Very easy sign up and registration process. I was able to reserve online and go into the store a few days later to see where my unit was located. Everything looks secured and clean which is a plus. Michael was very professional and answered my questions before showing me my unit.

Ive had a 10x15 here for 2 years and just closed out. Michael, who works the front, has alwasy been more than accommodating as I travel for work a lot and even helped me close out my unit without being present. He even personally helped me with some damage, caused by myself, when he clearly has no responsibility to do so. I would absolutely rent from here again!

Great storage facility. Units are clean and well maintained. Have had the climate controlled for quite some time now and havent had any problems.

Mike and Kim are very friendly and explained everything so it was easy to understand. -- I moved 700 miles and needed to secure a 5-BR house full of belongings until I could find a new house. They were very accommodating and worked with me because there was only one unit left in the size I needed, and you cant reserve the space that far in advance. The rapid rental feature on their website saves a lot of time. Moving is stressful, but for the storage aspect they put me at ease.

Ive had storage units at this site for the past six years and its in the best condition ever - clean, helpful and friendly staff, and a safe environment. Michael Garrett checked me out this past Wednesday. Ive moved out of the area and Im going to miss coming over to Suffolk. Ive had my stuff stored here for several years with no complaints. Great location; slightly higher than expected but you get what you pay for.

The property manager was out on the lot performing a lock check, a definite plus in my eyes as far as security goes. They came back in a timely manner as to when the clock on door said theyd return another plus. Very clean facility and great area. Thanks again !

This storage company went up on my unit and I was only with them 7 months. This is not good for business. I will be looking for another storage company. I went from paying $110 to $151 with a 30 day email notice. The sweet lady that works there couldn’t even explain why.
