Rude and unhelpful. I needed to return a modem for home service and the manager told me to go to another store. I call the other store and Verizons customer service and they said any store could take the equipment. The staff just couldnt be bothered to do their job. The one in greenbrier is much more professional and caring.

Customer service is almost non-existent! Did not realize they only helped those with an appointment. Was given a piece of paper with a phone number. Representative on phone was helpful, but no such luck in store. Waited for over 30 minutes (told 15 - 20) for phone after paid for. In-store representative acted like it was a personal inconvenience to hand phone over. Will NEVER visit this location again, and am considering changing carriers! Awful!!!!!

We purchased new phones on May 1. The online rep (Donavon) was very helpful. During the process we were charged one amount but the order had to be canceled because we needed to make a change. My card was then charged a second time for phones and accessories, which we picked up. We were told the first charge would be refunded within 7 business days. Even online at Verizon it says the money will be refunded. To date, my charge card statement still shows both charges. Please refund my money. Thank you.

We just had the same experience as Mia had 2 weeks ago, this is absolutely insane, as there were alot of customers already in there. I was trying to tell the woman that we wanted to look at the phones, another girl said (I will go get the piece of paper). They gave us the paper and said go online. But yet 3 weeks ago my daughter and I stood towards the back of the store for 45 minutes looking around at phones one guy said he would be with us next, then we were skipped over twice, we left needless to say very upset. I am so tired of being treated like our business doesn’t matter, we have been going to this store and have bought many of products from here since it opened, now to be told basically to leave when we were wanting to buy a phone. Sorry but i will never buy a phone without seeing it first again, and I will never buy anything from this store again. You need to train your employees much better.

I walked in today trying to get a new phone. One lady asked me did I have an appointment I replied no, then asked if I had to have one & she said no. But proceeded to basically not help but told me to go online. I was only one other customer in there, so I was ver confused as to why I couldn’t be helped if I didn’t need an appointment. I was really in need of a new phone today, but I don’t ever plan to come back to the Verizon ever again. I’ve never had that bad of a service( or lack there of) before. Verizon my truly lose a very long time loyal customer.

It was very safe to go to the Verizon store. Door man, mask wearing all around in this conservative area of Virginia. Good to see. I was on and out quickly and there were maybe 6 people in the store. Doorman was the best though. Asking questions before she let me in . Good!Please note Verizon does not accept cash for anything except for the Pay Your Bill kiosks which only accept cash. I believe you could if pressed pay an associate with plastic and the bill would be paid. Check with Verizon when you call.

Today I visited this store as it was always the closest to my house. I walk in and they immediately ask me do you have an appointment from checking in online?. I politely said no maam. The young lady asked why I was there and I informed her I wanted to get a new phone. Her reply surprised and confused me...ok, we can help you with that. But since you didnt check in online or make an appointment, I cannot tell you when exactly we will be able to help but it will be sometime today.. Mind you I arrived at 12:00 p.m. noon and they cost someone around 8:00 p.m. So sometime in the next 8 hours we can get that done for you. So I go back to my car, look at the VZ app and check in. No time spinneret time was given, no estimated wait time given. Only information given was how many people were ahead of me. So I walk back inside and asked how long the wait would be?. Young lady replied Im not sure, just see what the app says.. I decide to leave and go to the other Verizon store 5 minutes down the road. I walk in and the immediately asked how they could help me. I mentioned looking for a new phone and this young lady replied sure! just let me login real quick. I asked do I need an appointment?. She looked confused and said no, we help people as they visit the store.. Main Street just lost a customer and Center Brooke Ln just gained one.

They lie to you. They dont offer hot spot on Note 8s and they dont have 5g. Your phone will operate on a cheap 4g network running your expensive phone slow and frustrating you. Best place is AT&T I personally garanteed it.

1.5 hour wait to be treated rudely then dismissed without attempting to resolve the problem. I went in for help with my military discount. Tried online and had errors then a phone call and was directed to take my LES into the store for help. I waited one and a half hours being ignored as the staff aided new customers that arrived after me. I had to register twice as I was told I must not have answered when my name was called. They never called my name. As soon as I told them what I needed help with their demeanor quickly changed to contempt as if this longtime customer was not worth the loss of new phone sale. I was dismissed and told to try the website. I had to catch up to the departing associate to let her know I had already been there and tried customer support which lead me here. She logged in and in under a minute I was set straight. If this is how longtime customers are treated then maybe I should rethink my provider of choice.

The interior of the store is nice, but the customer volume is too much than they can really handle. However my phone service has been out for an entire month now, so I’ve been having extreme difficulty getting in contact with my family, friends, and boss. So I usually have to go a mile up the street and sit in my car just to get some service. My mother lives in my area and same thing, no service. So everyone in the neighborhood is confused and when my mother called, they weren’t sure on when it would be fixed.

