Awesome selection, great staff that go above and beyond, quality products!

Been going to Shell for about thirty years and never had a bad experience. Great knowledgeable people. They sell the best at fair prices. And are wonderful to visit.I will soon be giving them a challenge since my 15 year old titanium frames were destroyed be a stupid old man in a power chair.(me) now I have some busted bits of glass and a bunch of pretty wires. Soon as I can get my diabetic eye exam I am going to go frighten them with a handful of junk lol I do not really expect them to repair but is no big deal. But no matter what happens they are still the best Service people I ha e ever had the pleasure of dealing with.If I dont die before I get to go back to them I will update this with further tales of my Idiotic actions and what great people work at Shell Optical.Tom Lee

Came back here after an absolutely awful experience at Dr. Jeffery Robertsons office (see review on his office), and Janet totally hooked me up right! Thank you so much for all your help in resolving the issues I had. My sunglasses now are the correct prescription and in the right place on the glasses. Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!
