MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ!!!!!I love this store. Everything is fine but I just have on huge suggestion. I would close out some time slots for pick up orders because it always takes 30 minutes or more and the order is usually wrong unless the awesome Team Lead (male, brown hair, always forget his name lol) is working.I understand everywhere is so short staffed. There is only one boy bringing out all these groceries and there are 6 cars here. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes now. I love this store and it has potential but I would not leave so many time slots open for pick up until it is appropriately staffed.Just a suggestion. I usually drive 20 minutes to the Kroger in Harborview because of this issue.

I placed an order for a fruit and veggie try on Friday for Sunday pick up...now the website states 24hrs+ in advance. So why am I getting a call from a rude sales associate saying my order cant be filled because they have trays already scheduled which doesnt make sense. Get it together! Now I cant have what I need because your staff is incapable of fulfilling an order that was placed well within the timeframe specified.

Pharmacy didnt have medicine ready after 4 days. Told be ready in 20 minutes actually took 40 minutes. This medicine the only way I could get was to pay rather than thru my insurance. Called them on Monday got it on thrusday at 4: 40. I understand staff is short, but even 4 days is to long of a wait for meds you are out of.

This Kroger is one of the worst in the area. They are always out of stock of items not to mention lack of selection. Be nice if Suffolk had one nice grocery store.

I just called to place a delivery order for someone. The Google page clearly states delivery, but the deli emphasized that they in fact DO NOT deliver. I am sure the service is great there, but I would just take the “delivery” checkmark off of the details about this location. It is somewhat irritating, but I get it.

DO NOT ORDER GROCERIES FOR PICKUP HERE. They will forget to put half your order in the car. Then, when you call back to the store you get bounced around terrible hold music for 20 minutes before you inevitably lose your patience and hang up.

Clean place, its easy to find everything you need. They have more than one clearance section. Some buggies come with a map on the seat for kids if you need a reference. They staff are always nice if you have a question. Im currently using Kroger pickup and had to wait a while for my order but i was given credit for my next order.

I would give zero stars if possible. Allow me to explain:1. A few weeks ago I went in for some deli meat only to find that the entire case of Applegate Smoked turkey meat was expired by several days.2. I purchased some ground bison only to bring it home and find that is smelled putrid and was slimy in texture. I suggest they replace those inefficient refrigerators because it is doubtful that the food is being kept at the right temperature in the meat section.3. The photo below is of a rotten onion that the Kroger Grocery Delivery people put in my bag. Pardon my french but how the H.E.L.L. can you not tell when produce is rotten?This is not the first time I have had problems with the delivery service giving me expired food. Please actually start hiring employees that can read or replace the store manager!

The prices in front of the product does not reflect at the cash register.So you pay more!!!!!! The shelve tag says $1.99,.

Alright, alright. Im here for the ice cream. Graeters ice cream that is and Kroger is the premier retailer!Great quality!The flavor is perfect.The sweetness is perfect.The density is perfect.It even has remnants of the raspberry seeds.The packing isnt what I expected (some air pockets) but it mayve been done to mimic hand packing. The dark chocolate chips are actually Ben and Jerrys -sized globs of truffles. Quality candy but way too much IMO.They had more basic flavors but I went with this Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip because it was designated their signature flavor.Is it better than Haagen Dazs White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle? Without playing the fences, no. Haagen Dazs production standards are seemingly much higher and their consistency shows.

Have vegan items very clean fast in and out wish they had exotic fruits then we wouldnt have to travel to wholesfoods in Richmond or Smithfield Va

I would like to thank a store employee who went above and beyond to help an elderly man. I wish i knew this persons name to let you know of his kindness. I pulled up at the entrance door to let my 86 year old brother out, this man was bringing carts in, he waited in the street while I went around to help my brother out of the car. then he left his cart to run inside to get my brother a motorized cart. This was in the rain which really was very kind.. May 28, 2020 around 3:00 in afternoon

Kroger is a good place to find deals and discounts for things. I appreciate the system with the portable scanners. Just today we used it to scan our cart items. It stored the items, price, and accounted for taxes. When we got to the register, rather than scan each item, the machine uploaded it too the register. It makes the process simpler and keeps from as many tech issues

Dirty, empty shelves. Does not meet typical Kroger standards. Will not be back.

