One day I was overcharged for an item that had been on sale, and when I went back the next day to get a credit, Morgan (the manager) took great care of me in the most professional and kind manner. I was so grateful for her assistance. It really restores ones faith in big chain stores when an employee like her is so understanding and helpful.

Are you tired of hearing Please Wait or having to repeat your name, address and serial number many times to different people before a Tech agrees to help you but only after a wait time of 2-8 hours. Forget that kind of Tech support. Office Depot has the Tech support everyone needs. Walk in and be greeted with a smile. Talk to, Aaron, one of the best Tech support persons, Ive ever come across. He installed Windows ten on my laptop with the patience of a saint, answered all my questions making sure I understood what he was explaining then introduced me to Office Depots Tech Support Service. So now for just $129.00 I had Windows 10 installed, my laptop was up to speed, had a complete backup performed along with a full support service for a year. PRETTY DAM GOOD, Please go to Office Depot, service is better, great deals and the TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE ARE THE MOST EFFICIENT, FAST AND RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE EVER. You wont be disappointed!!
ZERO STARS! Horrendous service and rude staff. I placed a simple print order online for 25 flyers. The website indicated they would be ready the next day by 7pm. I paid and got confirmation email. Nest day by 7:30 no email telling me to pick them up. I called, no answer. Called 5 times and finally some rude woman answers the phone and instantly gives me attitude when I ask if my order is ready. This uneducated mumbling excuse for a human said the system is down all day - great thanks for notifying me. I asked why they didnt call me to let me know. I guess that really made her mad for some reason. I instantly could tell that with every rude phrase she uttered her head was moving back and forth. I tried to ask a few questions but was talked over and was told I had to cancel the order because they cant print anything. Okay now, I spoke the following words EXACTLY into the phone How do I cancel the order? and the exact reply word for word was this you need to cancel the order. I repeated the question and got the same answer. How is that an answer to my question? This person obviously has some brain damage or is missing a chromosome. I then called Office Depot corporate. They called the store and told me the same thing!!!! They called a bunch of times before the phone was answered and the lady was rude to them!!!!!!
SUPERLATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have worked with Aaron twice now at Office Depot. He helped me buy a select the best printer for my situation, no office, just a nicely decorated bedroom to put the printer in. Beyond personable, Aaron was exceptionally patient and knowledgable, clearly going through the differences among all the options. Finally, we decided on the good looking HP Envy in decorators white. He programmed the HP set up info into my Mac Air, gave me a USB cable to use, and even remembered to remind me to buy extra ink for when the small cartridge included ran out. Then, later, it dawned on me that the unit did not have any controls on the outside to operate it manually, precluding my making photocopies easily. So I took the unit back into the store to ask Aaron if they would take the unit back, despite the fact that I was a day over the return deadline. He said, No Problem and whisked the printer through a full return and refund. I will go to Office Depot for all my stationery and office needs from now on.
I ordered and paid online, when I got there my order wasn’t ready but I was willing to wait. There were three workers standing around and instead of completing my order the guy on duty walked me to the computer and had me print my own copies even though I paid for their services online. I was in there for 15-20 min completing a job I paid for online. The customer Service is terrible and I would not recommend this place.
Paula is incredible. She always greets me with a smile and has my order ready at the counter when I walk up. Office Depot is lucky to have her!

My experience was outstanding I needed business cards that I could order online printed for store pickup. I dealt with a person named Paula who was able to not only fill my order on last-minute notice but give me a call a little after the store closed to let me know I could pick it up the following morning. The order came out perfect. With all the problems brick-and-mortar stores are having this store seems to have it balanced right. I do my part and order online they do their part and get it printed right and ready for pickup in the store.
Hit or miss kinda place. As far as product knowledge, it really depends on the luck of the draw. Store is usually well stocked, and clean. Prices are a little on the high side, but when stuff goes on sale, they really do have some awesome deals. What is there to say, its an office supply store, nothing to get excited about.
The gentleman that helped us was awesome. We were looking for a file cabinet. He answered any questions we had, and checked on the colors they had in stock. He also took the box out and loaded it in our car. At the register he also accepted the coupon code we had, which we did not realize was for online. Great service, and a great item for the price.
Shame on you Office Depot. I drove 40 minutes to get to you because you were the closest place to me that had what I needed. It was for my daughters guests bags at her wedding on Saturday. However, tomorrow she had to leave for Tampa to take her bar exam, so we needed to wrap things up. I called and said I would be 5 minutes late. Nope. You couldnt help. Sorry. Then hung up. After I explained the whole story. The amount of stress she was under was incredible. But you just couldnt spare a lousy 5 minutes. I will never shop at Office Depot again.

