$1.25 for a gallon of whole milk need I say more okay well unless youre going to a butcher for your meat I suggest Krogers over Walmart and Meijers. Who else is going to send you coupons in the mail some of them are for free stuff YOU CANT BEAT FREE UNLESS YOURE GETTING PAID TO TAKE IT . Not causing just emphasizing my point of view.

I dont go to Sturgis super often, but when I do, I go to places where I cant in Three Rivers. One of these places is Kroger. I must say, its better than I thought! Great produce, good selections, and clean as well. I give it four stars just because I compared some of the items to where I buy them at other places, and this place charges more. But hey, thats always going to happen at places like this.

I buy all my groceries here. Kroger has an excellent variety and a great produce department. I also love the Private Selection store brand that they carry, as it is delicious with a generally straightforward, easy to pronounce ingredients list.Overall, great deals and a great rewards program!

Store was clean and very clean throughout, staff was friendly and always there to help and kept busy. Items are not overly priced but are higher in price then Walmart/Meijer. Produce was fresh and so was the mean/seafood.. I cant imagine they sell a lot but was still impressed.

Its really bad when a cashier at Krogers tells you in a check out line that you come to the store to much and dont need to be coming as much very rude 😠

This grocery store is a one stop shop with just about everything you need. Fairly clean, nice employees. They have directories hanging throughout the store that are lengthy, but handy when youre looking for something specific. Pharmacy is hidden and doesnt have good signage as to where its located. Neutral smell generally. There are not low prices if youre not a member.

Good variety of things. A Kroger card is necessary for saving.The fuel discount points makes it great to fill up close by.

I love this store, not only do they have quality food at low prices, the people are always friendly, and ready to help. Thats what makes the difference in this small town grocery store. Sometimes bigger isnt always better. Way to go Sturgis mi. Kroger store.

Drove almost two hours, roundtrip, to get my favorite whipped icing cake for my friends last day off work. It was suppose to say I will miss you, with the I crossed out and We wrote in. Like the I was a mistake. Instead of it being a X there was a V over the I like a stacked Roman numeral. I kinda fixed that kinda, not that big of a deal. But then we go to eat it and the accent icing is not the whipped icing, its the sugary one!! Ruined the cake, that icing is just to sweet, thats why I drive so far just for a cake, next time I will drive the extra 20 minutes on top of my already long drive to get my cake from a different Kroger.

I would give this store less if I could. Lady at self checkout has to be the rudest Ive ever came across. Wanted to argue over everything. S0 if you were here at 4: 20 on may 9 2019 you know who she was. So give he a big thumb up.

Customer service is horrible at Kroger in Sturgis. They are extremely rude & very unfriendly. All my husband & I were asking for was a couple of rain checks. The woman (Christina) who waited on us acted like she didn’t want to help us at all. After looking through the ad for the items for which we needed rain checks, she just looked at us for a few seconds & finally asked, “ Are you going to give me the prices for these or what?” I replied that I had even asked her what she was looking for as she was going through the ad & she never said a word.This isn’t the first time this has happened. Unfortunately for Kroger, this type of service seems to be the norm in Sturgis. We even told her, the people working in customer service need to be helpful and friendly, to which again she didn’t reply. A simple and sincere “I’m sorry”, would have been sufficient. We will also be reporting her to the store manager, as he/she should be aware of how several ladies in customer service are extremely rude to customers. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel this alone would be enough and we felt Corporate ought to know the poor impression of Kroger, customer service is portraying.

Theres a lady named Tammy that does not belong in a customer service position AT ALL! Met with the slightest crises she does not handle herself well at all and yells at customers!! I was only walking in her direction and got barked at too. It literally shocked me. I am visiting family in sturgis and gaurentee I will take my business elsewhere!

This place doesnt deserve even one star! the management is completly rude and full of themselves ! I just had the pleasure of having managment becoming extremly rude with me because I called with a complaint about a product that I had bought there that made my 2 year old violantly ill not every 30 minutes after eating it !
