Dropped off laptop to have touch screen replaced. It is less than a year old and very expensive laptop. So I was very concerned over who would be repairing it.Repair was done sooner than expected and at a very reasonable charge.Employee was knowledgeable, payient and very professional.I highly recommend this place

Love these guys! It was a dark and stormy night and I placed my mouse in the clam shell of my alienware (a.k.a. my baby). Then my moose dog sat on it and closed the workstation with the mouse pressed between... the mouse survived but screen shattered and my heart broke. (Its okay... keep reading... theres a happy ending). The moose dog was very sad... but I forgave him immediately.Heart shattered... tears streaming, I reached out to those who shall not be named posing as saviours of precious custom computers... the quotes were thievery. Upwards of $800 and no guarantees because aliens are complex. (Well yeah... because theyre fricking AWESOME!) Anyway... poor Baby sat because I couldnt afford repairs. But then my husband said he noticed this GreyFox business across from Burger King. So we figure... what can it hurt. We took it in with a vintage Dell (no camera, also a custom build but very very old) and they were for real. We started with the diagnosis... pretty obvious. Not only could I afford them... but they didnt ship Baby off anywhere. They were about a quarter the cost of other estimates. They had a very quick turnaround time. They contacted me once they knew the price of parts and let me know exactly what the cost would be and how long it would take... and... are you ready for this... THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO FOR THE QUOTED PRICE!!! Baby works great now! I can run 2 animation programs simultaneously with zero hiccups (shes special). The Dell... they said wasnt worth the cost of repairs. And seriously, whens the last time a company actually turned away business to save you money? These guys are fantastic.Professional, expedient, clear and cost effective. They also sell refurbished electronics... so Ill be heading back before Christmas to replace that Dell (and perhaps a Toshiba).I HIGHLY recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with. So rarely in life do you hire someone to do a job and youre 100% satisfied with the work AND the price. Chances are you dont have custom builds or run double design animation simultaneously... maybe your kids school computer is just crashing all the time and you cant afford to replace it... go talk to these guys. If they can deal with my fancy expensive stuff at a more than reasonable cost.. Im sure they can help you or point you towards the right solution. If you have a custom build like me... these are your guys! This is your shop... dont pout and throw controllers... get it fixed!

Just went in today because the screen on my iPhone X cracked so I needed to get it fixed. Prices were very reasonable and the customer service was top of the line which seems to be extremely rare these days. This was the hard drive that came in the machine when it was new and which another business (un-named) replaced with the same Toshiba hard drive twice and had both replacement drives fail. Over 5 years ago, I found myself with a pc that was so old that Microsoft security dropped me, and I was left with no security, and I couldnt get a security replacement. So I was left with no secure computer, and my brother told me about Gray Fox! They fixed me up with a GREAT computer and an offer I just couldnt refuse!! I paired it with a 32 in. tv as a monitor and I am in computer heaven !! I got a laptop from them (HP Envy 360 15, AMD Ryzen 4700U CPU) via Amazon that was significantly cheaper than Id seen it anywhere.I suspect that this was a corporate purchase that was received, turned on, and returned with an open box.They listed it as having 16 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD. As I was planning on swapping out the RAM and SSD anyway, the fact that it came with a larger than listed SSD was a nice perk.It arrived a day earlier than their shipping estimate said, everything worked out of the box; I needed to let Windows Update update some motherboard drivers...but that was I swapped out the SSD for a faster 2 TB drive, and gave it 32 GB of faster RAM, migrated my old computers OS and files over, and it works like a charm. Its a lovely development machine.I cannot speak to how responsive GrayFox is in solving problems, because there simply werent any that they needed to solve.

I didnt end up making a purchase because of varieties for what the price I was looking for in laptops(I am too picky). But Adam, the owner, was extremely informative and helpful.
