Friendly staff, great selection to choose from. If not in stock they will find it for you. Just purchased dual electric recliner sofa with butter soft leather. Delivery staff are respectful of your home. From start to finish our experience with Brandon House was excellent.

First off, I would like to say that they have phenomenal furniture at a good price. Brandon is a great resource of knowledge on furniture and has a very extensive list of manufacturers with exceptional quality furniture. For this factor alone, this is a very worthy store.The reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of their employees left me a voicemail and spoke ill of my consistent calling for a status on our purchase, because she didnt honor her word by calling back. This only loses one star because, with the pandemic, all furniture stores are scrambling to take care of ALL of their customers whove been patiently waiting for many, many months for manufacturers to get back to full production.UPDATE: weve since bought a dining set and got our entire bed set order in, and are extremely pleased with the quality. The bed set is very strong, and very sturdy. The dining set is completely solid with well-crafted chairs.

People...support the local business please... this is a great place and they add a great side of working with the customers.. I moved into a new construction and kept being pushed back on move in dates...they, without hesitation, just kept my furniture for me till I needed it. No sorry sir thats not our policy crqp...loved it!

Great store, the fact that its local is even better! Everyone was so helpful throughout the whole buying process. We purchased a glider about 3 months ago to use in my daughters nursery. The sales reps were very knowledgeable and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to decide on which model, and on a color! We had to order the glider and were told 2-3 weeks, but the chair came much quicker than that! (About a week and a half) With a quick phone call, my father was able to pick up with no problems! The glider is perfect! Color is perfect! And is a solid piece of furniture for a good price. (Was a little costly compared to other places, but the quality of this glider was worth the buy.) We will be coming back here when we need our next piece!

Good furniture, terrible customer service. We bought our bedroom furniture 3 weeks ago. Have called 3 times, and have still yet to receive a call back as to an approximate delivery. I understand everything is backed up for delivery but a simple phone call shouldn’t be too much to ask.

This is not due to COVID. I would have given zero stars if I could. I bought a $2600 lift chair and with in two weeks had to get a second because of it electrical issues and which that one was returned for the same reason.I then decided in just getting a standard lift chair for $1400. I had financed the first chair and Brandon House WOULD NOT even give me a receipt for the second chair. And would not change the amount with the finance company. I had to fight tooth and nail with the finance company to investigate to get this straightened out. Meanwhile Brandon House is telling me each time I called it has been taken care of and the receipt is in the mail...over a 2 1/2 month period. Beware. It took the finance company three month to straighten it out!

I have been dealing with Brandon House for over 20 years. Most of my furniture has been purchased here. Great service, great quality. If you havent tried The Best Chair Co chairs, youre in for a treat. They truly are the best!

This is my second purchase of love seats for the living room. The first set lasted years. I even replaced the foam in the cushions. I replaced the love seats about 5 months ago and the fabric is wearing horribly. I doubt I will have them a year.

I am fairly new to the area and was excited to buy my 1st brand new couch. I passed by Brandon House furniture often and decided to go in. Everyone was VERY FRIENDLY & Helpful. I decided on a brown reclining couch that has middle console that folds down.I’ve had this since summer and it’s already breaking down. I feel the wood framing in my lower back and armrests. They recline and go way to far back. Now I have closer to the wall to stop it from going too far back.I am just so disappointed about how uncomfortable this couch is in just a few months. I was looking forward to buying more from them but not if quality is this poor. Maybe it’s just this couch. I really wish I chose something else. Too late now ...I’ve had used furniture way more comfortable than this couch

I bought all my furniture here for my new apartment after I left my bleep of a husband after 25 years! I love every piece! JayQuan, the salesman that helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. He told me that he was happy that I removed myself from being a miserable old hag and found new life as a cougar! My old body loves laying on my beautiful couch after a long day at work! Thank you!

Wonderful local furniture store. Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection. If I had to state a criticism, it would be that they do not offer long-term same as cash options.

We found a unique sofa with the softest material ive ever felt. When we looked elsewhere, no one could beat the quality. Other sofas with the same material were rare,and cushion s were crunchy. I was very pleased with the quality of furniture and also the low cost and speed of delivery. The next day we had our sofa!

The gentleman we dealt with was very friendly and helpful..nice selection of furniture. Now, for the not so good issues. I bought a recliner which had to be ordered so we could get the material and color we liked. The chair looked crooked. Leaned to the left. I wasnt home when it was delivered, so I didnt look it over. I figured I could live with it, so no big deal. Now we have had the chair about a month and a half and the color is fading. The arms and seat are losing the color. Very noticeable. I am so disappointed as this chair was not that cheap.

Great quality furniture, but an inattention to order detail gets one star removed.We ordered a mattress, a TV cabinet, and a kitchen table. They delivered the wrong mattress twice and gave us a table with the wrong legs on it. It is hard to wait 8 weeks for delivery and then get the wrong stuff

Highly recommended place, all of our furniture are from here, even my daughter who just got married they also get their new stuff from this place.

I purchased a $1500 lift chair from there and paid it off over the course of a few months. I made my final payment last week and was told it would be delivered today. I got a phone call while waiting for it to be delivered that they had sold it to someone else and theyd refund my money. Im 28 years old and going in for a bilateral total hip replacement and needed that chair and now its too late for me to get another. Not only did they decide at the very last second to tell me they werent delivering, but theyve compromised my healing after surgery. NOT OK!
