Had to wait a while to be assisted, seemingly short staffed. The young lady, who I believe was the manager, was very helpful and considerate of my time.

Their paint is high-quality with exceptional coverage that saves time and money, glides across surfaces like butter (especially the Cashmere line), and looks fantastic for many years. Our experience in the Suffolk Sherwin-Williams store has always been top-notch. The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and attentive. We appreciate the care given to our orders, and the precautions implemented/followed during the COVID-pandemic. Happy, loyal customer here!

I will start by saying this, I had the best experience of my entire adult life as a consumer with this store. Mike (I believe - I feel bad if I got that wrong) the store manager, was the most helpful, caring, positive person Ive had the pleasure to deal with. He literally came to my house to personally investigate a problem I had, at my own convenience at that! Beyond that, everyone at that store has so far been really, really nice to interact with. That means a lot to me since this kind of service is really quite rare these days. I will most definitely be a repeat customer, whenever the need arises!

THEN WHEN I NEED 2 MORE GALLONS ITS BIG BOX STORE PRICE.ONE DAY IT WAS RETAIL, WHAT THE HELL. THEY HAVE NO CARS IN THE PARKING LOT IF EVERYONE WAS TREATED THE SAME THE LOT WOULD BE FULL.I WENT TO LOWES THEIR PAINT COUNTER WAS WRAPPED UP. I WILL FINISH MY NEW HOME WITH VALSPAR ITS GREAT PAINT.
