The Staff at this location was truly awesome. They make sure your greeted with a friendly Hello and welcome to LensCrafters. They were very professional and helpful towards my needs for safety glasses. They also cleaned my current pair better than I could ever clean them. I will be visiting this office more often, just to receive that Awesome Customer service treatment. Thank You!!! :-)
Great customer service. Very helpful and super friendly. Got a great deal on some nice glasses.
Came in and was freaking out when I heard the replacement policy didn’t cover lost glasses. The associates put my mind at ease and helped me out. Ended up spending a lot less than anticipated! Would give 100 stars of I could!
I had such a wonderful experience at this LensCrafters. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and are willing to go the extra mile for you.
Had a great experience at the store. Customer service was good even with Covid restrictions. I was able to see the staff follow good hygiene outlines. There was a good selection to pick from, however, I do wish there were more color choices to pick from. It was a bit pricier than I had anticipated, but I hope it’s worth it. Still waiting on my lenses to come in.
Recommend finding a different optometrist. There office refused to release my medical records after the completion of my eye exams and after receiving payment. Finally had to request a full refund due to there refusal to hand over my contact prescription. I’m sure they’ll leave some form of professional comment below my review. Just know your better off somewhere else. Don’t waste your time!
Nice place, Sandy was very helpful and polite. Picking out frames was pretty painless and didn’t take long
Warning! I spent $1550 here because of an erroneous glasses 👓 prescription, with 2 eye insurances. Don’t go here.Everything I’m about to tell you really happened at this Lens Crafters. October 2020, I had an eye exam with dilation. The optometrist said I needed reading glasses because I turned 40. I paid for a contact lens exam and they told me I would have to come back for my contact lens fitting. Well, I forgot and thought I had a year. I called in July 2021 for my contacts and they said no, I would have to start over with a new exam. I was upset, but it ended up be a blessing. The new optometrist I saw on 7/31/2021 was amazing. He told me I didn’t need a bifocal lens.Unfortunately, I had to spend $400 to replace my bifocal lens which was a prescription that was only 9 months old🤬. I spent $1150 for glasses and an eye exam in October 2020. Then in July 2021 another $400 on new lens with no bifocal. Grand total was $1550 for 2 eye exams, 4 pairs of lens, and 2 frames. I haven’t bought the contact lens yet. So, my experience with this Lens Crafters could easily get up to $2000. By the way, I have 2 eye insurances so this was my cost after my insurance. Imagine how much I would pay without insurance 😱. I do not recommend you spend your money or time at this Lens Crafters.
Super friendly and professional staff!! Definitely recommend!!
I really enjoyed working with Quinisa (Nisa)! I would to say “thank you” publicly! You have a VERY busy establishment and customer friendly environment. Please consider having one extra person on staff during your busiest times. We I walked in she was busy working with someone. The associate working on the floor did not acknowledge my presence, did not speak, didn’t even offer a tray for me to hold the selections I had made. But she was quick to say “do you something to hold the glasses in so they won’t get damaged?” She made it her business to direct Quinisa to give me a box for the glasses I had selected. As soon as Quinisa was finished working with her customer she acknowledged me and stated “I will be right with you.” Even tho I was not able to purchase my glasses. Quinisa never stopped being professional. She went above and beyond trying to make things work in my favor!!! Kudos young lady you will go far in life and never let anyone question your gift of customer service!!!! Ms Dozier
Everyone was friendly and took the time to patiently answer all inquiries. It was an enjoyable experience.
This was my 2nd time there. My 1st visit wasnt a good one at ALL. You have a woman there. Was Rude. All I wanted to do was Look Not Touch she was pushy so I left. But when I went there Monday 12/28/20. I was greeted by a friendly woman and told her about my last time and my experience. This woman was very helpful with Great Customer Service. I was very happy. I purchased 2 pair glasses and Shades that day. Thanks to the young lady who took all my information and measurements. Customer Service GOES Along Way she needs to learn that
LensCrafters customer service was outstanding and professional. The staff is friendly and courteous.
They We’re extremely knowledgeable very friendly and expedient
Amazing customer service! I’ve never been to LensCrafters but I will be back when it’s time for my next check up for sure! 10 out of 10! ❤️❤️❤️
Great experience!I went with my son and bought 1 pair of glass and a new pair of lens, and had a great experience. Very polite and helpful.
