Where is the DIET PEPSI on the fountain drink when you get a Big Gulp? Only diet Coke the last couple times I went there. Most other 7 elevens I have visited around the country have Diet pepsi for a Big Gulp, why not here?

This store is new but has SEVERAL major issues. The worst is they never have ANY food when they should. I just went in there at noon for lunch and there is nothing, literally nothing, food wise in the hot cases. Its always that way. But you come in at 9 am and the racks are packed with pizza!! Another issue is they only have a single person bathroom!! If youre on the interstate and looking to stop there for a potty break, be prepared to wait. In a hurry to go back to work from lunch.... be prepared to eait. The cashiers are nice, thats about all nice I can say.

Bought gas there and NO WAY did I get the amount of gas I paid for. Stay away from that station.

The Indian cashier guy is very rude and calls all Americans stupid just wow never going there again

Ive bought coffee for 20 days straight and every seventh cup is free. I didnt use my rewards until 2 days ago. I had 3 free coffees on my rewards app because I bought so man . The cashier refused to scan my coupon on my rewards app because I used a coupon yesterday. Nothing makes me more upset than someone refusing to do there job, especially when Im on my way to work and Im treated as If Im trying to get over on someone. Im a veteran and I was wearing my Army field jacket. Maybe she thinks Im homeless, idk what her reason was for refusing to scan the coupon on my app and letting me take my coffee and go to work.

If i could give a -5 i would. The owner Rosy is a nasty woman who cant be bothered with customer service. She refuses to wear a mask. I will never go there again. She lost my service.

The owner is very rude and is a criminal I mistakenly gave a fake bill with 15 other real bills and instead of acknowledging it to me she charge me a $100 which was illegal to do and I had to call the police File a report and I could have put her in jail but because I mistakenly gave a fake bill I would have gone to jail also so I didnt do anything and will just eat the mistake but do not shop There or give them any of your business they dont deserve it

Ive come here almost daily for a year and a half. Today i used my 711 rewards points phone number as i bought 2 packs of cigarettes and 3 monsters. The store owner charged me $19.03. I knew it wasnt right so i asked for a receipt. This dishonest, crooked Bi+ch then gives me $2 change when i paid with a $20 and prints me this receipt. Ill never go back! This is exactly why this store is rated so poorly. The owners are theives!!!!!

Just because your the owner/manager doesnt mean you need to work In the front. Maybe you need to just take out the trash especially with poor people skills. NOT everyone can work customer service! Yes Im talking about the middle eastern looking lady. This is how you loose business! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE

Went to get a car wash for my 3 day old car that got some grass clippings on the entire passenger side and some bugs on the front windshield. Paid $10 and nothing was cleaned. Refused refund saying it had been on there for a long time. I told him we bought the car brand new 3 days ago. I came home and cleaned it in 5 minutes with washcloth and spray. The car wash should’ve totally cleaned the car and the windshield without any problems.

Visit this 7-eleven maybe 10-15 times per year. Not sure why the bad reviews, the employees seem friendly enough to me and for a convenience store, they have what I expect them to have. Open 24/7 and everyday (holidays too) is a plus.

Poor customer service. I put gas and got into the store to get coffee at 5:25 pm. They did not have any decaf and I asked the guy if there’s any way for me to get decaf. He laughed and made a face of discomfort because I asked that question. I said don’t worry I’ll go somewhere else and he said yeah it’s to late for decaf coffee.

I seriously think the ownership needs to place more emphasis on taking care of employees! I go there every morning, for the past 8 yrs. you can always tell when a nice new face is just beginning. Then a few months later the discouraged frustrated look on their face. Then they are gone. If they can keep familiar people their with good moral longer than a few months then I suspect your store could do better. It seems to be a upper mgmt issue for sure

Terrible customer service and food (cheese in sandwich) was literally rotten.

I have been going to this Mobile for years. The 711, not so much. Today will be the last time the 711 or the car wash gets my money. I just had a customer service issue there that was terrible. I just wanted a car wash.The machine didnt give me the wash (sprayed my car with soap for a milisecond then stopped) and I went in the store to get it taken care of. She would not even look at my car to verify. She said it was my fault or I was lying because people do that in her words. Too many other fine places around that treat their customers with respect.

Just had a terrible experience at this store involving an assistant manager and a trainee. The assistant manager belittled and demeaned the employee trainee in front of multiple customers on more then one occasion

Has a serious rat problem. The light in the parking lot has needed to be replaced for at least a year now...

I visit this store a few times in December of 2017...its fine. If there was a reason for the negative reviews, it appears to have been fixed.

We went through the car wash and it didnt clean our car at all! It was overall a very bad and expensive experience.

If I could give a 0 thats what it would be...this store is dirty and smells like the employees havent showered in weeks and they are incompetent and cant keep supplies stocked and then charge you when they dont have theyre stuff stocked...all in all completely dis satisfied customer and will never return and I will make sure I let everyone I know that your store is awful
