I came with a specific mission. 12 bags of mulch and some round up, and orchid medium. I quickly found what I needed, and as I checked out I let the attendant know that I would need help loading it up. She called for an employee to meet me by the mulch. I pulled up, but no one was there. Being in a hurry to beat the rain I started loading it myself. There were 2 employees within 10 feet of me, watching me struggle, but no offer for help. Yes, I could have asked, but as a customer service leader with Publix, I was checking their customer service just to see if someone would offer. 10 minutes later, covered in dirt and sweat, I had loaded all 12 bags without even a hello. So, I did love the ease of finding what I needed, but customer service fail.

It was good. I had a shrimp poboy. General a nice place, good food, good location and good atmosphere.

Was looking for 30 sec cleaner,for pool surface per client request,small one had price of $24-95, seemed pricey even though I was going to be paid for it!Found same thing in Lowes for half the price, largest size was $22.95 so still cheaper even if HD had, had that one which they didnt no space on the shelf as if it had been there.Lowes will probably be my go-to place, 10 to shop there most the time anyway.

Accomplished what I set out to do. People working there were helpful.

Got there when they opened, got what I needed and out in ten minutes. Now its time to get to work 🙂

I just wanted to say how amazing the customer service is here. I had been searching high and low for a very specific, custom paint color. No one could do it. Well, thankfully I moseyed into the paint department here, full of the most helpful employees. We settled on a bright fuscia and had two shades mixed up for me. Well, the first one was perfect once I got it on the front door in natural light. Not only did they help me out, they were kind, helpful and even brought suggestions I hadnt considered. I have always bought paint at Lowes but now Ill be coming back here instead.

Usually have what I am looking for. I enjoy the customer service on most days. Today was one of those days. I nice lady helped me get a couple of keys made. We shared some laughs and it was a pleasurable experience.

Wanted to buy a washer and no one would help us. We took out model numbers and left to purchase elsewhere. Store is in a good location and well stocked but no help is still no help.

Went to get pvc because our water pump broke. Never been in this home depot so walked around until I found plumbing. Employees walked by and none of the 3 asked if I needed help. The service in this store on us 1 in Stuart sucks! Ill try Lowes next time.

We call to make sure it’s there and you tell us if it says it’s there online then it’s there and hang up then we rush from work at 8:30 to get there before you close for you to say oh well it’s not there this all we have they keep telling us we’ll have to figure it out tomorrow because your about to close... u get a customer service score of 1 and that’s simply to the nice gentleman that walked us back but utter than that epic fail... do better...

They all have nice stuff for year round as well as Holiday finds plus plants in the garden department.

Well I don’t have to talk about the cleanliness and organization of the store because everyone knows Home Depot is always clean and organized. I was looking for a small light nothing to lavish nothing expensive, I asked a gentleman where I could find the lighting and he walked me to it,He continue to ask me questions to be certain about what I was looking for so he brought me to the right spot. There was another lady in the aisle that worked there by the name of Barbara. Maybe she thought I still lived a little confused, so she offered to help me out and took me to another section that was more of what I was looking End it I was able to find what I was looking for. She was kind friendly and knowledgeable about her department or area.

Clean store with professional employees; they answered our questions about several different types of ideas, which led to be very helpful. Seemed to have narrow parking though.

They got what you need to get the job done. Friendly service and they open early and close late.

Make sure you have plenty of time to wait when picking up curbside. They do not get in any hurry at this location. You might have to wait for a curbside parking spot as they only have 4 and they allow people to park in those to go inside and shop. I definitely do not recommend this Home Depot. Guess Im down to using Gatlin Blvd location.

More and more HD is looking like Walgreens. They dont have #10x3 deck screws in stock but they have hand sanitizer. Get back to blocking and tackling or Im going to Lowes.

Brick and mortar location all right. Usually stocked helpful but not informed staff, few have answers. Website is the by far the most annoying useless as bad as Lowes. Have a product on a page then check if it is available. Way too complicated for what it is. Amazon is blowing you away.

If anything HD is even more organized now than before the Covid pandemic. Multiple sanitizing stations, helpful staff (with all staff members wearing masks) and control over check out stations to maintain Social distancing. Very reassuring during or current situation.