Clean shop with diligent employees. Big shoutout to Ms. Sandy... she took my indecisiveness with grace for no less than an hour and half. Finishing the deal, Ms. Nisa was wonderful. The icing on the cake, however; was the random fellow shopper that passed me a 50% off coupon. There are still some pretty great people in the world :) :)
Wouldnt let me in though I have breathing issues. Apparently their mask isnt effective, huh.Butt heads
I walked in to look about for glasses. There was one customer and one saleswoman and they were talking. The saleswoman stopped the conversation and said to me in a curt voice, “I will explain the process to you in a moment.” Thinking she was talking about the buying process (prescription, frame, lens choices, measurements, etc) I shrugged it off as I have had glasses for 30 years and this was nothing new to me. As I browsed the frames, I reached for a pair and she yelled at me, “I will explain to you the process! Now you have to hold on to those until I can sanitize them!” It was not only harsh, but also embarrassing as I felt like a scolded child. I held on to the glasses as instructed and, when she finished speaking with the other customer, she came over and explained “the process.” This process was simply that any glasses touched must go on a tray and that there is a 6-8 frame limit. All glasses must be sanitized before returning to the display. ....that took moments to explain. I was so turned off by being yelled at, that I returned the touched frames to her and left.Just a word of advice if you are reading this, you should change your greeting to “Welcome to LensCrafters. Once I am finished with this customer I will explain our COVID procedures with you. Please refrain from touching our frames until then.” That way we know what you’re talking about.Despite being closer to my home, I will go over to the McArthur Mall store as the ladies there have always been courteous and friendly to me and my family. I will never return to this Suffolk store.
Worst!!!!Dont think about going to this place.I don’t even wanna give one star.Glasses store is nice but eye exam place next to the store is the worst place I have ever been in whole my life.First I called them and asked how much is the eye exam for contact lenses they said $86 I said ok I would like to make an appointment. Then I came to the appointment I asked receptionist again I came for eye exam for contact lenses. How much is it going to be? She said $86.I said ok.I even wrote on the paper I’m here for contact lenses. Then they did eye exam for glasses.....I told them I came here for CONTACT LENSES !!!they said it will cost additional $90 for contact lenses .....my English might be bad I know but do you guys understand what I need to be done ??I need contact lenses....I went to the 2 different eye clinic before but I’ve never had problems like this before. They just stole my money for no explanation. They got me !
Good selection, great prices!! Thanks Lenscrafters!!!!!!!
Staff are very friendly and professional
Great Customer Service and great selections of frames.
I was treated wonderfully by Kayla . She was very patient with me. Being that Im in a wheel chair it was a little difficult getting back and forth trying on different glasses. She helped me make a final decision! Check her out.....you wont be disappointed..
We went in and found the perfect pair of Prada glasses for my wife and negotiated the best price using our insurance and their sale and then we were able to take a printout of all the pertinent information and we ordered the exact same identical glasses online for $360 cheaper. Moral of the story is....
If you enjoy being taken advantage of, this is the perfect place for you! Kayla seemed patient and kind with my husband and I at first but I quickly realized that she was adding things onto my bill without telling me. I ended up having to come back in for a price adjustment with someone else because she had added $84 of add-ons to my glasses without my knowledge. I only learned of this after careful examination of the receipt. I will never return to another LenseCrafters. They have proven to be unethical in their selling practices and I refuse to support a business that takes advantage of people that are simply trying to see correctly.
Called multiple times today to get my prescription sent to my new office. Because the girl at their front desk didnt do her job today I lost mine. Until its fixed I will write a bad review everyday. Sorry not sorry
Customerservice was so pleasant and I love there spirit
They snugged and straightened up my twisted and loose sunglasses and didn’t charge me anything, even though I purchased them elsewhere.
I had bought 2 pair of glasses and soon afterwards i broke one pair {my fault} . i took the pair in willing to pay out of pocket to have them fixed . the lady who sold them to me overheard me explaining what had happen . she stepped back and acted as though she didnt know me . yet .when selling them to me she acted like we were best friends .Anyway when i was leaving the store another salesperson stopped me and gave me an address for somebody who might fixed the glasses . i drove across town to that address only to find an empty building . So i promised myself never to buy anything again at their Mcarthur Mall store in Norfolk Va . this happened a few years ago and it still bothers me .Now its time to get 2 more pairs and im looking for a company who cares about me as a customer and not one that only wants a commison check .
Got my lens changed to different glasses frames and they were very friendly. Quick process as well.
I was disappointed when I didn’t get my glasses that day. In Athens GA I always got them then. ☹️
