes and I will call the manufacture and see what there warranty would be . A few minutes went by and the guy said I was still in the 1 yr for the manufacture warranty I was very pleased with this company for standing by me and there product .I was refunded the money I paid for my boots and was able to get a new pair, Thank you Safety & Boot Center for all you help and standing behind the brands you carry