We werent sure what we wanted. While we looked around a sales person approached us and Introduced himself as David Hairston. He proved to be very polite, patient, friendly, and very helpful. Being seasoned citizens we had many questions which he answered in a way we could understand. He took his time with us, got us a great deal and seemed genuinely concerned that we were pleased. If you are looking for a new phone dont hesitate go to the Verizon store on North Main Street in Suffolk. Be sure to ask for David. Hes a really nice guy

7 months ago I said- Theyre willing to help but be prepared to pay. Its Verizon after all you pay for pretty good service everywhere you go.Today Im saying its a wonderful store if you want to stand there for 15 minutes watching one of the managers dick around on his phone. I dont mind waiting but if you have one of your people just standing there f****** with his phone out in the open Im not going to want to wait anymore. If anybody else had service where I live I would most likely not be with Verizon.

Depending on the time of day one arrives, your wait time can be 10 minutes to 2 hours. Try to hit this store on week days, either when it opens or well after lunch time, but before 4pm for shorter waits. Depending one the personnel, this store has great service and can handle any issues one has with their equipped. My last visit was awesome!!

I will never use this Verizon again. My last 3 visits have been very disappointing. The service wait time is unreal. Early morning just to have a car charger checked was almost an hour. Had to buy a new one which in 10 mins on my way home it over heated my phone. Went back that afternoon with a wait time of 1.5 hours, just to be told that theres no technician there and they had to order another. Notice, I said another... Its a refurbished, that was not a running properly. My third visit, I went in to either pre-order the new Note 10+ or get the S10. There was 3 customers being waited on, I was told by one clerk someone will be with me. No name taken on their iPad. There were other clerks not helping customers, but they must have their own tasks. Eventually, a man come over to assist. He has no clue about the phones. I asked about the difference in the cameras, he picks up each one, looks on the front and says this one has one and the other has two. He then excuses himself 2 times to go back to another customer. This is just so unprofessional. He was of no use. When I asked what is the differences between the two phones, he pulls up Google on one of the phones and tells me I can Google the differences on it, and walks away. I was done. I stopped at a counter where another cheek was at and started to tell her how disappointed I was about the event and she replied, okay. At that point, I told her, her attitude is the problem here and I would no longer come to this business. Its sad that when this store first opened it was amazing. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Now its full of people who dont care!!!

The store has many phone options, and it is very nice inside. But, it was very unprofessional. When we went a couple months ago to switch to the new Unlimited plan, we waited half an hour to see someone even though there were barely any people.The person who was helping us was also chewing gum and leaning on the counter, and almost overcharged us.Skip the trouble, and just change plans online.

Was told I would get $200 per phone per person not matter what the phone looked like, so I went all the way home to Carolina to get are old beat up phones. I come back and all of a sudden the manager said the deal was no longer available. I decided to get the plan anyway but called corporate the next day I was told that the offer was and is still available. So I was lied to, thank God corporate took care of it.

So I went in today to buy Bluetooth earbuds. I asked if they were compatible with my Apple Watch Sport. This super fat guy argued with me about how my watch does not store music. Hes wrong, it does. The Apple Watch Sport can hold up to 1g of music. So you can listen without your phone near you. I was so mad I left. I feel he should have better customer service skills. And seriously, at least if I was wrong let me think Im right to make a sale. What an idiot.

The staff are always very kind to me when I am there. The employees are also very helpful, but it is overpriced. Not only is it overpriced, but the internet data is so slow, no matter where I am or what device I am using. In my opinion, I think a lot of people should consider switching to MetroPCS. I have MetroPCS now and not only are the employees helpful and friendly, but the cellular service is excellent and the internet is more high-speed than Verizon. Switch to MetroPCS when you have the chance, only if you choose to.

Last two visits to this store were over an hour long. The first was to add a line. The number the computer assigned had not be inactive long enough. It took nearly and hour to reassign a number to that phone. This last time, the computer did not issue my Motomaker X-code, so six hours later still no way to order my phone. Verizon says call Motorola. Motorola says call Verizon. I just want to scream, Can you hear ME now!

Very disappointed in the sales persons knowledge of the products they sell. She was difficult to understand, speaking very softly, and when asked a question about the technical aspects of several different phones her response was mostly I think vice actually knowing the answer. She finally said we would have to google it. Spoke with another salesman and let them know that we needed a more knowledgeable salesperson which we never saw before we left.Very fancy store with a lot of staff standing around. The ones that were working did not know the products they were selling. Verizon could lower their costs if they closed stores like this and let us shop online if they continue to hire sales people like the one we talked with today. I am now back home getting ready to look at the technical specs of several phones and order my upgrades online if I dont decide to go with another carrier. Wish you could get a discount since you are not using the sales people they hire.
