I want to say Miss Regina and Miss Jessica display great customer service from the moment my husband and I walked through the door on 10-14-21 they was very helpful and answered many question we had to the best they knew how, giving us great advice on the many deals that is carried on with Cricket, making sure we left satisfied and I truly appreciate that much as possible!!! I too am a Retail Associate and I try to make my customers comfortable much as possible and thats what these young ladies did!!! I reccomend anyone to ask for these two ladies and if I ever have any concern about my service I will definitely make my way back to this location if these two ladies will be there. Thank you again for such great personalities!!!

My Mom deals with cricket..and she wanted a new phone, so I decided to go in the store on main street..when I entered the store the two young women were very pleasant and helpful...Dont ask for there names one was hard to call and the other one..I think it was V..victoria lol her.middle name..and I must say thanks to Buck..all three were helpful and knew what they were doing...would recommend them to help anyone and I would recommend that store...thanks Guys u were the best.

Dayna at the Suffolk location ( Main Street) assisted me in a professional and most importantly in a timely manner! She not only offered me the option to add an SD card( I needed help with storage on my phone) but she also reminded me of an opportunity to get a new cover at a great price!Thank U

The service at this cricket location is awesome. Everytime I go in I see the associate with 2 or more ppl. I am greeted and we all get what we need and out the door. Plz keep up the good work. So many other places have terrible customer service. I appreciate all the extra care that is taken with all their customers. Tiffany is the nicest most honest person. Walked into this store at 7:30 with the intentions of purchasing and porting over ONE phone. We were immediately greeted and approached by Fran. After explaining what we were trying to do she escorted us to another young lady named Diana. She proceeded to explain the process to us and everything we needed to do and walked us through the entire process step by step with the help of Fran when necessary. The service these ladies provided was by far some of the best service I’ve ever received in a phone store ever! They were patient, kind, and most importantly not pushy. They gave us all of our options and let us make the final decision. When I say I was extremely impressed I mean impressed enough to port over the 4 remaining lines on my account. Unaware how long the port would take, I proceeded to port the remaining lines over while already in the store, these ladies assisted with picking new devices, accessories, and getting all the information needed to complete the port over. After finally getting everything done and paid for, they spent an additional 45 mins to an hour activating each device and getting everything set up. It was 11pm when we finally left the store. These women deserve so much more than the hourly wage they are paid for working past there time, an amount cannot be placed on the level of customer service we received tonight. And as long as I have worked in customer service and been a customer I have not been served as I was today. Thank you ladies! The trip from Norfolk to Suffolk was WELL worth it, I will never forget this experience. I will be sure to refer any and everyone I know!

Excellent Reception in Virgina-spotty in NC.Great data plan for $35 (total cost) with auto pay from your checking/credit card account, or $40 without auto pay. Most store employees are really knowledgeable and helpful. Cricket is a AT&T owned company and only offer non-roaming coverage (for data - like most all pre-paid plans). I never lost phone coverage, because other towers share phone coverage, but not data coverage. For heavy duty travelers, Verizon is the way to go, but be prepared to pay the premium price.

Dayana was a great sales rep. Informed me I wouldnt take longer than 25 minutes to upgrade my phone and she definitley followed through. Gave wonderful service considering she was working by herself and had 2 other clients walk in right after me. Dayana kept me under my budget and you can tell she wanted to give excellent service to every single person she worked with.

It was wonderful. Every one was helping out anyway they could. I mean it took a few to get four phones going but there was never a dull moment... Thanks for all the help and service.

I took my niece here to activate her new phone and, while it was successful, I was a bit put off by the lack of customer service skills of the clerk. He was friendly enough, but leaving his phone on the counter and receiving a call from someone labeled Bootay (something) was rather unprofessional. Additionally, he required me to share the password on my Verizon account so he could process the transfer, saying that was the only way to do it. This is false, as I could have contacted Verizon myself and initiated the transfer, keeping my password secure. Apparently this isnt as easy for him, so he just lied and said we had no other choice. Now I know the truth, I wont be using this merchant in the future, as I have lost trust.

The manager was polite and courteous and respectful saved my day by turning my phone on
