Susan and Doreen are an asset to your company. Theyre very helpful and go out of their way to make sure the customers are satisfied and comfortable with the moving in progress. They made sure we had all the supplies we needed for the extra few things we had left over in our truck that needed boxes.

Doreen is the by far best and nicest worker i have ever met there. The place is clean she has the best costumer service ever and she’s really funny. Made the process a breeze with no struggles.

I have had a storage unit, at this facility, for several years. I have noticed that the staff are always cleaning and are very friendly. Recently, I had gone to the unit and left, and forgot to pull my door back down. I was going to come back and remembered what I had done. Before I got back to the unit, a staff member called me and notified me, but they went ahead and pulled down the door, and was going to put a lock on it, but called me. I was on my way back to the unit, but are very happy that staff keeps an eye on the total property. I highly recommend using this facility.

Allison is the absolute best!! She made our storage experience the best ever, made me sad to leave and I hop off we need yet another one in the future we find another extra space with an “Allison”. It seemed as if she was always there! Has a memory of steel!! After not being there for about 5 months, she remembered us where we moved, etc. She always had a smile, was sweet and extremely helpful anyway she could! I can not say enough good things about this extra space storage location all because of Allison!! I hope they know just how valuable she is to the company!

Extra Space Storage is a nice, clean, facility. It has carts that are in very good shape. Susan, at the 1990 NW Federal Hwy 1 in Stuart, is so sweet and helpful! I have had to rent storage units a few times for moves and remodels and Extra Space Storage is the nicest unit I have rented. I would definitely recommend.

We have used this location of Extra Space Storage on two separate occasions. Once we used the climate controlled indoor storage and for the past year we stored our brand new 36ft RV outside on their lot. Susan Womble and her staff have been extraordinarily helpful and respectful of my recent circumstances. I am disabled and on a limited income. A fraudulent debit on my checking account caused my automatic debit for monthly unit rental to be declined. It took July 13 to August 1 for the bank to correct the error. Throughout that time I was assured my belongings were safe, and now available. What each staff member provided was respect, reassurance and a positive relationship with their client. As a first time customer of Extra Space Storage, I have been very pleased so far. Susan worked hard to figure out the best size and location for me and my stuff and was very friendly and fun to work with. Brittany was quick and efficient as she set up the system and explained how everything would work in the future. She even walked out to make sure that my access code was working. Both staff members went above and beyond!I have been in and out two times since and have had no issues. The space is clean and well-lit and I very much appreciate the smooth rolling carts located near the entrance. Five Stars!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. RV storage access is easy and there was plenty of room for our 40 ft trailer to get in and out.

I used to think that all storage places were basically the same. The price and size of the unit was all that I used to be concerned about. Because of this philosophy, I found extra space storage. However, because of both Susan and Doreen, I doubt I will ever leave here; even if I were to find a similar unit at a significantly reduced price. But don’t tell them this!They make me feel like their best friend every time I’m here, which isn’t all that often. When I do come here, I tend to stay a little longer than usual because I so enjoy the extra care that they give me. This place is the best!!! Just my humble opinion, but a damn good one…

I am moving from Ohio to Jensen Beach Florida and needed someplace to store my stuff. My DTR lives there and uses Extra Space to store a few things. My DTR and Allison FaceTimed me and showed me a few units. Allison was very knowledgeable and helped me from start to finish. She even stayed a little after work to clean the unit so that my DTR could move her stuff over from her unit to mine this AM. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. I can’t wait to move there.
