I called in advance looking for a type of spray cleaner and a nice lady (although very busy) took the time to look and located what I needed and held it till I arrived! Great for me because it was the last one! Great customer service!

Not only will they sell you parts, theyll install them on your car (Im sure there is a limitation to this). More impressive is when asked about a specific part, the salesman said he wouldnt recommend purchasing the generic from them, referring me instead to a Ford dealership for the original part.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Theyre always on point when it comes to customer assistance whether youre an online order pickup or a store walk in whose there to shop. Just ask and theyll even test or charge your battery for ya!

I dont know: I Came in for a battery replacement with no battery light warning on. Clerk put in new battery, but now battery light on and radio fuse blown. Also saying new alternator now. May be best to take car to a car shop from the beginning.

This is THE best Advance Auto Parts store I’ve ever been to. The employees are VERY knowledgeable and I love the prices. Last time I went I needed a new battery and the battery terminal had snapped off and needed replacing. It was cold and raining and the young man working didn’t hesitate one second to fix it all for me, did it with a smile actually. I am Very grateful for him cause otherwise I’d of been stuck!

I stopped in just to for a couple of spark plugs for my home lawn equipment, when installed one if would not fire up my weed trimmer, so I removed it and reinstalled the old one which fired right up. I returned the one that would not work, the other worked just find.So on 03/13/2020 I was looking to return me one that would not work with my weed trimmer. I walked in a young lady that was behind the counter was walking to the front with a part, we made eye contact, not a hello I can I help, but gave me a look as if what are you doing here. Another employee a gentleman came to the counter and ask to help be, i explained to him I was returning the the one spark plug that would not work, he scanned it and told me it did not match my receipt. I explain to him that the employee just the day before help me with the items, and that is what I was given, also i brought in my old plugs just to make sure to get the correct ones.the employee open the box, and said you installed it what do you mean it would not work, he then said Ill give you a refund but its not the one on your receipt. I looked at him, and the female employee who then was looking at me like I WAS RETURNING A STOLEN ITEM! Both where coming across as if I was trying to beat them out of $2.49 . Decline refund and will never shop at this location again.THERE IS NO REASON FOR PROFILE SOMEONE OR HATE CUSTOMER FOR WALKING IN THE DOOR

Took my truck battery in to have it charged up, as its not even a year old,+completely died on me. .. First gentleman clerk was trying to get me to purchase another one.. When my cousin explained, all we wanted to do, was recharge the battery.. The other young lady clerk, came over, + explained a few things that could be the cause of the problem..Thank you Sara, for being sensitive to womens needs.. (+ for providing the service that I needed!)..Its not all about the $ sometimes folks... Its the human factor that gets more people to you, + for your business... I highly recommend this store, ( Sara is the person who will give you excellent customer service, + she knows cars!)....Thats all I have to say about that!..Thank you again Sara...

Its good that they offer battery and wiper replacement free of charge on site. I went there for less than 20 minutes picked out a battery, and salesperson changed it at the store. Very cool

When I visited this establishment my trailer hitch needed to be flipped so I could have more distance between it and the ground. I was able to purchase just what I needed to do so. On the first try I did get the wrong size wrench but the gentleman behind the counter exchanged it with no problem.

I went in late Friday night on 11/30/2018 looking to purchase windshield wipers. A nice lady named Sarah helped me to look up the correct size & style of wipers for my car. She even came out in the rain to put them on for me so I tried my best to keep her dry by holding my umbrella over her. Writing this review to say thanks again for your excellent service and kindness!

Got a quality battery at a fair price and installed free.

I needed a bettary installed but my car has a Difficult battery placement. AutoZone told me they couldnt do it, but Micheal at Advanced took care of it, even though it was more difficult.

Even though Im female, the staff at this location never make me feel stupid. I can ask questions without judgment. They have helped me many times. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. The location is always clean and I feel secure shopping here.

I went to pick up my online order on Saturday and was told that they ran out of shelf space for in store pickups and that my order was put back in stock and the order was cancelled. So no big deal, they re-picked the parts and matched the pricing of my online order. Fast forward to Thursday when I check my credit card statement and notice that I was still charged for the online order. I called customer support only to find out that the store marked my order as picked up. So I have been charged twice for the same items. Customer support now has to escalate the issue to get my money refunded for the order that was never picked up. 5 stars for the corporate customer support, but 1 start for the staff at this location.

What a nice store. I stopped there last night with a battery that had drained after emergency flashers killed it during flat repair on the interstate. I was already freaked out and time crunched to get back to tire place before they closed.
