A few months ago my nephew reserved a storage unit at this location when he arrived with his moving truck to move in he was told although his reservation was for that day his storage unit wouldnt be ready until the next day and he needed to figure something out because they couldnt help. Fast forward to Sundaymy sister came in to town to pick up her sons furniture mentioned earlier. Several attempts were made to contact this same location to inform them we would be late no one answered and when we arrived we pretty received another oh well your problem not mine response. The people you have working at this location attitudes towards people of color are disgusting and I will never utilize U-Haul again. I witnessed them interact with different people so my statement about people of color isnt just from how they treated and talked to my family.

Perfect service. In and out with the right truck and dolly in very little time. Nice folks.

The absolute worst UHaul place in the world. Set up a reservation for a box truck and on the day I was to pick it up they said it was canceled. I reserved it for 3pm to pick it up and one of their employees changed it to 12. I personally showed him the screen shots that I saved of the confirmation number and pick up time and he said, ” Well there isn’t anything else available and nothing I can do.” Every person besides the manager “ who wasn’t there is super rude and unhelpful. I had movers lined up and now I don’t have the truck for them to haul my stuff. I have to be out of here this weekend and now I am in a pickle. They have a truck far away that I now have to pay a ton of extra mileage on and I doubt they will even give me a discount. The guy I dealt with didn’t even apologize for his incompetence . DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL PERSON THERE IS NAOMI!!! Do not deal with anyone else. I have only had bad experiences here with anyone else. The staff here is unprofessional rude and clueless! I was charged an additional $100 and went to the store to get it figured out and all they were able to say was I am SOL. Unable to get ahold of any manager or any kind of higher up. Refused to look in to the issue! Refused to give out any sort of contact info. Trash customer service! Trash employees! Go somewhere else! -100/10 dont recommend. Stay away!

TERRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. Called on 9/28/21 to rent a uhaul and went to go pick it up that day at 7 and my boyfriend and I both called about 10 times to get the keys. The app wasn’t working either, no one was there or answering. Eventually we left. Then on 9/29 we arrived in the morning to pick up the uhaul. When we arrived the door was locked and we tried calling. The lady was either smoking out back or just BSing. They said we had no recent orders and gave the truck to someone else because after 24 hours they cancel and give to someone else. Which is BS because the truck wasn’t even ordered close to 24 hours. Absolutely do not recommend

Made a reservation for a truck pick up for 9am got there to get it and the truck had a flat tire. It was other trucks the same size I had requested that they could have giving me instead. However additional time was taking out if my schedule for them to fix it. Took them about 1hr just to get everything going. Once we were down the road the back latch came up and had people screaming at me about it down the road. Please CHECK the trucks PROPERLY.

This place is a real gem! Spoke with the super attractive GM here who happened to be working the day I came by and really knew her products. To me thats important becuase I have been in sales, marketing, and general customer service for almost ten years and knowing your product is KEY in a job like. Heather literally listened to what my needs were and with a genuine smile told me This is what you need and this is how we can do it for you. After some additional friendly advice, our business was wrapped up and when my affairs are in order I will be returning for a storage unit! Thank you Heather!

So disappointed in the check in process. I did not like that they didnt know how much would be charged to my account unless I waited until he finished with 2 other checks outside first. Only 2 people working and they were extremely busy. Come on uhaul add some more employees or have one for checkouts and one for checking.

We served 20’ truck on Wednesday, showed up on Sunday and they have no record of my reservation and no truck whatsoever. They keep no trucks on the lot. They must come from somewhere else only when ordered ahead of time. Now I’m screwed. Thanks Uhaul.

U-haul need to watch the practice of dealers. I make reservations for a truck. Then get a call saying they don’t have it. Ok get me a size bigger or smaller I don’t care I need to move. Then this guy calls me back to back trying to get me to drive the truck back I tell him I can’t . He calls again asking I told him look I am not driving it back. Get me a bigger or smaller one. Now I have to drive 23 miles to pick up the truck for them to charge me more miles.

Easy access and exit.

I was told this is unheard of but I made a reservation a week and a half in advance for a Uhaul. I was called a few days prior to pickup and was told the two days I reserved it for cannot be done because other people are moving too and need it. When I inquired about the issue to another employee I was told another customer had over booked and thus they took away several peoples reservations. Needless to say we got moved in one day after 16 hours into a five bedroom home with rushing it was a nightmare. There was a reason we needed two days and we left behind several small items which we got in several car loads later. It was an inconvenience. The only positive is that it is conveniently located for me.

Worst customer service, I told Justin Smith when I walked in the store that I was in a hurry and that I had been sent to two other stores by UHAUL dealers prior to arriving. He proceeded to be as slow as possible and asked for a multitude of information that was not required by a UHAUL dealer I used two weeks previously. I feel he was purposely being slow and taking time asking for more informetion. He didnt mark on the inspection sheet that the fenders on the wheel wells of the trailor were bent. I will go out of my way to let people know not to use this store.
