They did all the permitting and assisted with the appropriate paperwork for my POA committee. Unlike many subs I have dealt with over the years, they told me what the were going to do and did what they said. The generator works well without any problems. This has been the worst process I have ever been through trying to purchase anything in the 63 years on the planet! Had to beg the salesman to give me the quote after 6 of us in the community wanted to purchase stand-by generator systems for our houses. Apparently forgot about me, then finally sent it. Made appointment to give the deposit and finalize the deal and the salesman doesn’t show up. Amazing! Buyer beware!! Too many other reputable companies to go with stay clear!

Talked to guy named sal. Very unprofessional person. Said in email didn’t like his unprofessionalism and wanted to part ways and not do business with him. He emails me back with more rudeness and showing his true colors of what type of sells an he is I hope his company always ready generators is very proud of him for of his ethics.

Very friendly electricians. They installed a propane/natural gas generator that can run my the home essentials. Now when the next hurricane hits and the power is out for a day or a week, I will still have power. Life is no fun without A/C, washer & dryer, refrigerator, and lights at night.
