I sold a house over a year ago and they refused to cancel my service. I started receiving calls that the house was reporting smoke. They could not care less that I wasnt the home owner. House could have been on fire with people inside and they were wanting emails about the service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The idea that they are responsible for the security and safety of homes and their occupants is extremely alarming.

I purchased a video security system from them for my business over five years ago. The had recently given us a proposal for a new updated system that was very expensive. Since ours was still working I chose to wait until after the first of the year.2 weeks ago while I was on vacation, my business was broken into and robbed. The police wanted to look at the videos. Being out of town I told my office manager to call and pay Bartlett Brothers for assistance. They told my manager that they would not help her and that they do not make their money working on old video systems.I will be buying my new system from a different company, that is for sure!

Bad people, bad attitudes. They act as if your home is THEIR home. Stay away from them. Try to scare you into upgrading all of your current equipment so they can sell you something else.
