These people do nothing but attempt to sell new phones. They said my phone was incompatible that I needed to buy a new hundred dollar or more phone turn my phone off bill paid and I had to pay more money to get it reactivated with purchase a new phone. Came home called the service center they reactivated my phone. Do not go to the store please people are thieves.

I’ve had Cricket wireless phone service for years and it works well but I had a horrible visit to the Stuart Fl store today. I asked for and purchased a iPhone SE-128. The sales clerk offered to put in a new Sim and start off the transfer process. I was told the Sim in my existing iPhone 7-128 would not work in the new SE (false). When I got home to my horror the new SE was a 64 model. I immediately returned to the store requesting a refund they would only refund $275.00 of the $304.00 purchase. Said the $29.00 was a service charge and not refundable. In addition they wanted $25.00 for another SIM to get my original iPhone 7 working again saying the new purchased SIM for the SE would not return my old iPhone 7 service. (false again). I picked up the SE sim and when I got in my car I put it in the 7 and it worked fine. Lesson was I was $29.00 poorer and knowing I needed to find another service provider.

I would probably give them more if they didnt charge you $25 activation fee on an active phone when all youre doing is buying a new one if I go to Target and buy a new one I can activate it myself and not get charged $25

My credit card had fraud use on it so my bank canceled it. I knew my cricket bill was due on the 28th so I went to the cricket store and tried to pay by check, they do not process checks. I paid By cash and had a $4 penalty for paying in the store instead of by credit card. How unfair is that.

Ive been with cricket for 15 years and in the last 3 months they suck. Looking for a new phone company.

I did not have a chance to deal with the people inside the store because they were closed when I got there. It was Monday 10/26/2020. They open at 10:00 am and I arrived there at that time. No one was in the store. Things sometimes cause delays so I decided to wait. UPS came up and was unable to make a delivery. When he left, I also decided to leave at 10:29 am. As I was pulling out of in front of the store, a lady drove up next to me and opened the store. About 10:32 I followed her into the store to help me with a setup problem for brand new phone I had purchased through Cricket on-line. When I entered the store with box in hand she abruptly asked me to leave for five minutes because she said she had to balance her cash register. I waited until 10:47 and decided I had had enough with this service company. She never asked me to come in or acted like she wanted to do business. On-line cricket was great, but this local store does not know how to treat customers in my opinion. I went to the I-Fix-it store and they helped me with the information transfer problem I was having between the old phone and new.

Poor management!. Beware do not come to this store! Guy that was assisting me from switching over from another carrier was unprofessional, and very rude. When asked what his name is he said go complain to whoever you want. He claimed he was the manager lol. Talked really bad about his staff. He also did not help set up the phone whatsoever, when asked for receipt he said his printer wasnt working and brushed us off and went onto the next customer. Very disappointed, shouldnt even be giving this place one star rating but wouldnt let me post this.

There was a manager named Jennifer and her crew was wonderful. However since one month, another manager is there which is ultimately nervous and aggressive. I started to hesitate about going and asking to her any more. Yesterday, she shouted a customer. The lady tried to have a look at a device and activated the alarm unintentionally. Even though she apologized, the manager rebuked her and broke her heart. The company should do something about her because I am not going there any more

Cricket is truly a RIP off now that they have merged with the insidious AT&T. Really sad to see a good company as Cricket regress. We went in with a new phones that were defective. We wanted to invest in two NEW expensive phones. After factory resetting our phones at check out and losing all our texts, we were informed that we would have to pay an extra $50.00 upgrade on the NEW purchase for to upgrade our new phone . What the hell. Why doesnt a new already expensive phone already COME WITH THE APPROPRIATE UPGRADE? UTTERLY SADDENED BY THE GREED. Goodbye Cricket. Ashamed of you now.

I love this store in Stuart on US1 with Monica she knows so much and handles everything with care also she mentioned all the promotion when I went to upgrade my phone she recommended the perfect phone and took her time to show me very comfortable place as I was getting my new phone other customers came in and she acknowledged them as well !!! I wont never change my service all cricket employees need to be just like that they need a Monica in every store

The staffs at this location in stuart fl need to pick up and answer the phones to customers needs, i have been calling for almost an hour just to ask a question about nokia phones, no one is picking up why? store is already opened for business and why is the voicemall box full? This is not the way to do business cricket wireless

Visited the store with my girlfriend ported my phone number of five years from MetroPCS purchased a Samsung Halo with nougat 7.0 operating system a protective maroon case with kickstand Monica the representative had very strong product knowledge and was bilingual in Spanish as is my girlfriend and set up my account including authorized bank card for payment my concerns and questions were answered in a courteous and professional manner so therefore I can recommend this store if you are looking for a prepaid service backed by a large corporation which is AT&T drop in and find out what is new on the tech Horizon 4th quarter is coming which is October November December and thats when the manufacturers roll out their cool new products for Q4 2018Phone and text on rich

This store is very inconvenient went to pay my sisters bill yesterday after I long day I thought I made it and when I was getting there it was 7:50 yet I still had 10 minutes before they could close but the kid was already closing the store by 7:50 sharp! Way to make money and help your customer !!! Yikessss

A store that doesnt open until 10:00 am should not be closed at 12:20 pm with a locked door and no # posted to call! After looking their # up and calling repeatedly for 3 min. Someone finally answered the phone and unlocked the door.

They really are very underhanded. Went sunday and waited my turn, the price tag on the phone and i told the man id buy it . After he rang it up it was $ 50 dollars more. Oh i forgot to take the price off. Not on sale any more . Very nasty n rude
