Babhazara Uhaul and grocery.. first I want to say my mother and I have used the Owner Orlandos Uhaul services 3 times to date each time an extremely pleasant experience. Let me start by saying His store is clean and very well stocked with every item you might need. Decent prices and a very friendly atmosphere.Orlando also runs a Uhaul business from the same location. My mother and I have rented all size trucks each one clean, and in full working order. Orlando is thorough in his rental applications and courteous supplying all you need for your move from Boxes to mattress covers to hand trucks. And each time weve rented from Orlando always good advice and a story.After this move, this time our paths will not cross.. we will miss his friendly face, his well stocked grocery and reliable trucks. Check your receipt!! Rented a 15 truck and brought my own appliance dolly because I was moving a refrigerator and knew theirs would not work. Got truck, used it for two hours, and returned. Twelve hours later I get an emailed receipt charging me $7.00 for Utility Dolly Rental!Note, their process of determining if a customer uses the dolly is if the plastic strip that holds the dolly to a metal arm is broken. Now keep in mind over the course of regular driving this flimsy piece of plastic will eventually weaken and snap on its own just based on the weight of the dolly and pressure from moving. Regardless, make sure you video and document ALL areas of the items before you use and after.I called explaining the aforementioned facts; and was advised an email would have to be sent to the Manager. Needless to say, I challenged the charge w/my credit card company. NOT a trustworthy business.

Part convenience store, gas station, and Uhaul rental location. Theyve got whatever you need to make your move easier and can get whatever they dont have. They were able to order me styrofoam wine shippers when I couldnt find them anywhere in town. Super convenient if youre staying at the hotel next door!

Awful experience!! Go less than a mile away to Rapido Stop Grocery and youll be treated SO much better!I reserved a 20 truck that was supposed to be mobile pickup. Somehow the owner confused my order with someone else and tried to charge and give me a different reservation insisting I was the other person. After I proved (by ID) who I was he found my reservation. He was rude and angry the entire time as if his mixup was my fault. He then got the reservation in order and told me to sign the contract. I said I wanted to inspect the truck before I sign to verify gas and any pre-existing damages. He tossed the key on the counter and told me to go find the truck. There are 25+ trucks on the lot!! He ran my card for the full price of the rental while I asked him to show me where the truck was. He told me to sign the contract again and I said I would not without inspecting the truck. He demanded the key from me and said he was canceling my reservation and was no longer going to fulfill the reservation. I told him I was going to call Uhaul and he said go ahead. I call the 800 number and speak to customer service explaining what happened. CS tried calling the guy and he refused to take the call!!! CS apologized for this guys behavior and told me to go to another store since this guy was behaving in this manner. So this guy gets away with treating people badly when they want to inspect before they commit to the truck rental. Its like he knew he wouldnt have any penalty for being a jerk to truck rental customers!Thankfully, CS said there was another Uhaul place less than a mile away at Rapido Stop grocery and that guy was friendly, happy, had a clean truck available.The owner of this Bag place is rude, shady, and disrespectful. Do NOT rent a truck from here!!

We would always arrive to the location for the pick up or drop off with the same expectation here we go again this will take a while.Well that expectation no longer exists. My husband and I HAVE USED Babhazaras Grocery U-Haul SERVICES TWICE for pick up and drop off.BOTH TIMES WERE THE BEST U-Haul EXPERIENCE EVER!!We will NEVER USE any OTHER U-HAUL location BUT BABHAZARAS. The day of your move, you receive a call from Bob (the owner) to confirm the pick up time and to review your order and needs.BOTH TIMES when my husband and I ARRIVED to BABHAZARAS GROCERY, Bob had the U-Haul rental truck prepped, ready as well as the paperwork almost complete and ready to go. No line and no issues.Yes, there were other customers in the store dropping off or picking up but Bob and his staff have their U-Haul service down to a science on how they operate. THE SERVICE AT BABHAZARAS GROCERY / U-HAUL IS IMPECCABLE.BOB and his STAFF CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY and ALL of YOUR MOVING NEEDS. They MAKE SURE that YOU as a CUSTOMER are HAPPY and SATISFIED before you leave to go as well as when you come back to drop off. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.As an added bonus, BABHAZARAS GROCERY has a GREAT SELECTION of products. Last minute items such as drinks, snacks, etc. to pick up before heading out. My kids favorite part of course is - can we get this or can we please get that before we leave? Just recently, we were there to use Bobs U-Haul service. While we were there we were all laughing because my husband and I were done and ready to go with the truck before my kids were ready. It was hysterical. Now we were waiting on our kids.If and when you ever need any type of U-Haul service -GO TO BABHAZARAS GROCERY! You will NOT be disappointed.Its like when you find a mechanic you like and can depend on. Same concept with Babhazaras Grocery U-Haul services. Youll be back.

Rented a small U-Haul truck for $20 overnight when I turn the truck back in my $20 rental cost me $67 dollars. ouch I found it a little shady I went under 20 miles the Truck got terrible gas mileage. I cant help but feel I got scammed
