Slow and understaffed.waited over an hour and a half to get 2 tires balanced and I brought the tires in were not even on the vehicle

Police departments from all over were in the store this morning shopping for kids. God bless the men and women who put that together. Those kids were stoked to be able to shop with great role models. You guys and gals are awesome

We had a flat heading home from Cleveland to Chicago. We were lucky enough to get the spare on and get there 40 minutes before they closed. They got us in and out in no time! Andrew and Cathy were total life savers! Thank you a million!

Buy tires here at the Sturgis Walmart tire center, get the road hazard warranty. Get nail in tire and take it here to be repaired under road hazard warranty. They come to me two hours later and cannot get the tire off because of a lug lock. I asked the tire tech you put the tires on when I bought them how did take them off then? Get smart reply back from other tire tech standing there that they did not put my tires on. Ha, ha I said but your store put them on but your very funny. Three hours later they finally have the tire fixed.No one at the counter by this time because they closed at 7pm and it is now 8pm. Wait for 15 minutes longer for someone to show up to check me out and get my keys.With this kind of experience you would think you would be given a free oil change or at least I am really sorry Mr. Customer. But nothing is offered or said. Thank you Walmart Tire center for wasting my entire night.....Great Job!

Plugged and patched tire.

Went today to get my oil changed bright and early this morning. Took over a hour for that and to have my windshield wipers changed. I was the only customer (arrived at 7 when they opened) in the auto part of the store so they were not busy. Then they didnt install my rock shield under my car properly so now its dragging on the ground. I called and was told if i bring it back in they would fix it. Well i cant very well bring it back in, 25 minutes away, without fixing it because ITS DRAGGING ON THE GROUND!! Never again!

The 2 Employees working had outstanding customer service and patience for days as it was a very busy day and they were taking a ton of heat from each customer yet maintained a happy professional attitude the entire time. Give the dudes at the counter a raise Walmart you need them!

This is where I bought new tires and had them mounted. The older man at the desk assumes that women are ignorant. He argued with me until he became red faced. I dont get too excited during these types of disagreements, and was sad because he was so adamant that I had to be wrong. I asked to see a parts book, showed him what it said (I didnt want another wrong wheel so Id need another new tire a month from then), and he mumbled it must have been a misprint and got the correct part. Shopping there is never fill. I do so very seldom due to some of their policies. Unfortunatley, I dont always have a choice.

They communicate a problem before fixing it right away. Love it

Got a quote on tires, 4 tires for 52 dollars a piece and 12.48 for tax and I was told the total would be 308.00, im in no way a math professional but something didnt add up 🙃 just like the rest of the store, generally poor service and one of the worst Walmarts in the state !

Saw they was suppose to be open till 8pm. Got there at 7:10 to find out they closed 10 minutes earlier. Told that corporate is the one that set the time frame. How about they just stay open till the time corporate has set in the listing. Wont be back here for an oil change

Tire center employees are friendly. Experience is poor.

Unless your car is on fire, or you feel like waiting around for two hours to get your oil changed when your the only car, dont go here for anything.
