Scheduled a Covid-19 Drive thru Test before leaving LA.Maybe the CVS Pharma Rep was just tired or having a bad day... or is just over Covid-19 Testing after 1 year, but its like she acted as of I should know how to self administer the exam.We have SameDay Testing in LA, takes less than 5min and results arrive in under 36 hours for a PCR.It was just funny how I had Questions and the Rep put the mic down... she didnt seem interested in a dialog.And Covid-19 is soooooooo real in Florida bc NO wears a Mask!! Its jarring being from NYC and living in LA, Florida isnt trying.

I love all the staff in this place except the manager Steve. He always has a sour face doesnt even greet you and he seems to be making up his own policies as the months go by. Definitely will be contacting corporate to see why they hired him as store manager with such poor customer service.

This is truly the worst store ever. EVERY time we go in here, there is an issue. The coupon machine has been broken for over a month, they locked us in prior to closing, which is illegal, and the sales staff is unhelpful in explaining why they wont honor their own CVS coupons. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I love this place, I go here all the time. I walk in and the workers welcome me in a nice manner. I can always find what I need. They have everything. The place is clean. All the items are in order. The pharmacy is perfect. The workers make my day. I love this place. I will come back definitely. I really recommend coming to this CVS!

I LOVE Deborah! This CVS is across the street from my work, so I always go to this store. Im not a shelf-clearing extreme couponer, but I do use a lot of coupons when I shop at CVS. Whenever I go in and I see her, I know Im going to have a pleasant experience and a smooth transaction. She always greets you as soon as you walk through the entrance and is so personable, always asks how youre doing, hows your day going..its so nice.

Went to purchase a prepaid card the girl there was courteous at first and when I tried to use the card purchase something... it didnt workI stepped away from the counter to go to my car and come back to try it again within a minute... at that point there were three more people in line and the woman waiting didnt mind me finishing and going in front of her..... but the cashier who first served me ...refused to allow me to do so and told me to wait at the end of the lineI was dumbfounded and called and talked with the manager who told me the same thing.... even though I told him that the woman waiting didnt mind me finishing where I left off.............. I told him... they were very rude and I wouldnt give them my business and I will be sure to write this reviewThey didnt care and reiterated... I just needed to go to the end of the line ....I can see that the CVS will not be doing very good business unless they change personnelI will not be coming back or not go to any other CVS and stick to Walgreens where I typically go

They never seem to have enough staff, and the process for checking out is so slow. They do have a decent selection of products though.

Deborah is a racist, her attitude stinks towards African American is disgusting. She should not be in customer service. When I displayed disappointing in her service she told me to call corporate. I certainly will. I have a whole video of her being a racist.
