Gave me a card and told me to follow instructions and left. Had to wait for an email confirmation that I received 3 hours later! I just needed to get some important documents printed and I have two kids so it’s very hard for me to get things done. I would’ve appreciated some help! Just some customer service and someone to actually dispatch me. Very upsetting!

Rude angry man at the printing counter. I felt bad for the young girl who had to work with him. Never again.
