A couple of weeks ago i went to see Tammy England at Connect Hearing in Suffolk to have my hearing checked because i wasnt hearing as well with my hearing aids i had bought from her about two years ago. She tested my hearing and found a marked decrease in my hearing to the point my present hearing aids we no longer serving my needs. She showed me a few sets of hearing aids that would work for my new hearing reality. After looking at the best and the least for my dollar we agreed that the Phonak Audeo M Marvel M50 Hearing Aids were the ones to suit my needs the best. Tammy showed me all the benefits and features of my new hearing aids and help me set up the app for my phone. These by far are the best hearing aids and app help me adjust them to my liking. I purchased my Hearing Aids at Connect Hearing in Suffolk over a year ago.It was the best purchase that I have made in a period of time. When you come into the office you are greeted by a very knowledgeable person in the Hearing Aid business (Tammy England).I cannot believe the difference of getting the Hearing Aids has done to my life. Before not having the Hearing Aids I was barely able to hear people when I was having a conversation with them ( Now no Problem). When I went to the movies I never did hear well (now no problem) The same way with television I had to use sub-titles or raise he volume.You see a lot of ads on tv for hearing aids that are not correct information. I am really glad I went to Connect Hearings and purchasedmine. The price was very good and the service is excellent, if you have aproblem one phone call and you are in.

Representative Tammy was excellent. She was patient while I was learning all the new things you learn when you are first getting hearing aids. Why the 3 stars? I knew I wanted Phonak hearing aids and the closest provider is 50 miles away. I thought it wouldnt be a big deal because Phonak has software that allows the technician to make changes when you are not in the office, BUT this office is not using the software yet!! They need to upgrade their technology. It really would be a win-win for them. They would get more customers (because distance wouldnt matter so much) - after all they are selling the top rated hearing aid brand. And their customers would get better service.
