The customer service in the store is absolutely fantastic. David House took excellent care of us, answered all of our questions, made sure to take time to let us explore. I took a star away because of the factory aspect and delivery. As all of the other reviews show, there is a disconnect between the excellent customer service in store and the delivery of the mattresses purchased. We anticipated a delay based on reviews and asked questions up front that led us to believe there would not be any delivery delays. Today that has been proven false, and we will see if it gets delivered on the newly scheduled date.

We were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly sales rep., named Jayme. We were interested in a tempur pedic mattress. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions andhelped us decide on the firmness of the mattressfor our back issues. There is also a great warranty.So far -so good !!

Great experience going to mattress firm this afternoon. ABE and Josh were extremely helpful!!!! I have to say that my experience at the 1202 N Main St Ste 170 Mattress Firm in Suffolk Va was outstanding. First off the sale was amazing that they had going on but the best part actually want the sale price but the salesman Abe provided me with the best customer service in years. Not pushy, very informative, patient and worked to get me an even cheaper deal than what I had planned on spending. If you are in the market for a mattress go to the Mattress Firm location and ask for ABE ... you wont be disappointed.

Abe was great! This was a big purchase for us and he didn’t mind all the time it took and all of the beds we laid on. He worked within our budget without pressuring us to spend more than we had planned. Pick up was a breeze even though we had to put if off a day because the truck we were borrowing fell through at first. That was totally our fault and they were so nice about it. We did not get the bed we purchased. The bed that was sold to us by Stephen and Jim was not the same bed that we purchased. It is hard as a rock and the bed we were told we were going to get that was on display was the not the same that we received. We have been deceived by false advertisement. We asked Stephen for his managers number and he refused to give us his managers number. Refer to my review on Yelp. It is very detailed as to what exactly happened. We have a warranty for this item to cover this item. We were denied the right to speak to his manager or receive help. We were told because we bought it, we have to keep it. I would like to speak to someone immediately about these issues.

I couldn’t believe all the discounts Joe gave us he was a phenomenal and well knowledged salesman if you even want to call him a salesman. He also had big patience of my two children who tried to make the mattresses a playground. There was a little hiccup in the delivery process but that had nothing to do with Joe.

I let my boyfriend pick out a mattress on his own and he came back with a slump of a mattress. It also cant be turned so after only 6 mons we have a permanent dip in our bed, its completely unsupportive. I have no idea who came up with the design of this mattress, it sucks.