The pharmacist way full of excuses, and very rude and unprofessional. I called the pharmacy Saturday to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy. I was told it would be about two hours before they can get it filled. I told the gal on the phone no problem I will be in tomorrow. Well the next day comes along and the prescription was not ready when I went in. The technician told me I had no refills (they were not even looking at the most recent prescription). I gave her my empty box with the refill information and the pharmacist said they transferred it in the day before, and they had to search for the prescription. They found it and in stead of apologizing for it not being ready the lady pharmacist gave me a line of excuses/BS about why it wasnt ready, and told me it would be 20minutes. Typically this would not have been a problem, but I had groceries thawing as I waited since I was under the impression and was told that the medication would be ready when the pharmacy opened. I explained this to the pharmacist and she told me she couldnt get it done any faster. Seriously! I have worked as a technician previously I know how easy it is to enter a script and slap a label on the box in a timely matter in order to provide adequate customer service to the people needing their life saving medication. Instead of making up excuses and being rude perhaps make an attempt to provide customer service and you may keep customers. I am very disappointed as my husband and I were looking forward to this store opening, but I guess we have to take our prescriptions elsewhere.

I havent been to a Kroger in a while, stopped in hunting for cardamom. No one else had it, but Kroger had 3 or 4 different brands of it. And the process in general were not as high as I remember. Everything was clean and will stocked. Will be back.

Great variety, was able to find everything I need and get in and out.

Seems like the little sister to the College Park Store. Not as much produce variety or as much variety in the seafood dept. This used to be Farm Fresh and sometimes it seems like still being in Farm Fresh.

The store smelled awful, like rotting food and lack of cleanliness. I couldnt bring myself to buy food there. An employee was shouting disrespectful things in a checkout line with other emoyees and laughing, it struck me as very poorly run.

I would like to be contacted concerning the General Manager of this store.

Thus is a wonderful store. Everything fresh and all employees are cheerful and willing to help. I love this place!

Nothing to complain about but nothing g good to say either, it used to be Food Lion and I just as soon go to Food Lion vs. Kroger theres nothing different or better about it. Overall you have a bigger variety to choose from if you go to Walmart but Kroger has a good salad bar. So Id say if your looking for a good salad go to Kroger, if you want to find all of your groceries go to Walmart.

You pay for what you get and most of the time its quality

It was fine. Staff was nice. Didnt have the non-diary, sugar-free creamer that I like, but bought an alternative I hope I like.

I felt good going in a place that has an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The cashiers are pleasant and happy when they see you, and the store has everything you need.

Worst place ever, was spoken to by an employee as if I was a dog to move while I was in the self checkout line! First and last time.

HORRIBLE service. Scheduled my click list order and waited over 10 minutes just to get on the phone with someone because every time someone picked up the phone they had to transfer me to the right department. Why would you have a phone number on the pickup location sign if it wasnt directly to ClickList pick up? After 10 agonizing minutes of playing phone transfer, I finally talked to a sweet girl named Shay who was the first person that answered the phone who sounded like she was actually happy to help. Even with Shays demeanor making up for the lack in the others, I will not order from this store again. This was a terrible experience.

I have always liked shopping at Kroger . We do alot of traveling out of town...and this is where we shop when we are in need of grocery items. Ive been shopping in the Portsmouth and Northern Suffolk store since they opened. I was very excited when the part of Suffolk in which i live was getting a Kroger (replacing farm fresh). However, I was and have been disappointed in the lack of items this particular Kroger has to offer. Unlike the other stores that pretty much have it all. There seems to be a lot of wasted space. There are two very large isles of nothing but Easter goodies that will not sell out...blv me... The Valentines candy left over ...lines the shelves. Unreal. Maybe a suggestion box would help satisfy the customers..

My digital coupons did not load on my card, had to ask for help, it was very frustrating .

Ya know, I brought balloons from Amazon, to Wal-Mart, and they wouldnt blow them up for me. So I went to Krogers and they were Awesome!! They blew up the balloons, for my granddaughters 3rd birthday with no questions!!😀😀 Thank you Krogers!!

This Kroger is a little small but still has all the goods and a nice sized walk in beer fridge. Not a super Kroger but still the best supermarket in the area.

Extremely disappointed. I have waiting months for Krogers to open and what a let down. There is no butcher or fresh seafood like every other Krogers Ive ever been in. Looks like Ill be driving the 40 minutes to the next closest store to do my shopping.

Closed all register at 10pm closes at 12 and have to use self chechout is a pain . there where sevral peaple complaining and i personally wont be shoping there.

Visited today for baked chicken. The staff in the deli department are not friendly and only help or acknowledge you if you ask if they can help you. When they do help it is with a clearly aggravated attitude. Not enough cashiers today, so I used the self check out.
