Tim is very professional and gets the job done right. He fixed our refrigerator and was very timely, communication was excellent. We knew how long it be for parts and repair. I would definitely recommend Tim.

Based on the name, I had no idea they serviced washers/dryers. When our commercial units were in need of repair I called the main service tech in the area out of Rapid City. No one ever called me back after several calls and no one showed up to do service after 4 weeks. Luckily someone told me about Owens. Tim did a great job and the price was very very fair. Both units are like new again. I even missed the first service call - felt so bad. But Tim was understanding and came back a few days later. Thanks so much Tim!
