If I could give zero stars that would be to generous. This guy stole 1000 dollars from me, admitted it in writing and then disappeared. He admits using my money to fund other jobs, was bankrupt, was a bad business man who was drowning in debt and would not be able to perform.AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS GUY (Jim Garrity) IS A CRIMINAL
