I was very pleased with the care given at my appointment. The receptionist was polite and knowledgeable about the scheduled procedure. The technician performed all the task and explained the results of the findings. I appreciated her recommendations and she was very easy to communicate with and very pleasant. I will let my friends know of her professional care and excellent customer service mannerisms. I will be returning soon for a follow up appointment. The most friendly visit I had in a long time. I had the pleasure of watching her assist another client and she was remarkably patient with him and showed so much concern for his concerns about his equipment yet she assured him it was just the battery that had died. An older client that just needed reassurance that is was functioning as designed he left satisfied and I did also that she would be just as patient when my turn occurred.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit with the doctor and her team for a complete ear examine that led to me getting hearing aids for a complete life changing experience. Everyone was truly professional, courtesy, and went out their way to help make my visit comfortable and answer all my questions. Not what I expected, a different receptionist. I was with Avada before you all took over. The original receptionist knew who I was and asked why I was there, but this visit the lady just asked for my ID and insurance card, and handed me a form to fill out. Never asked me why I was even there. And after several minutes I had to let her know, all I wanted was to see if my hearing aid would have to be sent out to be repaired. Very disappointed with this wasted visit. She didnt even ask me if I needed any more batteries. Well I guess thats how it is when new people take over.

Went there after receiving an invite in the mail plus a chance at a $20 gift card...at holiday time, who wouldnt want the chance for a gift card...although 1st time there I had to wait awhile (they were busy), i had nothing else better to do...Thanks to Amanda and Loren for taking their time to test and then explain what could be done....ended up with new hearing aid on trial basis....much better than one I was currently using....been back for 1 week check and all is GREAT....would recommend trying them out and seeing what they have to offer....Hearing is believing!