My experience at home depot was very enlightening. The staff one in particular was Billy in electric. He talked to me on a level I could understand. He was just so helpful and I truly appreciated the attention he gave to all my questions.

Lack of customer service, I requested help two times in the garden hose area and never got help. Wasted 25+ minutes of my lunch break. Appears that stacking up merchandise takes priority over helping customers at this store. My friend Jeff a store manger at the Tallahassee Home Depot prioritizes customer service and the experience is night and day difference. Visited store 1/7/2021. Also has happened on other visits in different departments.

Good customer service except for the window guy that didnt know ANYTHING about windows. Also packages that were advertised asb thru the holidays ended Nov 30th .. guess Christmas and new years arent holidays to them

This is great home Depot. Not only is the store clean and staff are friendly. My van broke down in the parking lot. The part was special order and wouldnt be in until the next day. The manager was awesome let me stay parked overnight in the lot with no problems.

Looking for induction oven. Associate very helpful even though they dont keep induction ovens on the floor. May or may not buy there.

Needed some wood cut the guy who came to cut it total dbag.

As usual my go to store for DIY repairs. Today, New Years day 2021, customer traffic was light. But HD had what I needed for my plumbing emergency.No 5 star rating because they are not perfect. Neither am I.

This Home Depot is one of the best. If you can not find something all you need to do is ask. There is always someone available to help you so you do not have to go looking for a service person. I find it best to go to the desk and ask for assistance. I always ask where something is and ask for recommendations which prompts someone to take you to the product. Wow, this is easy..no hunting or searching.

It was the most horrible experience I have ever had at the Stuart location. I had to get the bar code off of the fence I was buying after showing a picture of the price. The cashier didnt even look up the item, so I went outside to take a picture of the barcode, im the 2 minutes, she took another customer. So now I am waiting for her to finish this transaction, an this is after her computer had to be shut off to reboot. NOT A. GOOD DAY

My girls and I went to Home Dept to buy an item in the Stuart area. When we came out our vehicle wouldnt start. A young man named Zach went above and beyond in helping us with our car problem. We live an hour away so this was such a blessing that he was able and willing too help us. We want to thank him and the cashier that also tried her best to help us by calling her mechanic husband.Thank you thank you for your excellent and friendly customer service.

Had everything I was looking for. Staff was eager to answer questions and were very knowledgeable of where items should be and if not, where else they could.

Guy in lumber area was very helpful helping me pick out & cut plywood for a project. Unfortunately, other than the paint counter, he was the only other friendly worker in the place. Of all the dozens of employees milling around, not one person approached me asking if they could help.

Manager Kevin was very disrespectful and very unwilling to help with a product issue. He also was unsure of store policy seemed to make it upas he went. My future business will be at Lowes where customer service is a priority. Unbelievable how you can spend $500 dollars on a product and it doesnt last a year and the store cant stand behind their product.

Took me 15 mins to get a 15 ft. piece of wire. The roll was on the 3rd shelf. Poor guy had to get a forklift & close the whole isle down. Then put it on the giant conveyor of wire, measure it, load that onto a card to swipe at the front. WoW!

I want to give a big shout-out to my local Home Deopt in Stuart Florida. First, I was looking for a very small item and asked a busy clerk. She actually took me to where she thought it might be, then checked the computer, all with a big smile and eagerness to help.Next, I went to customer service to ask about a Christmas tree. The girl (I wish Id gotten her name) looked for it and not finding it, went to find the manager to see if she could sell the display. He dropped what he was doing and searched the pallets that had just arrived to see if more had come in.. I left with a beautiful tree and a smile on my face from being treated so well at a big box store.

Ive never received better customer service at a large chain store. Alan in the garden center has patiently guided me over many months to choose the right plants for my new garden installation. Kathy at customer service was so helpful and friendly and figured out how to get me to mini refrigerators delivered to my house for free. I can honestly say that shopping at this store feels like Im visiting family. And its just a great store and a great experience shopping here.

I had a kitchen installed that had a lot of molding and tricky cuts. My installer Josh did a great job. Real craftsman that knew what he was doing. He was neat, organized and did a super job with the installation. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Also my salesman Rick did an awesome job with the design and really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.