Unbelievably bad customer service. At least 6 employeee passed us without acknowledging us. Except for the gentleman in the computer section asked if we needed help. When trying to check out we had to ask for help. We were the ignored, and then sent to a cash register that was behind us with a snide remark. Staples has better prices and better service. Did i mention we were the only people in the store? Not surprising. I wont go back to this store again.
I showed up late on a Saturday, 30 minutes before they closed and was promptly called upon by Olivia. She helped expeditiuosly thru the printing process and made it an enjoyable experience. I usually hate going to get stuff printed cuz it can take forever but Olivia at Office Depot was able to multi task with a positive attitude. I went there in Stuart Florida to get business cards.After waiting 15 minutes for someone to help . I had a women who yelled at me.Very un professional . Then they miss ordered my cards. Never called ne back. And never refunded my money. This place is the worst company I have ever been to. Would not recommend them to people I dont even care for.
Everything was fine except the employee didnt know anything about the product he was trying to help us with. The cashier was very friendly and checked us out quickly.

Service seemed great over the phone, but reverse gender preference takes place here. A woman with dark short hair was working the copy center, If youre a woman waiting and a man comes to the counter in need of service, he goes first! Seriously!
I have had such excellent service at this store particularly at the copy center that I felt compelled to write a good review. Paula at the copy center has helped with several of my projects and never acts like she has all the time in the world for me even though I know she doesnt.
PRINT AND COPY AREA.They try really hard to help everyone but they are very slow. Normally only one person is there. My printing work came out to small in the page. Even though I did everything from home making sure it fitted perfectly in the page all they had to do was print and cut. I payed extra for the mediocre cutting I rather went home and do it well cutting edges of 50 pages myselfReally poor job with no common sense.Never printing anything there again!
The staff went above and beyond to bind 6 booklets for a presentation VERY last minute and the binding machine was broken so they had to punch the holes two at a time! Couldnt have been more impressed and THANKFUL! Thank you guys!

Went in to buy a simple display port cable for my computer monitor (pretty common stuff among new computers). The first staff member pointed me to an aisle that didn’t have a single cable of any kind so I eventually found a nearby aisle with HDMI and ethernet cables expecting to find my DP cable there. After searching for a few minutes I went back up and couldn’t find the first person I spoke with. I asked another employee if they had display port cables. He said, “What kind? Like HDMI? VGA?” To which I relied, “Display Port, it’s its own thing.” He walked me back to the same aisle that had the HDMI cables and randomly grabbed various cables asking, “Is this it?” “No, that’s a VGA cable.” “Is this it?” “No, that’s a Display Port to HDMI adapter (says it on the box). The employee then went and asked another employee if they had the cable and he didn’t know. Finally, the employee searched his computer and said, “We only have that online.” Seriously?
Well organized store. Plenty of inventory. I bought M folds from them last time I was there.
I love this store. Managers and employees take the extra mile to help us, customers. We are the priority for their businesses.

Outdated and eerily quite. Customer service was pretty absent and I was left trying to track someone down to assist me. Otherwise, they were friendly, I got what I needed, and left.
The store is huge and has tons of items customer service desk, tech area. Theyre kinda expensive though, looking for a 3 binder it was $16! Found it at Walmart for $7.

Awful!!! I called and asked for print copy department. First time I called I was given someone to help me and she passed it along and seemed bothered. Then two hours later when I called back Samantha was rude, said I didn’t say that it’s pretty much my fault, issue still not resolved. Worse customer service ever. If possible I give a 0 stars.

Very poor customer service in the copy and print department. They start helping one customer and than walk away. I observed this with two differant customers.One man was in the middle of paying when the employee walked away and didnt say a word to him. I would never come back here again.

Ordered my business cards over a month ago with my receipt went to pick up the cards and no one could find my business cards now I have to wait for the person who made the order tomorrow to find out about my business cards very unhappy.
