Do not use this shop, they have no idea what they are doing. They will ruin your vehicle. Ours looked better before they painted it. They make promises that they have no intentions of fulfilling. Do not be taken in by there lies. If you let them do any paint or body work you will just have to have it redone by someone else!!!!

I wish I could give Impact Auto and Body / Sammy negative stars. After 3 weeks (on what should have been a 3 or 4 DAY job of replacing front bumper and refinishing the rear bumper on my 2014 Mercedes E350 Coupe) I demanded my car back only to find:1. Runs, no wait, GLOBS, everywhere in the new paintwork/clearcoat2. Over spray on every panel of my car INCLUDING glass3. Careless work - new scratches on car, sanding marks on panels which were not supposed to be touched4. I asked for removal/installation of parts but they masked poorly instead, requiring more correction after the fact5. No flex additive or adhesion promoter on BRAND NEW OEM front bumper cover - clear and base immediately began chipping and continues to do so6. I do not believe he sprayed in a paint booth (but claims he did) - based on the amount of trash which is visible in the clearcoat7. Lied and said he could just wet sand the runs and globs and theyd be fine.... dont insult my intelligenceSo many broken promises and unacceptable workmanship. Sammy asked for a significant deposit up front which I never recovered.
