I went into this store after a Verizon Rep suggested I go to a non-corporate store. The reason being, I had spoken to Verizon earlier and was told I COULD go to a corporate store (Jensen) for my issue...so I drove 30 minutes there, and they refused to help me in any way making excuses...I later found out he was lying. I even asked if theyd simply let me purchase a SIM, and they refused. Then the Verizon phone rep, actually stayed on the phone with me until I got here. I walked in and was helped by Ben. He was great. Not just because he actually helped me, but was so patient, polite, and friendly. He even ran out after my car while I was leaving to make sure I was aware of a minor issue that could happen when my new phone is delivered to me. A+ customer service. I usually buy all my phone cases online, but I wanted to say thank you, so I bought it from Ben in hopes he gets some kind of commission from it. Would definitely recommend and come back. They treated me so much better than Verizons own corporate store.

I went in there to get help and I was refused service because I didnt get the phone at that store. I had to drive to the one in Jensen Beach where I purchased the phone and the only reason I went out there was cuz they had it in the color I wanted. I get there and I asked 3 associates at that store if they deny service to anyone who didnt purchase the phone at their location. Everyone told me what he did was wrong. That guy needs to be trained on proper service or find a new job because obviously hes either lazy or feels hes entitled to pick and choose who he helps

Super friendly guys and they were able to make sure I got the changes I wanted and the upgraded phone. I just paid the “in person” service charge to just get the phone then and there and get my old phone transferred and traded in. They have a good stock of items, so if you just get tired of the unclear billing and plan changes on the Verizon site, I advise just stopping by here and talking to a real person.

We had to be in Verizon for 5 hours getting one of our numbers ported over. Straight Talk ended up stiffing us by holding our number and not telling Verizon or our rep. Our guy stayed with us through the whole process 3 hours after Verizon closed. On New Years Day. This guy deserves a trophy for the best customer service in Florida and a promotion. Just moved down here, husband was having issues with his watch went into this store for help. At home i started receiving emails saying my next bill was going to be over 500 and my plan was changed. Immediately called my husband to ask him, he wasnt sure why and asked the rep. The rep said he changed nothing. Basically lied. Done with this store. First impressions are everything. Luckily a verizon rep on my app was able to get my grandfathered plan back.

Had an issue with my phone not reading the sim so I brought it in. Justin who was working removed the sim and tried another and told me the phone was the issue not the sim. When I took the phone to apple in PBG they removed the sim and told me there was no service on the sim I brought in. Justin had sent me off with the incorrect sim card and cost me an hour driving back and forth. When I made it back to the store and explained what happened justin never even offered an apology and acted like he had done nothing wrong. He told me I needed a pin to transfer my service to another SIM which I had to run home to get when I told him I would be back he asked if I was threatening him and became irrational. He looked like he was about to cry. The mistake was irritating but the juvenile way it was handled was the icing on the cake. Everyone makes mistakes but you guys should consider getting customer service reps who can maturely handle there mistakes and are maybe a little less emotional than justin.

Incredibly poor customer service, both on the phone and in the store when I could not get anything accomplished over the phone. Very, very frustrating to deal with a company like this. I do not like to leave negative commentary but hopefully Verizon will use derogatory reviews to revamp its policies and automated phone system that does not work.

Such a wonderful and pleasant staff every time I come! This is the only Verizon in my area I will go to, everyone here is always so helpful and so nice. They work very diligently and you’re in and out before you know it! Will go back every time for any and all phone needs!

Do yourself a favor and drive a little further north to a real Verizon store. They are just an authorized reseller and a waste of time. We spend over 6 hours in two days dealing with Vickey just to upgrade and activate our phones. Aside from the severe lack of training, her attitude was shocking. My wife and I are very patient people but the entire time she would not apologize nor admit she was activating the phones incorrectly. Instead she complained how late she had to stay (because she isn’t trained well) and that she wasn’t making money off this deal because we are not buying accessories (Amazon is half the price). With that said we will never step foot in this store again nor any other reseller, and plan to discussed with Verizon corporate since I was at the point of changing carriers.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The salesperson took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure to show me all of the important aspects of my new phone. Theyve also been there to help me with any other questions that Ive had since I switched over to Verizon. Ive recommended them to all of my friends, and even switched my mom over to them because of their great customer service!

Just wanted to say this store is the GREATEST Verizon store Ive been to in 3yrs and I have been a customer. Im 60 yr old in chemotherapy. They were kind,caring and very patient with me. Set up and taught me Skype for my doctors, and had gloves and masks on the entire time.#customerforlife❤

Im not sure there is one person there that has a clue to how or what a customer needs and needs to know prior to purchasing anything I purchased 4 items and not one worked properly from new out of box yet am told they can replace any of them not with new (purchased less than a month b4) but with refurbished phones, phones I just paid $500. Each for and then after cancelling service to all items am told that they show the phones r only worth $375.each and promotion at a B1G1 doesnt qualify now ...I can keep going ...

I bought a new phone and tablet and my numbers wouldnt transfer. Gentleman was very nice and did it himself. Very much appreciated!

I was cheated into a Free tablet. I told them I did not want an extra number I had to pay for. I was told because I was a long time loyal customer It was free with my upgraded phone around $1,000. I got the bl and an extra $35 per month for 2 years. 24 months X $35 = $420 for a tablet I did not want. I was told too bad you had 2 weeks to bring it back.

Agent was very knowledgeable. He was able to trouble shoot and fix my phone at no charge. This is my go to store.
