I went to go pick up a part and store manager Kazeem O. did everything he could do to try and install it which was a HID headlight for a 2014 Dodge Charger. He was not able to completely do but one of buddies that was with me will be able to fix and save me $200 from dealership or another auto store to fix. Thanks Kazeem!

My keyless entry thingy was being temperamental and not doing its job. So I popped into Auto Zone for batteries. There was one employee working at that moment. I cant remember her name but she was fast, friendly, and fantastic. I couldnt get those little boxes open but this lady opened it without any problems. Auto Zone is worth the trip.

One of the managers (skinny black guy) will straight up ignore customers while looking at his phone. I came in the other night for brake pads and he just looked at me until the other guy asked if I needed help. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. Its happened a few times when Ive gone in. Its a good thing the other employees are helpful or I wouldnt be back.

They checked my vehicle code for why my check engine light came on and advised me of the issue at no cost. They were quick to do this and I will continue to use their facility going forward

Great service!!! If there was a way to give 10 stars this place deserves it. Headlight blew out, bought a new bulb they replaced it for me before I left. Awesome place!!!!

Most of the staff are great. However, there was one that I’ve heard giving terrible auto advice and having people pay entirely too much money unnecessarily. He advised me that my engine had jumped time and needed my engine rebuilt. He told me he knew a good shop that would do it for 4K. The actual issue was a solenoid that cost $110. It was obvious to me that the guy was an idiot but I have no doubt he’s take advantage of the average customer on numerous occasions.

We were traveling home when we noticed that our front wheel brakes were squeaking. We went into Auto Zone at Sugar Hill, Georgia. The man in charge there was so kind to us and helped us. So we made it home safely with no issues. This man did an outstanding job. His behavior was honorable and his manners excellent. He was dressed in a way that would honor the name of Auto Zone. He went above and beyond to help us get home safely.

The staff here are helpful and courteous. The pricing on car items are good too.

Usually good but this time I confused one of the old timers and I got the wrong brake pads for my Jeep. Took almost an hour to get pads and rotors for the front and back.

Good place to get your car parts from. If you dont know how to put a battery in, or certain other car parts they will do it for you for free as a courtesy. The managers Conan and Mellissa are great people and knows a lot about cars.

Both headlights went out on my way home and I stopped here to replace them. The Employee Rachel saw me watching a video on how to replace them and informed me I would need gloves so that I wouldnt touch the glass on the new headlights and ruin them. She brought me a pair and was extremely helpful. Great customer service that will make me a repeat customer!

A while ago I tried to buy breaks here, but after 3 tries of them assuring me different pads fit (I even brought my used set in and they compared them, said they’d fit, I’d go back and they wouldn’t!) - I just moved on and figured I’d take my business elsewhere. But I caved and went to get windshield wipers and after the guy told me they would fit, I got home only to find out that they, in fact, didn’t fit... don’t know if their system is bad or what. I know the model/trim of all my cars, so it’s not that. But I’ve decided to swear off AutoZone and put my Amazon Prime account to use for parts (got the right fitting wipers for $8 cheaper!)

Great customer service. Went for battery replacement. They first tested and confirmed battery is bad and suggested options on new battery and explained its features and benefits of each type. Installation is free if you buy there only.

My daughter recently went into this autozone store to purchase a Alternator for her 2008 Honda Odyssey. She was not aware that there was a core charge and only had the funds in her account to cover the price of the alternator. The clerk didn’t indicate anything about the core charge until he had ran her debit card. The cost of the alternator was removed from her bank account and then the transaction was canceled when the clerk asked her if she had the bad alternator and she told him she didn’t have it with her. The clerk told her he couldn’t give her a receipt showing the funds were refunded to her account. The manager told her the same thing. She called her credit union and they told her the funds were removed from her account but not yet refunded and she should get a receipt documenting the transaction. Now the store manager says the problem is on the credit union and the credit union says the problem is the store hasn’t refunded the money. All my daughter has to prove anything is a hand written note from the clerk with his employee number (he refused to sign it) documenting what took place at the register. It has been 4 days and the money still hasn’t been refunded. This is a theft by electronic transaction! The Clerk was nice and appears to be sympathetic. The fact that they refuse to give her a receipt is ridiculous and totally unethical.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of automotive products and the tool lending program is great. I will always go there first for my car care needs.
